Das Personal war sehr wunderschön und war für alle Bedürfnisse gepflegt. Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber und alle Einrichtungen waren in perfekter Ordnung. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, Familienfreundlich und großartig Service. Jeder ist sehr nett und macht Sie sich besonders willkommen Dawn. Ich würde sehr empfehlen. Sehr freundlich ***-Agement, die oben und darüber ging, um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, sehr schönes und ödmjukes Personal vor allem Pulkit und Reepan sind in ihrer Arbeit ausgezeichnet.

- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable.
- The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness.
- Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts.
- The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC.
- Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy.
- No wardrobes.
- Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on de***d only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls.
- They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort.
- If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there.
- Morning tea, you need to go outside the room
I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and ***ageable.

They allotted me a business class room. It was way beyond my expectations. Spacious room, big windows, big wash room, and every thing very well neat and clean. Toiletries provided were of excellent quality. Hotel is well located, and bonus is that they have there own vehicle which one can rent to go anywhere, at a rate lower than the market rate. I would stay here again during my next visit to jammu.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, Zimmergröße ist größerer, das Personal ist sehr gut und nimmt schnelle Reaktion. Es ist vegetarisches Restaurant und die Lebensmittelqualität ist nicht schlecht.

I RECENTLY STAYED AT KC RESIDENCY HOTEL AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES PROVIDED BY STAFF . THE FRONT OFFICE TEAM WAS WARM AND WELCOMING . SPECIALLY MR. RISHABH , MS. MONIKA AND RAJKUMARI ARE VERY POLITE BEHAVIOUR AND ALWAYS SMILLING FACE . THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS ALSO FRIENDLY AND ENSURED MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE THROUGH OUT MY STAY.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the town. The rooms are good unfortunately there is no natural light in the room that i stayed in. Good is again excellent. The pool very beckoning. Somehow the hotel does not have running hot water. You have to request for it half an hour before your bath. The overall feel is clean and hygienic
