Das Hotel verfügt über eine nette Lobby, eine Bar und einen kleinen Gedenkgeschäft. Auf der Rezeption gibt es ein fähiges Personal, sein Name ist Ashok, er war sehr hilfsbereit, der Check-out war einfach und schnell. Das Zimmer war groß genug, die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Es ist ratsam, ein Zimmer nach hinten zu wählen, da es sehr laut von der Autobahn ist. Zimmerservice war ausreichend, die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer könnte verbessert werden (fette Hüfte in der Dusche, ausgeführte Ausstattung). Luft, oder Feuchtigkeit und Geruchsextraktor im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht. Stromausfall mehrere Male am Tag. Sehr positiv war, dass wir genug Wasserflaschen im Zimmer jeden Tag. Die Ausrüstung im Fitnessraum ist alt und nicht für den Zweck geeignet, sehr leider! Der Spa-Bereich war nicht einladend, er sah ungeschickt und wird wahrscheinlich in Jahren auf. Um den Pool ein paar Lounges, sitzen an ungeschickten Tischen (so müsste dringend ersetzt werden). Restaurant: Frühstück genügt, das Personal freundlich und wütend, leider fehlt es an Sauberkeit und ausgebildeten Servicepersonal. Die Präsentation des Buffets bleibt viel zu wünschen. Es war schön, dass sie vor allem für uns eine Mahlzeit vorbereitet, die nicht so gemahlen war. A NO GO: Wifi war unzureichend, nicht für ein Geschäftshotel akzeptabel. Alle Bemühungen auf der Seite des Hotels waren unerfolglich. Auch IT-Personal konnte es nicht reparieren. Das Hotel ist Gastgeber von Geschäfts- und Sozialveranstaltungen. Kann in diesem Fall nicht über Service beurteilen. Insgesamt fehlt dieser Ort an guter Verwaltung, ausgebildetem Personal und Wartung in allen Bereichen.

This is not a hotel but a guest house.thefront desk is manned by a irresponsible greedy person named Mohd.Harriss who will ask for advance payment every time u come across .. No legitimate bills or receipts would be given..everything in cash. We had come to this hotel directly n booked room no. 304 and 302. The rooms were ok in size but had dirty walls and infested with insects n cockroaches. We spotted these later on ater checkin.. Rates charged per NON AC room was 1200 but neither the FAN worked nor the TV nor the Geyser.. A fan was instaled a day after. No room service.. no cleaning of rooms even after depositing keys and requesting ..and not even they would give u any cutlery like plates or spoon if you ask for.. We vacated the rooms after 2 nights stay and took a simple room in nearby guest house for 900/- only.

Have been to Olde bangalore resort several times in the past few years. Latest visit yesterday. Stayed there too overnight on my daughters birthday. Beautiful and quite place a real rarity in a city like bangalore. The ambience, the greenery is fantastic and should be seen to believe. The staff, manager very hospitable and par excellence. The food is exotic and heavenly to taste. Each dish ek se badkar ek. Made to order and you can oversee you order being made too. Has its own unique 5 star accommodation . Has an awesome bakery too. All the ingredients fruits and vegetables used their are their own products or outsourced from known suppliers who adhere to the high standards seen here. Lot of play things for kids too. Recently added as a centre of excellence for training in drones. Kids and adults can have an awesome time making their own planes , drones and flying them too. I highly recommended it for an overnight stay. Has an excellent ayurveda destination inside too if you want some rest much needed care and rest. Dr. Narayan Pratap. Bangalore

Cleaned rooms white linen . Maintain all floor nicely . White yellow combination attraction nicely your mind when you woke up morning. Good sleep . All staffs are family friendly alway helping nature. Morning breakfast was treated like homely . Mr Rakesh good at front desk. Will visit again for my next trip. Thanks Bloom

Excellent Hotel, Value for Money, professional staff, we reached at 2.00 midnight, Front office staff Mr.Vineesh was very courteous, even though kitchen was he arranged Bread Butter as we did not had dinner. This is minor thing but normally one doesn't get such treatment in other hotels. All in all great experience

Die Bewertungen im Internet sagten, dass dieses Hotel zwar Samsung ist, aber mit vier Sternen in China vergleichbar ist, also entschied ich mich ohne zu zögern. Es war sauber, das Buffet war großzügig und die Umgebung war gut. Das Parfüm im Raum ist zu stark, es variiert von Person zu Person. Insgesamt ist es jedem eine Empfehlung wert!
