Sehr bequem, sauber, guter Service.

I went to stay in the clayton hotel with my family for a weekend. Our room was nice and clean, we also went to get dinner and we had a wonderful time… the food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating, our waitess, Ciara, was so helpful and my whole family had a really lovely time

Welcoming service at check in, a beautiful hotel just from the lobby and into our lovely room, both spacious and modern. With lovely comfortable beds and very soft pillows. Great shower no problem with hot water as well as plenty of clean, fluffy towels. We also ordered a fridge which was very handy with the warm weather. Very good WIFI .My only problem with the room was I would prefer lockers instead of drawer-less tables and instead of open cabinet . Not great storage without drawers, as the only one was in the bathroom. The food is this hotel is the best food we have had in all our hotel breaks in Galway. The choice for breakfast is very good but their dinner menu is great and there is great choice for everyone no matter what your food choice might be, with vegetarian and vegan options also. The staff through out the whole hotel are lovely and very helpful, especially Chinma who was so helpful during our meals in the evening. The standard of how clean this hotel is the best I have seen in all my stays in Galway, thank you for a lovely stay as we will be back.

Ich kam früh an, da ich um 12.30 Uhr auf der Rennstrecke sein musste. Dort wurde mir gesagt, dass es nur einen Raum zum Umziehen geben würde. Es wurde gesagt, ich solle ins Freizeitzentrum gehen. Omg, keine Kabinen, das Wasser tropfte aus mir und ich leide unter meiner Atmung und COPD, von der meine Kleidung nass wurde Der Boden, den mein Mann bei den Männern hatte, war derselbe. Ich sagte der Frau an der Rezeption, wie ich war, und sie konnte sehen, wie der Schweiß von mir lief. Sie sagte, es tut mir leid Für meine Zahlung wollte ich gerade meine Karte herausnehmen, als ich mich daran erinnerte, dass ich sie bezahlt hatte, worauf ich antwortete, dass ich bezahlt hatte, als ich sie gebucht hatte Um jetzt das Frühstück zu buchen, sagen die meisten Hotels, dass das Frühstück bis zu welcher Uhrzeit auch immer serviert wird. Keine Buchung, da Sie dort zum Entspannen keine bestimmte Zeit haben, um dort zu sein Um 11 Uhr beim Frühstück fragte ich die Dame, ob ich vielleicht einen p haben könnte Ochiertes Ei Sie sah den jungen Burschen neben sich an und er sagte sofort NEIN, jetzt ist dies ein Hotel mit Köchen und es dauert keine 5 Minuten, um ein pochiertes Ei zuzubereiten Es war nur in Ordnung, antwortete sie, ahh, das ist großartig. Auf Wiedersehen, nicht, was falsch war. Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass das Beste an meinem Aufenthalt insgesamt war, dass das Bett bequem war

very friendly staff SPA area is one of the highlights, warm pool with various built in jacuzzi / water jet installations to relax your body or give it a targeted water jet massage. comfortable, heated relaxation beds. (Turkish) steam room and (Finnish) sauna. Gym is a ”pass”: it has various cardio and weight lifting apparel. Probably right for the size of the hotel, but could offer more. Very nice bar / restaurant area, stylishly equipped. Food is also good. no breakfast buffet (which is good from a food waste point of view). Instead you can get any breakfast freshly prepared for you. And the eating times are really short. booking, arrival and departure went smoothly. Suggest you book over the hotel platform. I got the cheapest rate there...
