Amazing experience for the 3 of us (mother with her 2 daughters). The staff were so welcoming. Rooms were very comfortable. Bedding was fabulous. Housekeeping were very tentative. Any ask was no issue. The food was stunning and produce was sourced from their organic farm or local suppliers Breakfast was so fresh, choice from buffet and fresh from the menu. Dinner in the Bistro was fabulous and as a vegetarian they had so many options. Nicest lemon posset in years! The Treehouse set up was stunning with additional food options, the petting farm and fairy trail along with many more kid amenities makes it a great family location. The leisure facilities were great, spent were day in their! The Reva’s Spa was incredible, totally our vibe and the attention to detail was noticed. Looking forward to a return journey soon

Fantastic hotel, rooms and amenities superb, five star. Staff were all lovely and very respectful. Lovely to see so many young staff being trained to such a high standard, a massive credit to the management team. Food was amazing, definitely have dinner in the restaurant. Such a gorgeous hotel in a beautiful village.

Stayed here countless times in last 20 years cleanliness of rooms and friendly housekeepers always coax us back This time breakfast service was chaotic Sunday in particular no tables cleared and food choices limited in the non fry area When you are paying c 400 for a couple of nights surely better service is key Maybe understaffed who knows We love the convenience of the Hotel and its busy atmosphere but could do better at the food/bar end of keeping customers on board

Da es sich um eine selbstfahrende Tour handelt, gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze und das Ein- und Aussteigen ist bequem. Es ist kein Problem, sich vom Stadtzentrum fernzuhalten. Schließlich handelt es sich um ein Markenhotel, alle Aspekte orientieren sich an Standards, also kein Problem.

Dieses Hotel war sehr schön. Komfortable und sauber. Frühstück war nicht groß. Keine Auswahl an Obst oder Sorten. Abendessen war ok, da wir in einer Gruppe waren und es war eine Auswahl an Hühnern, Fischen oder Vegetaristen. Große Lage am Fluss mit einem Lounge-Balkon-Wanderweg, der eine Kreuzfahrtschiffe repliziert. Ein schöner Bereich zu sitzen und einen Drink. Moderne Vibe zum Hotel.

I have just returned from this hotel after a long weekend with 5 girlfriends. We honestly had the best time here. The staff couldn’t do enough for us…we were really well looked after. The room was bright, the beds comfortable with good pillows. Tea/coffee/water was provided in the room each day. Breakfast was exceptionally good…a vast selection of choices and great quality and well presented. We loved the friendliness of the locals and the bar was warm and welcoming. We ate here one evening and again the food was fabulous. A small selection of wines but they were great quality…and have obviously been well selected. I definitely recommend a stay here and have no doubt that I will return….

My friend and I brought our mums on a hotel break, as I live in Dublin and all other 3 in West Galway we chose Limerick as the destination. We had a fabulous night in No 1 Pery Square- parked with ease, greeted warmly by lovely staff, we stayed in the Penthouse Suite which was ideal as we had two large comfortable rooms, a shared bathroom and a lovely sitting area. The rooftop city views are very unique and although you are very much city centre you tend to forget as you soak up the hotel’s opulence. We had a lovely drink in the hotel bar before accepting the receptionists recommendation for dinner (the hotel do not offer evening dining as such except light bites- we had a beautiful meal in a restaurant beside the river and returned to the hotel bar for a nightcap. We enjoyed a lovely walk along the Shannon pre breakfast - which was delicious and the hotel is only a short walk from the city too so we even managed an hour in Brown Thomas It was a most enjoyable night and we would all love to have had longer there

Der erst Eindruck war sehr gut, da man im Parkhaus neben an vergünstigt als Hotelgast parken kann. Muss man aber allerdings am Empfang angeben. Der Mitarbeiter Lawrence am Empfang war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, hat uns den Empfang sehr leicht gemacht. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, jedoch war durch den umliegenden Verkehr sehr laut, war also schwer zu ruhe zu kommen, vor allem wenn man mit offenen Fenster schlafen möchte. Der große Minuspunkt geht aber allerdings an das Frühstück. Diese wird a la cart serviert, ist ja auch nicht schlimm, aber es war halt auch nicht alles auf der Karte verfügbar, weshalb sich dann die Frage stellt, warum man es dann auf die Karte schreibt?! Das Personal am Frühstücksbufett schien auch nicht sehr motiviert, ein freundliches Lächeln war dort bei keinem zu erkennen. Das bestellte Menü wir ein dann auch noch ziemlich unliebsam serviert, sprich Tassen und Co auf den Tisch gepfiffen. Also würden wir empfehlen dort das Zimmer ohne Frühstück zu buchen und wenn möglich nicht zur Hauptstraße 🌚.

Spotless Hotel und schöne Lage. Parkplatz ist um die Ecke und über die Straße, die nicht viel ist, wenn ich in Gruppen reise, aber würde mich nervös machen, wenn ich allein in der Nacht reise. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen auch einen Gutschein, der mein Parkplatz von €11.50 auf €2.40 für den Tag heruntergebracht hat. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich.
