Für so bescheidenes Geld sehr guter Qualitätsservice. Wir waren wichtig gutes Internet, hier wurden wir ohne Probleme angeboten. Im Pasta Restaurant ist es nur Bomben! In dem Zimmer ist alles sauber und neu. Bettwäsche kann gesehen werden, die teuer und sehr angenehm für den Körper ist. Danke! Empfohlen)

I marked a point down as the ac unit leaked water all night long, otherwise the room was fine, though there is no balcony. Breakfast was good, the pool was pretty usable but not very big and the gym had some free weights, treadmills and multi gym and was fine to use. The biggest let down was it's so far away from anywhere unless you have your own transport

This is not my first time came here, and the situation is the same. The cleanness and the ambience still the same. Only a little incidents like a noise sound from the machine pomp and the internet connection from my room is annoying but the GM directly promt response and I moved to the room where I used to in that hotel in the next day , so everything is ok . The croissant is delicious also lupis and getuk the traditional cake, maybe in other days I can taste plecing kangkung here and ayam taliwang. All the team are friendly and helpfull . I will come back again

Meine Familie blieb hier 2 Nächte. Es war super schön, dass sie unser Zimmer am Tag unserer Ankunft ein zusätzliches Bett gegeben haben, aber wir hatten eine schreckliche Erfahrung in der ersten Nacht. Unser Zimmer hatte mehrere Stromausfall mehrere Male (6 - 7 Male) und schließlich bieten sie uns zu bewegen in ein anderes Zimmer, und plötzlich belasteten sie für extra Bett, ich war so besorgt und sagte dem Empfänger, die extra Bettgebühr auf unsere Rechnung zu stellen und ich fragte Am Morgen traf ich Ibu Aming ihre Hotelmanager, sie war super nett und war sympathisch, nachdem sie meine Geschichte hörte, sie verzichtete auf zusätzliche Bettgebühren aus unserem Rechnungsabschluss und sogar uns anbietet, um auf Deluxe Zimmer zu aktualisieren. Ich empfehle Ihnen sicher Sunwood Hotel, wenn Sie nach einem Stadthotel in Mataram suchen, haben sie alles, was Sie brauchen, Pool, Spa, Restaurant und eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln im Frühstücksbuffet.

Schöner Ort, um in der Mitte der Stadt zu bleiben! Der Pool hat einen sehr schönen Blick und ich kann auch von dort Berg Rinjani sehen. Das Personal ist freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber, aber vielleicht muss das Essen für das Variable Menü aktualisiert werden. insgesamt sehr empfohlen!

Excellent breakfast(changing daily and better than pricier hotels in the area), basic amenities but rooms are clean and calm. Functional AC and decent wifi. Excellent location with convenient stores and supermarket facing the hotel. Will definitely book again there!

This is the place to stay when in Lombok. Service - Staff is very friendly. You are welcomed with a drink and towel, and we loved the warm snack that came with it. They go all the way and beyond for you. When they didn’t had a coke they still managed to get one. They welcomed you every time when walking in. The smiles and the sweetness. Also a really big thank you to Mita who managed to get bus tickets to get from Mataram all the way to Labuan Bajo. They were so incredible sweet. They have weekly a get together with some food and invited us to join. Thank you so much guys. Rooms - Spacious, romantic, clean. Very home feel. The view from our room to the swimming pool is so nice. Also the possibility to sit outside is great. Only the bathroom gets a bit wet when showering. Breakfast - the breakfast is good. You get a lot. You choose the night before. The afternoon snack was always fun and we returned to the hotel to enjoy that one! Also eating there is really tasty. Especially the French toast as dessert is to die for! Location - Our plan was only to stay a couple of nights and then move to other part in Lombok. So glad we stayed here for a whole week instead! We rented a motorbike and discovered all the way to Kuta. We saw so much of the island. The price is more than fair. You get much more than in other places. Please keep up the fantastic work. Hope to come back one day.
