di luar expetasi,, amazing banget ini awalnya ragu pas di coba ternyata sangat okeee dari segala hal.. Lokasi strategis di depan pintu tol akses ke bsd alam sutera dan graha raya sangat dekat, minimarket tidak di depan tersedia, staf ramah sekali.. dan parkir murah bangeet... catatan kecil sedikit saja maintance lebih di jaga agar lebih bersih dan terawat... cocok untuk perjalanan dinas di Tangsel

Das Zimmer ist fair genug für eine Geschäftsunterkunft. Faires Badezimmer und Toilette. Das Zimmer und das Bett ist komfortabel genug für einen schönen Schlaf. Das Personal ist besonders am Frühstück untergebracht. Und zum Frühstück, das ist wohl der Schwerpunkt meines Aufenthalts, eine Mischung von lokalen Gerichten, die sehr interessant ist.

I stayed at Tentrem Hotel Jakarta in early December and had a generally pleasant experience. The booking process was done through an online travel agency, and I left a note with some requests. Most hotels tend to ignore such notes, but Tentrem exceeded my expectations by actually addressing them. This attention to detail was impressive and set the tone for a good stay. Check-in and Lobby Experience The check-in process was smooth and quick. The lobby is located on the 6th floor, which means you need to take the elevator twice to access the parking area. While not inconvenient, it's something to keep in mind when navigating the hotel. Room Quality The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. My room faced the neighborhood rather than the main street, ensuring a tranquil stay. This hotel could easily serve as a quiet retreat in the bustling city of Jakarta, combining luxury with peace. However, I did notice some noise from the upper floors, such as conversations and the sound of toilet flushing, which could be an issue if the hotel is fully booked. The only downside in the room was the shower. The water pressure was underwhelming and not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. Dining Experience The dining experience was mixed. Some dishes were excellent, like the Ketoprak, but others fell short. The Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng, which I consider benchmarks for Indonesian-themed hotels, were disappointing. The orange juice was a big letdown as well—sour, bitter, and not the quality you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. However, the variety of food offered at breakfast was good, though the taste and quality didn’t match the standards of competitors like Kempinski, Westin, or Mulia. Facilities I didn’t get a chance to explore other facilities as I was attending an event nearby. However, I’m looking forward to returning and trying them, especially for activities with my 3-year-old. Conclusion Overall, Tentrem Jakarta offers a luxurious and quiet experience, with some room for improvement in food quality and noise insulation. The staff's attention to detail and the peaceful ambiance make it a worthwhile choice for those looking to escape the city’s hustle. While the breakfast and shower pressure fell short of my expectations, I would definitely consider returning to experience more of the hotel’s offerings.

Die Hotels sind sehr erstaunt, und ich bin erstmals ins Hotel gekommen, und sie geben mir immer eine freundliche Art, die Sicherheitspersonal, das Frontbüropersonal und das Restaurantpersonal alle sehen sehr ehrlich aus. Ich kam früh morgens und wurde von dem Personal des Frontbüros namens Faris bearbeitet. Obwohl es um 6 Uhr war und er auf seinem Nachtplan ist, aber er sieht nicht müde aus, er begrüßt mich immer noch mit freundlichem Geste. Ich sagte ihm, ich sei gekommen, um das Konzert bei ICE BSD zu besuchen, so dass ich nur die Registrierung machen und das Hotel für Vorbereitung verlassen. Dann kam ich am Abend nach dem Konzert und fand die schönste weltbehandelung aus dem Hotel. Ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die Idee von ihm war. Mein Herz berührte mich und ich war sehr glücklich. Danke Mercure, dann empfehle ich dieses Hotel an andere.
