This hotel is soooo nice for a quiet holiday. It has a private, quiet, calm beach that is very clean with very beautifull scenery. I can just sit in my balcony with a cup of coffee all day. Just 15 minutes walk and we will see a public beach where people sell rujak, fruit, durian etc. There are a few traditional Minimart also. The best part of this hotel is the people. They are very polite, kind and try to be as helpful as possible. The biggest problem is the taste of the food. The look is good but the chef really must learn again. What a waste that such a nice hotel has to serve such tasteless food. They serve Indonesian food with minimal spices. This is conference hotel and serve wedding and meeting. But the food taste is sorely lacking. The western food is tasteless. The Asian food is just terrible. The best food durung breakfast is omelette and coffee. Manager, just have your chef study again from a senior chef. I really want to hring my team but the food really bothers me The other problem is the band. Around 40-50% are senior from various countries,. The band should know the musics from the 80s. Instead they only play Indonesian songs from the 2000.

Terrible Hotel. Rooms are old, the air conditioning took 6 hours to get a small room to 24C, and it is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in around the globe. Almost impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the single pane windows and the intolerable traffic noise that is 20 hours per day. Food is mediocre and finally the hotel is really good at taking payment but when funds are to be refunded they make it so difficult that you want to walk away. They are unable to refund your credit card directly and then keep adding ”charges” so that effectively you dont get any of the money owed to you. But if you pay, the money is taken immediately from your card. Find another hotel if you have to stay in Ambon.

Der Golden Palace liegt in Ambon, etwa 40’ vom Flughafen entfernt. (Flughafenpreis im Hotel zwischen 100 000 und 150 000 IDR). Aber der große Vorteil dieses Hotels ist das Poolhaus auf seinem Dachtop mit einem schönen und großen Pool, Bar- und Restaurantservice, die einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt und ihre Umgebung bietet. Nur Bemol, die Preise, so viele Zimmer und Bar und Restaurant, die trotz der angebotenen Leistungen etwas hoch sind.

Reinigung ist wirklich zu verbessern. Bettdeckung geräuchert Staub n der Klimaanlage muss gereinigt werden. Andere sind OK.

Пододеяльник видно был плохо просушен и немного издаввл неприятный запах. Кран у раковины держался на честном слове. Завтраки очень обильные. На месте продаются по цене 99 000 IDR
