We booked Ke rensia villas for part of our honeymoon. Before we arrived, we messaged via *********** to ask if it was ok if we checked in at 12pm as that's when our boat was arriving. The owners responded and said yes, that would be fine. We arrived after a very long journey on an extremely hot day. Both of us were pouring with sweat after finally reaching the hotel with very heavy bags. When we arrived we were told our room wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another 2 hours. We were told 'you can walk around for 2 hours and come back'. When we insisted we had already arranged an early check in, the female member of staff who works on the desk was extremely rude to us and shrugged her shoulders and said 'that's just our check in time'. Eventually we were seated in the restaurant, Lockdown Kitchen and the staff said they would get a villa ready for us. When we were finally shown the villa, we were really disappointed. It was dirty, with a filthy breakfast bar area and there were several dead insect stains on the walls and a dead, squashed cockroach on the floor. The bedroom was extremely dark and dingy too, with a very hard bed. It was definitely not the romantic villa in the photos. To make matters worse, the location of the villa meant that ants, flies, enormous spiders and other flying creatures constantly came into the kitchen area and then also into our bedroom. On several occasions we had to call the front desk to have very large spiders removed from our villa because they kept ending up in our bedroom. It was really difficult to relax and go to sleep at night when we were worried about huge spiders coming under the large gap under the door and into our bedroom. On the first night some of the electrics in the villa complex also went out which meant our garden lights stopped working and we couldn't sit by our pool in the evenings. This still wasn't fixed when we checked out. Breakfast was average. I tried two coffees while we were here, both of which were abysmal and had to be thrown away. The banana pancakes I had were passable. You also couldn't close or lock the bathroom door from the inside which meant there wasn't much privacy going to the bathroom. Overall this was an extremely disappointing stay. The only plus point for this hotel was the lovely male staff members who were really friendly and helpful. However we would definitely not stay here again when we return to Gili Air and will not be recommending this hotel. This stay nearly ruined our honeymoon and we desperately wished we had booked somewhere else. In conclusion, the female member of staff here needs some customer training and if you like clean places and you aren't a fan of insects you definitely shouldn't book here.

Hôtel super bien placé et des chambres très confortable avec Clim, grand lit 180, eau potable à disposition, peignoirs, serviettes de plages, petite terrasse privative, jolie petite piscine très propre et au calme… personnels adorables. BAYAN nous a organisé le transfert des bagages au port et la récupération des vélos qui nous a loué. TEGUH Le manager est également très gentil et très serviable. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux au bord de l’eau. Car le petit déjeuner ce fait dans le deuxième hôtel à 5mn à vélo. Transat offert sur la belle plage. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et précisons que nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit puisque vu la chaleur nous avons fermé les fenêtres et la porte de la salle d’eau. Merci à toutes les équipes pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse 🙏

Wir haben uns in einem Hotel für 7 Nächte geliebt und haben es immer geliebt. Von dem Moment, als wir ins Haus gingen, begann das Gefühl der absoluten Entspannung und der Erfrischung an einem abgekühlten Ort zu fühlen. Wir wurden vom Besitzer erzählt, dass wir die ersten Gäste nach der Pandemie sind und er und seine Familie gingen aus dem Weg, um uns zu Hause fühlen. Meine 2 Kinder (7 & 4 Jahre) wurden Freunde mit den Besitzern Kinder, die auch der gleichen Altersgruppe waren. Das Eigentum ist in der Mitte des Dorfes und hat eine einzigartige rustikale Attraktion und Charme für es . Ich liebe das Innendesign, das mich an mein Vorfahrenhaus in meinem Dorf erinnerte . sehr authentisch . ( mich an meine Kindheit erinnerte) . Mango-Bäume in der Orchard direkt neben dem Pool , mehrfache Vegetation verbessert die Erfahrung . Da das Eigentum im Zentrum der Stadt ist so sehr bequem zu gehen überall . Mehrere Lebensmittel Gelenke , Bars in Fußabstand . Es gibt mehrere Dinge, die verbessert werden können, aber ich fürchte, wenn diese Verbesserungen getan werden , wird es seinen Charme und echte Touch verlieren . Ich wünsche es bleiben die gleichen . wir begannen es zu verpassen, sobald we left and will definitely be back .

Stoff 10/10 Frühstück 7/10 Badezimmer 4/10 Dusche schwach und Wassertauch wenig gebrochen Bett 5/10 komfortable okish, dunkles Zimmer, Klimaanlage nicht so stark. Für den Preis kann ich es empfehlen!
