Wir sind per Zufall auf dieses hübsche Resort gestossen. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, ist aber wunderbar angelegt in einem tropischen Garten. Jede der kleinen Villen verfügt über einen eigenen Plungepool, fürs Längen schwimmen gibt es einen grossen Pool mit Liegestühlen. Die Villen haben etwas Bali-Style-mässiges und sind stimmig mit viel Holz ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück gibt es eine grosse Auswahl an Gerichten, gerade auch javanische, und alles wird auf Wunsch in die Villa gebracht. Die Mitarbeiter sind super zuvorkommend und immer um 16 Uhr kommt eine Frau vorbei, die traditionelle Energiedrinks serviert, kostenlos. Aber Achtung, einige davon sind ganz schön bitter. Auch das Restaurant hat uns überzeugt. Nur Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Veranda haben gefehlt und leider war der Spa geschlossen, wir hätten gerne noch eine Massage gebucht. Ansonsten gibt es aber wirklich nichts zu meckern.

The hotel is great and full of facilities. Its a family friendly hotel. The food is good and there are many options from traditional to western. There are also a playground for children to play on. The room is a bit old but comfortable. The service is nice the ambient is nice. Overall is good.

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one.
