Finde Hotels in San Juan

We checked into the Indura Beach and Golf Resort Curio Collection by Hilton in Tela, Honduras on July 22 to July 24, 2024. We booked through Priceline we paid $387.98 and stayed in room 22 202. The business committed to providing a safe experience. However an injury occurred at the result of failed upkeep to the property. We have called multiple times without answer or resolution. We tried to speak with management while on the property. Each conversation ending with a promised phone call but no one has gotten in touch with us. In the morning of July 23, we were swimming in the pool when my husband got a deep cut on the bottom of his foot. It bled so much that it took multiple people to clean it up and it took a lot of towels, gauze and tape to help stop the bleeding. The pool has a ton of loose tiles and some sharp edges. This was the first morning of an eight day vacation. He is in pain to walk on the foot and is unable to go on the beach with sand and salt water getting in the wound. As a Hilton Honors member and simply as a paying guest, I expected more in terms of customer service. We have spent so many hours trying to find resolution with no avail.
