Das Personal ist extrem charmant und sind für alles, was Sie brauchen, super aufmerksam. Konstantin Super-Rezeption beachtet. GGastnutzerBluetopia is in a very nice area...very easy to get to from Mykonos port whether you take the bus or Seabus. It's a quaint cozy hotel and our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We usually bring our own toiletries but the ones Bluetopia provided were really nice...I just had to use their lotion and shower gel. Breakfast was provided daily and while we were initially disappointed to learn that they didn't have a restaurant on site, they brought the breakfast to the room on our specified time and it was more than enough food. Front desk isn't 24hrs but they do have a number to call in case of anything. As for us, we didn't really have issues so it was perfectly fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel.

Wir verbrachten vor kurzem 3 Nächte im Mykonos Bay Hotel, im Privaten Luxus-Art Suite mit Outdoor Jacuzzi & Private Pool – Anhang Gebäude, und es war absolut perfekt von Anfang bis Ende.
Das Hotel ist schön, ruhig und unerwartet gepflegt. Das Zimmer war luxuriös, privat und sehr komfortabel genau das, was wir hoffen. Aber was wirklich die Erfahrung unvergesslich machte, war der außergewöhnliche Service, den wir von dem ganzen Team erhalten haben.
Ein besonderer Dank an Liberty auf dem Front Desk für ihre warme Begrüßung und Unterstützung während unseres Aufenthalts.
Nikoleta und Anna die Villa-Rezeptoren, weil sie unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich sind während unseres Aufenthalts.
Chrysa aus dem Frühstücksteam, um jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln zu beginnen.
Panos aus dem Willkommensteam, das uns sofort nach Hause mit seinem warmen und freundlichen Ansatz gefühlt hat.
Auch Paramveer, der Buchungsmanager, hat unseren Aufenthalt reibungslos und stressfrei gewährleistet.
Jeder war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und wirklich hilfreich wir fühlten sich für jeden Schritt auf dem Weg betreut. Es ist selten, solche konsequente Güte und Professionalität zu erleben, und wir sind wirklich dankbar. Wir empfehlen Mykonos Bay Hotel allen, die nach einer entspannenden und luxuriösen Getaway in Mykonos suchen. Wir freuen uns schon auf die Rückkehr!

AAnonymer BenutzerУ нас был полулюкс с шикарным видом на пляж Super Paradise. В отеле есть все необходимое, есть два ресторана, поэтому напитки можно получить точно до 12 часов ночи. Отель чистый, завтраки отличные. Из небольших минусов — отель находится на высоте, поэтому хорошо продувается. А вода в бассейне достаточно холодная, поэтому немного замерзаешь.

GGuest UserSehr gute Lage, aber wir wussten nicht, dass die erste Nacht eine Strandparty direkt neben uns hatte, so dass wir wegen der lauten Musik nicht schlafen konnten. Und sie gab uns kostenlos auf den Strandblick upgraden. Das Hotel ist nicht nur perfekt, es ist am Strand und hat tolle Restaurants!

We stayed on the 4th floor. So a little stairs required to climb (if you have mobility challenges, please request for a floor that have direct lift access).
The compound is beautiful! Especially the view from the balcony is really impressive. We got the room that gets to see the sunset by the sea.
The room is clean. We bumped into the housekeeper & she really cleans (pull out all pillow case & blanket cover) everyday! They change the towels during the room clean up & sun down service.
If you need a kettle, you have to request from the housekeeping. Water from tap is not drinkable. Only 2 bottles of water is provided per evening after 7pm. Otherwise, you have to use the mini bar or call for room service.
Otherwise, it was a beautiful stay.

Wir sind Maries Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt im Rocabelle Santorini gefolgt, müssen jedoch zugeben, dass sie und das gesamte Personal von Princess die Erwartungen nicht erfüllen.

TTamsyn South AfricaThe hotel location is great. You need to make sure you are in the main hotel. They have 2 sections and one is in a totally different location, aprox 10 min walk up a steep hill. We had a family room in the main hotel next to the pool. The room was lovely and clean, however we had young girls who would come back and walk with high heals in the room above ours at all hours of the night! The sound proofing is not great. The hotel doesn’t provide tea or coffee in the room. The young lady at reception should also not be customer facing, she was so rude on arrival which ruins one’s perception of a hotel before you even walk in the door

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptviertel von Mykonos entfernt, das war großartig und die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer und vom Pool aus war fantastisch. Ansonsten war ich nicht besonders beeindruckt. Das Frühstück war sp**** und nichts schien frisch zu sein. Kaffeemaschine war nicht gut. Das Bett war sehr fest. Im Badezimmer gab es kein Shampoo, keine Spülung oder Lotion. Ich hatte wenig Gepäck und diese Dinge nicht mitgebracht, also musste ich entweder kaufen oder darauf verzichten. Am Morgen des Check-outs wurden wir jede Stunde daran erinnert, wie spät es beim Check-in war. Das wussten wir sehr wohl und das kam uns aufdringlich vor.
Für den Preis und eine Last-Minute-Buchung war es in Ordnung, aber ich würde wahrscheinlich nicht wieder dort übernachten, wenn ich mehr Zeit im Voraus zum Planen hätte.

Although only stayed for one night whilst visiting the island it was the tranquil peace of calm I needed on my first visit to Mykonos.
Although location seems on a map at first seemed to be remote, especially for a solo traveller for less than 24h / it was an absolute blessing and ideal location.
I booked a shared transfer from the airport with Hoppa.com - for under ten euros in advance - I was the only passenger booked on my flight with them so they upgraded me and gave me a private limo chauffeur no extra - literally 15 mins and a stunning drive to the hotel - which is located on a hill above Ornos a beautiful place. The hotel is no exception.
Sat on the hillside beautiful location above the village which is a total contrast to Mykonos Town and just an absolute treat - with a lovely taverna and a fantastic bakery open late into the night - you must try it!
Quiet location lovely pool area and courtyard and room across a few levels - small and intimate place I’m not sure I even saw another guest during my stay, very relaxing!
The room allocated was lovely - lots of really useful amenities, lovely toiletries and complimentary bits all high quality , thoughtful items in the room - toothpaste etc.
Powerful ac which was well used as it was really hot, super comfy bed, safe, fridge, tastefully decorated and modern style - I just loved the bathroom the style was really cool, cave-like and with a powerful shower - always a winner!
The staff, particular the gentleman that checked me in was extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful in helping me book transport and giving me hints and tips on the best way to maximise my short time in the island.
Breakfast was included but I only had time for a coffee but it looked lovely.
Didn’t need to worry at all about getting around Mykonos is so small and there are ways 24-7 to get anywhere on the island, particularly into Mykonos town and the airport and seaport.
There are regular local buses direct to Mykonos town main bus station the bus stops literally outside the front door - the bus station you can change to the buses to the airport and new ferry port - same bus service.
This cost around €2 and were running every hour.
I took the very first bus I think was 8am which took around 15 mins to the port - and plenty of time for the first Seajets service to Santorini.
Taxis were extortionate and you were looking at around €60 for the incredibly short walkable distances - I took one and instantly regretted it - driver was late and rude to me - which given the price tag compared to the rest of taxis in Greece - made me even more bitter about the price tag - there are other ways to get around.
Reception can help you with all of this - they are great - I would 100% recommend - and absolutely love to go back if I ever visited Mykonos again
