Sehr schöne Anlage mit super freundlichem, aufmerksamen Personal - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Bereits vorab hat uns das Hotel die Möglichkeit angeboten, einen Flughafen Shuttle in Anspruch zu nehmen. Wir wurden mit deinem Schild empfangen und Transfer hat prima geklappt. Der Check - In wurde sehr prompt für uns erledigt und wir konnten umgehend die Zimmer beziehen. Vorab haben wir noch Katharina kennengelernt, sie ist Griechin spricht perfekt deutsch und ist neben den Reservierungen für die Kundenbetreuung zuständig - sie macht ihren Job hervorragend und liebt ihre Arbeit - das merkt man! Sie hat uns nach dem Check In die ganze Anlage sowie die unterschiedlichen Zimmertypen gezeigt. Wir haben eine Suite mit Private Pool sowie eine Suite mit Jacuzzi am Rooftop. Beide Zimmer sind herrlich - sehr großzügig (leider etwas wenig Schränke - das ist aber auch die einzige Kritik) Der Pool und auch die Liegemöglichkeiten sind ebenso top - ausreichend Platz verfügbar und den ganzen Tag tolle chillige, moderne Musik. Ab und an ist auch ein DJ vor Ort. Besonders, neben Katharina, ist Ibrahim hervorzuheben. Gefühlt arbeitet er rund um die Uhr an der Poolbar und macht seinen Job mit Herz und Seele! Wirklich ein großartiger Kellner, sehr bemüht jedoch keineswegs aufdringlich. Hat seine Gäste im Auge und ist super schnell. Frühstück ist ebenso top - einzige Kritik das es nur Filter Kaffee (kostenlos) gibt. Ansonsten prima! Das Hotel kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier Anfang Juli geblieben. Das Zimmer war im Hauptgebäude gelegen. Es war sehr geräumig mit einem riesigen Ballon und guten Arbeitsklimaanlage, aber mit überholtem Badezimmer. Große Schwimmbads und Aquapark, aber es könnte mehr Sonnenbetten sein. Das Essen war gut. Es gab auch eine Schwimmbadbar mit Snacks und Eiscreme. Der Wein, das Bier und die Getränke waren ok. Das war freundlich. Das Hotel bietet Ihnen ein Autovermietungsbüro. Sie haben einen guten Preis und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, 10 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Flughafen und 20 Minuten von der Altstadt von Rodos entfernt. Der Busstopp ist neben dem Hotel. Die Flugzeuge, die sich oft an den Flughafen herangezogen haben, waren nicht störend und sie zu sehen war eine Art Attraktion für uns. Ich denke, das größte Problem für den Hotelbesitzer ist das Abwassergebiet am zentralen Punkt des Hotelgebiets. Es ist gut versteckt mit beatigen Grünland, aber der Geruch ist schlecht. Glücklicherweise riecht es nur in der Nähe von dem. Die Insel Rodos ist großartig. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, die alte Stadt Rodos, Lindo und das Berg- und Kloster von Filerimos zu besuchen.

We enjoyed our little getaway to the Electra Palace however there are some downsides to this hotel but also some great sides to this hotel. I would give this hotel a 4* more than a 5* that it’s currently rated at. Let’s start with the bad that NEEDS work on 1. Housekeeping Housekeeping and cleanliness of the hotel is not consistent and needs work on to make this a 5* hotel - our room was not cleaned one day and we were told we had our do not disturb on, which we didn’t. I think due to the busyness it was missed - one day we would get water and no towels and another we would get water but barely a clean. - Our room wasn’t cleaned to a 5* standard as the floor was never sweeped or mopped and the sides were dusty and not cleaned properly on each visit. We had a stain on our shower wall everyday so felt like it was never cleaned. - The hand soaps and other in bathroom amenities were not replenished and this is a key part of the bathroom! - the gym is filthy with sweat marks all around the machines. There is a small Effort to help people wipe down machines but leaving hand towels only isn’t keeping it hygienic. The gym needs a cleaning spray, antibacterial hand gel as well as gym towels to help people keep this tidy. We watched the cleaning lady run a dirty mop around the floor only and leave. - the cushions, pillows on the pool cabanas and seating areas are disgusting! We refused to use these as they look like they hadn’t been cleaned in the whole summer from peoples sweat and pool water. This really lets down the hotel as these areas could be much better. 2. Staff - reception staff during the day were lovely and helpful however the evening staff were abrupt and rude. One day I wanted to use the pool to have an early morning swim and was basically told ‘you cannot swim until 9.30am’ which is not ideal as it’s busy and I wanted to have a peaceful swim. This was not met with any apologies or further help just pure blunt rudeness - The beach bar lady is rude and closed the bar down early everyday. It states on the app and website it closes at 6pm and she refused to serve us at 5pm and kept stating it closed at 5. When I told her the information shown online and app she ignored me. Her general attitude is not 5* service - the grounds staff again are abrupt and rude and daily make you feel like you are in there way - hardly any staff greet you or provide and welcome and kindness and made us feel like we are constantly an inconvenience 3. F&B - the Italian food in the evening is pretty rubbish with bland options and no flavour at all. We didn’t eat here again The GOOD points to this hotel 1. The Spa services were fabulous and we enjoyed a massage on one of the days, which was the best massage I’ve had and I’ve had a lot on holidays. The staff were so lovely and the best staff service in the hotel. 2. The Greek restaurant was the best food in the hotel, shame we didn’t have this included the whole time. 3.
