Second visit to the Sunborn hassle started at check in reception saying we had booked b and b when he had booked half board. First night meal was lovely second night no dessert that we ordered and we had another guest that spent all evening swearing and humiliating his wife at the top of his voice all through our meal. Last evening we had to wait 45 minutes for our starter as the staff seemed only interested in sniffing around the owner and his friends who were also eating in the restaurant. Then to finish of the whole experience when we checked out we were faced with a £271 bill for our evening meals which we thought had been sorted at check in so again more hassle sorting this out again.

Über die retro Dekor hatte ich einen komfortablen Aufenthalt und wurde von allen Mitarbeitern ausgezeichnete Unterstützung, als ich aufgrund meiner Behinderung eine kostenlose Upgrade erhalten wurde, vor allem alle Frühstücksbetreuung, Management und Rezeptionisten vor allem ein Gentleman namens Sam, der ging über und über den Ruf der Pflicht, mir mit verschiedenen Schwierigkeiten zu helfen. Die Bar und Pool-Zone waren komfortabel und unterkünftig und Getränke waren zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Ich liebe das Bristol Hotel und seinen Service, so werde ich wieder zurück. Danke für das Personal und das Management des Bristol Hotels.

Die Lage ist perfekt, um zu beiden Seiten des Felsens zu gelangen. Das Zimmer war sauber mit einem bequemen Bett. Schöne Terrasse zum Frühstücken und sogar ein paar Bier spät am Abend. . Das Personal war ausgezeichnet. Besonders ein Mädchen namens Milly an der Rezeption. Es war großartig, mit ihr zu sprechen und nützliche Informationen über Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erhalten. 10/10.

Dienst: Der Hotel-Rezeption-Service ist vorhanden, es ist eine Notwendigkeit. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber das Abendessen ist nicht gut. Hören Sie nicht auf die Kommentare im Internet, dieses Abendessen ist wirklich nicht möglich, jeder Mahlzeit ist sehr fern und der Preis ist hoch. Es gibt viele Restaurants um das Hotel herum, es ist nicht notwendig, im Hotel zu essen.

Wir besuchten Gibraltar für zwei Nächte auf einer Gebührenbahn vom Costa Del Sol. Dieses Hotel ist schön, zentral gelegen für alle, die gerne besuchen möchten, und schmecklich dekoriert. Das Essen und die Bar waren ausgezeichnet und die Reinigung ausgezeichnet. Bequeme Betten und schönes Dachpool. Vor allem waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich und näher, lächelnd und sogar unsere Namen erinnern. Würde 100% hier wieder bleiben!
