The hotel, its location and amenities, rooms, restaurants and bars, services are superb. The hotel cares about the environment and this is evident in everything. I like the architecture of the hotel located in one of the most beautiful historical estate that is so precious for each Georgian citizen, and the hotel creates harmonious complex with its museums and historical buildings. Rooms and their design is wonderful, the beds (including the additional one for the 3rd guest) are very comfortable. All amenities are also provided to create the comfort and relaxing atmosphere for the visitors and make them better in this luxury. Food in ”Natela” and ”Prince Alexander” are also delicious, the breakfast is one of the best I have experienced in the hotels of this level. Thank you for everything.

I really anticipated staying at such a formidable wine estate while attending the Tsinandali Music Festival, located just a few minutes away. The online photos lead me to believe that this was a real luxury resort, at a very high standard. (Those little hot tubs from the photos, however, were not working, and there was no operative mini golf). My experience was mixed: my room in the lodge was dreary and not deserving of a 4 star rating in my estimation. I had to schlep my luggage up to the third floor. My room was very small, not well cleaned, had only basic furnishings and poor quality bedding, the bathroom fixtures were outdated, and there were insufficient electrical outlets. I did, however, enjoy the pool, which was very welcoming and refreshing. My free wine tasting was truly great: I had a personal tour, the guide knew English well, and answered my questions. When I was seated for a tasting, they were more than generous - pouring me 3 glasses of wine along with the Gold Chacha, and then offered to refill the glass which I loved the most. This was accompanied by a lovely plate of bread with regional dips. From here I ordered dinner, which was good, and which was presented in a very straightforward and unassuming manner. While not amazing, it was nevertheless quite good and a solid value for the money. The daily breakfast, served on the breathtaking balcony overlooking the estate, was good, but not earth shattering: there were no fresh breads, and no ready made coffee. The main hot dishes lacked freshly cooked eggs and, while there were cut vegetables, there were no ready made salads. I can't understand why they didn't serve more local fruits, sticking only to melons, as all the local produce markets had a wide variety of seasonal fruits. All in all, I think that the accommodation was slightly overpriced, although the overall experience was certainly positive and memorable.

Kontrastierte Erfahrung ... Wenn der Manager sehr nett ist und die Gemeinden wirklich charmant sind, sind die Zimmer ziemlich einfach ... und nicht systematisch. Beim check in haben wir diese wichtige Information nicht gegeben und also war es nicht überrascht, dass wir am nächsten Abend unser Zimmer in der Lage wiederfinden, ohne Handtücher, ohne Wasser, ohne Toilettenprodukte ... nichts. Ich finde das Verfahren unkompliziert, weil es genügt, alles zu verhindern. Eine kleine Anmerkung zum Frühstück, das erst um 9 Uhr beginnt, was sehr spät ist: Eine so spät beginnende man zumindest kann warten auf frisches Brot. Schließlich noch eine letzte Bemerkung: auf der Vorlageblatt des Hotels werden die Zeitpläne des Restaurants erwähnt. Aber es gibt keine Zeitpläne! Nach dem Abend der Besuche nach 19 Uhr, und als wir das Zimmer nicht mehr erfuhren, haben wir auch erfahren, dass es keine, aber keine Möglichkeit gibt, sich zu erhalten. Des ajustements sont donc à faire car l'hôtel a un beau potentiel !

Die Lage ist in erster Linie, aus dem Zimmer können Sie die Schüssel und die Skulptur des Königs sehen, und das Zimmer ist auch sehr komfortabel, das ist ein seltsamer großer Schoß im Zentrum. Die Stadt muss wirklich kommen, es gibt überall erstaunliche historische Zeugen, unsere Reisezeit und die Telawi-Musikfestival!
