Great service, paid parking, plenty of parking space. Prime location near to underground station.

Obwohl die Lage sehr nahe dem Bahnhof liegt, ist es schade, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche leckt und der Service oder freundliche Geist ist sehr gut.

Als ich eincheckte, fragte ich, ob ich die von mir registrierte Kreditkarte belasten könnte. Ich sagte ja, aber jetzt bin ich nach China zurückgekehrt, habe aber die Gebühreninformationen nicht gefunden.

Last-Minute-Reservierung aufgrund einer Flugverspätung, die einen unerwarteten Zwischenstopp über Nacht verursachte. Über trip.com gebucht, etwa 10 Minuten später im Hotel angekommen. Die Bar hatte eine tolle Auswahl und das Personal war freundlich. Tolles Zimmer, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt!

Es handelt sich um ein Hotel im Apartmentstil, in das ich früher geflogen bin, daher ist das Zimmer sehr groß und sauber, aber meiner Meinung nach scheinen Küchenutensilien nicht mit Messern ausgestattet zu sein... Wenn ich mich nicht traue, sie zur Verfügung zu stellen Messer, ich denke, es kann wie ein gewöhnliches Hotel geöffnet werden. Es wird verwendet, um einen Flug zu erreichen, daher ist die Lage abgelegen. Wenn Sie jedoch unterwegs nach Windsor Castle wollen, ist diese Lage sehr gut

Pro's and con's for this hotel are at the opposite ends of the spectrum. The gentleman who greeted us at checkout was polite, helpful and happy. The member of staff who woke us up banging on the next door room at 6am. Not so much. After what felt like 5 minutes of loud banging outside our door and over 20 knocks at 6am both me and my wife were very much awake. I answered the door to a member of staff who said he was trying to wake the next room. I joked that our room were all awake and he just continued banging as loud as he could on the door. I did let the reception know and they acknowledged that this wasn't normal. The management however dismissed this complaint. I do think that most long haul flyers value their sleep, but that is the hotels policy apparently. In the morning we needed to print our COVID test results and the reception staff acted like a McDonald's worker who you have just asked for additional ketchup sachets. Breakfast however is great, a good spread of hot and cold foods and good coffee too. The sports lounge is an ideal spot to wait in before you head to the airport to check in too.

Das Hotel ist super nahe am Flughafen Heathrow und hat ein Innenbar Restaurant, große Punkte sind sie bieten Zimmerservice und das Bett /room im Allgemeinen ist super komfortable und eine Art Luxus. Die einzige negative ist die Mitarbeiter nicht so freundlich scheinen, jeder war in einem schlechten Stimmung 😒

It is close to the airport but can not walk through, need to get transport, a small mattress and a thin pillow I ordered 3 more pillows no one came.
