"Das ist mein drittes Aufenthaltsverhältnis. Die ersten beiden Erfahrungen waren sehr gut. Die Zimmeranlagen dieses Mal sind etwas besorgt. Die Bettwäsche ist sehr alt und die Handtücher und die Wäsche sind nicht gut. Die Rezeption-Mitarbeiter sind immer noch nett wie zuvor."

"Nachdem ich morgens aufwachte, war ich enttäuscht, dass wir in der Dunkelheit kamen und früh weg waren. Die Umgebung war malerisch mit Frühlingsblumen und Kaninchen überall. Ich möchte auch das Salomon Museum besuchen. Das Zimmer war sauber, sauber und für den Zweck geeignet."

"There aren’t that many hotel options in Tunbridge Wells and this hotel, albeit on the edge of town has parking. It’s a bit dated, looks like a retirement home, but clean and the room was of a good size. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options in the buffet. I didn’t use the bar and there was a function that finished at midnight during one of the (weekend) nights I stayed. There was noise from that but it didn’t bother me that much and the music finished in the outdoor area on time."

"A very good hotel. The bedroom was excellent with a very traditional decor. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were as expected. The bar and restaurant was again very traditional with oak beams, real stone slab floors and comfortable seating and nice tables. The bar provided a very good range of beers, larger wines, cocktails and spirits. The bar service was excellent and prices were reasonable. The restaurant service was friendly and excellent. The menu range was also very good and prices again were very reasonable. Breakfast was included and the choices and service good. Car parking was more than adequate and free. The one disappointment was that there was no bar food available at any time during the afternoon. I would use this hotel again."

Une adresse de caractère, où l’on apprécie autant le confort des lieux que le professionnalisme du service."
