Es passte unseren Bedürfnissen an. Der Ort selbst ist ok, Maria die verantwortliche Dame war großartig. Der Ort selbst war wirklich tatty und brauchte etwas Geld, das auf ihn ausgegeben wurde. Türen nicht richtig fitiert, keine Tapeten auf den Treppen. Gemälde aus dem Deckel. Wire überall im Zimmer.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in dieser zentralen Lage. Sehr willkommene Empfang bei der Ankunft und der Kundenservice war fantastisch. Das komfortable Zimmer und das warme Frühstück war perfekt für unseren Geschäftsaufenthalt. Ich würde empfehlen.

Im Bereich für Geschäftsreisen und blieb bei den Stockton Arms nur für eine Nacht. Zimmer sehr gut vorgestellt und in einer tollen Lage für den lokalen Bereich. Großer lokaler Park nach einem Tag Arbeit in einem schönen Bereich außerhalb der Hauptstadt zu Fuß. Die Stockton Arms selbst verfügt über eine große Bar mit allen Sportkanälen, aber weit von einem Sport-Pub mit einem intelligenten/fallhaften Kleidung Code entfernt, so dass es ein guter Ort, um sich zu entspannen und eine Nacht zu genießen. Für Essen gehen Sie um die Ecke zum Masham Schwester Pub, das Essen und Service ist ausgezeichnet

Ich möchte nur sagen, dass dieser Ort schlechte Presse hatte, aber ich sage Ihnen, das Team hat es umgedreht, erstaunliches Essen zu einem großen Wert und der schönste Cocktail, den ich in der Vergangenheit hatte Alan, der Teamleiter hat mich ins Hotel gecheckt und war so hilfreich. und erklärte alles, dass Sie 10% als Hotelgäst abziehen, dann später in der Nacht machte er mich und meine Frau 2 Cocktail, die Hände nach unten sind die besten, die ich je hatte, auch große Dank an die Küchenpersonal für die Herstellung einer schönen Mischgrill, würde jeder sehr empfehlen, zu bleiben oder nur sich für etwas Essen und Trinken zu bekommen. Schämlich. Buchte einen Tisch für 6:45 . schließlich haben wir unsere Starter um 8:15..... erst nachdem wir über die Verzögerung beschwert hatten..... sogar dann waren die Starter alle falsch! So enttäuschend, als das eine Familienbuchung war. Wir waren dann sicher, dass unsere Hauptmahlzeiten in 8 Minuten serviert werden und dass unsere Getränke kostenlos wären. Wir beschlossen, zu bleiben. Ja, die Mahlzeiten waren schön... sehr schön... aber die Erfahrung, ohne eine Erklärung zu warten, zerstört den ganzen Abend. Am Ende, als wir die Rechnung beantragt haben, war der einzige Abzug die ersten Runden von Getränken....nicht wie versprochen...alle Getränke. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir vorbei....... würde ich zurückgehen...Sehr sehr zweifelhaft. Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum heute Abend so schlecht war ....und es war

Ich blieb hier für Arbeit. Zunächst konnte der Besitzer Jim nicht genug tun, um zu helfen. Alles, was ich brauchte, war schnell zu sortieren. Lage ist groß mit Nahrung im pub unten oder 5Min nach unten der Straße, die Sie in Schwierigkeiten sind, wo Sie viel zu wählen haben. Die Dusche war heiß und leistungsstark, das Zimmer war sauber und es war ziemlich. Preis war ausgezeichnet für das, was Sie bekommen. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben.

Where to start with this place? I stayed here for 2 nights. My booking through work state 1 standard twin room. I wish this is what I received.... ROOM I was located in room 115....please if you are allocated this room LEAVE! This must be the worst room in the hotel. Its located at the top of the staircase so you hear people walking up them at all times. The doors to other corridors are opened and slammed shut constantly. It overlooks the entrance and the main road so you cant open the window without loud street noise. I walked into the room and it was boiling hot, id suggest leaving the heating off for future guests. Its easier to heat a room than to cool it down. Opening the window also didnt help because its just constant noise. The room contains a ceiling fan which is fantastic at blowing around hot air. My ”twin room” contained 1 single bed. No sockets near the bed , the TV cant get a volume above 40 so its impossible to hear if you're hard of hearing like myself. And dont say its to cut down on disturbing neighbouring rooms because they're disturbed more by street noise. The bathroom whilst nicely decorated has its issues. The hot water decided to cut off after about 5 minutes running when i was topping up my bath. The tea and coffee making facilities had milk pots that were 4 days out of date resulting in a rather sour coffee. The bed was a single bed and rock hard too. which disturbed my sleep. But you wont get much of that anyways as over my 2 nights the fire alarm went off 3 times. twice at 5.30AM!!!!!!!! RESTAURANT My only positive of this place is that the food, what you can get of it, is superb. I had the burger and the fish. Both were superb and the chips were incredible. So kudos to the chef. The rest of the restaurant staff however. Awful, a girl with blonde hair. Absolutely the worst waitress Ive come across. I would stand waiting to be seated for 10 minutes before she came out of the ktichen after chatting to her mates. At one point a woman in a black dress ( I think she may have been a manager) had to get her to come and seat me and other guests. Service on the food is slow but its worth the wait. My worst experience with this waitress was when i asked for a menu for dessert. 10 mins later she brought me the menu. I then sat for 25 minutes waiting for her to return to take my dessert order but she just never bothered. Instead playing on her phone or leaving the restaurant to speak to her mates in the kitchen! My 2nd night I learned my lesson and asked her for the brownie when she collected my plate. 15 minutes later she returned to tell me there were no brownies. Does it take 15 minutes to check the fridge? Truly terrible service!! RECEPTION I cant praise or fault reception staff. My only poor experience was waiting for 10 minutes to speak to someone but I think they may have been manning the bar as well which of course isnt their fault. OVERALL I can only reccomend that if you think this is an attractive opti
