"Great hotel to stay in if you are traveling for work. Pool and jacuzzi is always a bonus. Great food in the Burgundy restaurant, but don't order Tiramusu (it's too creamy, no taste of coffee or alcohol - very bad)! Staff members are friendly, let us stay for an extra hour, which was nice."

"Stayed for 1 night prior to early flight. It was further from the airport than I thought it was. The bed was comfortable and bedding spotless The hubby liked the fact he could see the aircraft take off and land from the room so wasn’t disappointed that it was further than anticipated. The bathroom was adequate but I’m not sure about having a shower curtain instead of a screen but it did look clean. The meals we had were nice and a couple of drinks in bar. Hospitally tray was adequate too. You need to ask reception for hairdryers but not an issue. Overall it’s great value for money and we would stay again. All the staff we came into contact were friendly and professional at all times"

Die Rezeptionistin war hilfsbereit und hatte innerhalb weniger Minuten die Zimmerschlüssel. Das Zimmer war frisch und auf dem neuesten Stand, ein bequemes Bett und ein großer Fernseher an der Wand. Einziger Nachteil wäre, dass die Handtücher wirklich veraltet und rau waren. Restaurant und Bar waren insgesamt entspannt, mein Aufenthalt war angenehm und entspannt. Werde für alle zukünftigen Reisen buchen"

"Ein Wort der Vorsicht. Meine Frage wurde positiv gelöst, aber meine Empfehlung ist, die Reservierung zu überprüfen und die Fragen zu stellen. Der ibis Birmingham Flughafen verfügt über 2 Unterkünfte an der gleichen Stelle. Ich habe für die Ibis gebucht und bezahlt durch Trip. Als ich ankam, wurde mir gesagt, dass die Trip meine Reservierung im Ibis Budget gemacht hatte. Der Konzert sagte mir, dass es nichts, was er tun konnte. Ich müsste es mit dem Buchungsagenten, Trip, nehmen. Ich akzeptierte das Zimmer ( ich habe hier vorher im ibis Budget geblieben, ich wusste, was zu erwarten. Perfekt für eine frühe Morgenabreise.) Meine Enttäuschung war, dass ich die höhere End Unterkunft bei dieser Gelegenheit reserviert und bezahlt habe. Ich habe unnötig gesagt, ich habe Kundenservice kontaktiert und nach einiger Zeit und verschiedenen Erklärungen und Fotos wurde meine Frage verstanden. Ich habe mich entschieden, den Ausgleich anzunehmen."

"I would recommend the Holiday Inn highly as .my overnight stay on 5/2/24 was excellent. Free shuttles to and from train station, helpful professional staff, lovely room and good restaurant food at reasonable prices. I will definitely book again if catching early morning flights. Shuttle bus starts at 5am but was fine for my 7.40am flight although long queues at security checks."

"Met with a warm greeting at reception. Registration was swift. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and nearby. Food and beverages are reasonably priced. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome."
