I was part of an all-female adult group who hired the whole property for the weekend via Air BnB. As we were coming from all over the country, the location was top priority and this guesthouse was in an excellent central location very close to the M42/M6. The property itself is clearly signposted and has lots of parking. It was quite hard to find a property that not only could sleep 11 adults but also had enough bathrooms which Haymills did, with every room being en-suite. Upon arrival, the first guest to arrive was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and showed her the basics, such as the key code to the front door (much easier than one person having to remember the key). The guesthouse is well decorated and has a modern feel throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pans etc which is often an issue at some locations. There was also a coffee machine that we could use. The welcome basket was a nice touch including bottle of wine. Each room was different and some were quite small but fine for single sleepers. I stayed in the largest room which was very spacious. A few of my fellow guests mentioned that the plug points didn't fit with the furniture layout i.e. you couldn't use them easily and there was no mirror in our bedroom which would have been helpful. Our bathroom had a bath and large shower cubicle which was clean and we had towels/basic toiletries provided. The main issue we had was with the central heating which wasn't working. The host did respond quickly after being called and came to investigate. He had to concede defeat and called a plumber. Fortunately, the hot water was still working and it wasn't particularly cold for the time of year. The host did bring round several electric heaters which were enough for most, but not all, bedrooms. He did bring round a couple more the following day. Despite a visit from the plumber on the second day, the heating was not fixed during our stay. It didn't ruin it but it did mean we had to layer up and move heaters around to make sure everyone's room was warm enough. The lounge was pleasant and nicely furnished. It had a large TV which we didn't use. The large lounge doors/windows had blinds but no curtains (there was a curtain rail) so not sure if this is on the 'to do' list but curtains would have made for a warmer room (and look nicer too). The lounge door was a bit strange in that it had no handle/mechanism so was held closed by a door stop meaning that every time someone left the room, someone in the room had to push the door closed; again, a minor thing but it had a bit of an 'unfinished' feel to it. The house itself is located near the village of Hampton-in-Arden, a very attractive village. We went to the White Lion Inn on the Saturday night for a meal which was delicious. There is a train track running along the back of the property but it didn't cause any issues re noise, nor did the A452 which is a dual carriageway but surprisingly quie

Stayed for 1 night prior to early flight. It was further from the airport than I thought it was. The bed was comfortable and bedding spotless The hubby liked the fact he could see the aircraft take off and land from the room so wasn’t disappointed that it was further than anticipated. The bathroom was adequate but I’m not sure about having a shower curtain instead of a screen but it did look clean. The meals we had were nice and a couple of drinks in bar. Hospitally tray was adequate too. You need to ask reception for hairdryers but not an issue. Overall it’s great value for money and we would stay again. All the staff we came into contact were friendly and professional at all times

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after staying at Royal Square Hotel, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. I saw quite a few negative reviews beforehand, and I was a little skeptical, but my stay turned out to be really enjoyable! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. What stood out to me the most was their Park and Fly option – such a fantastic deal! It’s affordable and incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to save on parking fees. Everything about the process was smooth and easy. I had no issues during my stay, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s a hidden gem in my opinion, and I highly recommend giving it a try despite the reviews you might see. I had a great time!

Großes Hotel zu bleiben, wenn Sie für Arbeit reisen. Pool und Jacuzzi ist immer ein Bonus. Großes Essen im Burgundy Restaurant, aber bestellen Sie nicht Tiramusu (es ist zu grässlich, kein Kaffee oder Alkohol - sehr schlecht)! Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, lassen Sie uns eine extra Stunde bleiben, was schön war.

Wir reservieren immer einen Hotelaufenthalt für die Nacht vor unserem Flug und wegen der Nähe des Novotel zum Flughafen Birmingham. Vor unserer Ankunft habe ich die Bewertungen hier angesehen und ins Hotel gelangt, um die Anbindungsräume zu beantragen (wir sind eine Familie von 6 - 2 Erwachsenen und 4 unter 12 Jahren). Wir wurden angewiesen, dass der Antrag registriert wurde, aber nicht garantiert werden konnte. Dankevoll wurden wir mit dem Zusatzbonus mit einem erstaunlichen Blick verbundene Zimmer verteilt! Die Zimmer selbst waren gut eingerichtet und hatten einen großen Raum. Ich mag wirklich die spiegelnden Türen im Badezimmer! Die Betten waren komfortabel und die Kinder, die auf dem Rollstuhl und Sofa schliefen, sagten, sie waren auch komfortabel! Zimmer waren sauber. Alles Personal, das wir getroffen haben, war willkommen und freundlich - einschließlich des Gentleman, der unsere Zimmerservice-Bestellung (die gut vorgestellt und geschmackvoll) abgegeben hat! Bei der Buchung sind die Reservierungen im Restaurant zu essen (in den Aufzügen ist ein Menü, das auch das Zimmerservicemenü ist). Wenn Sie im Flughafen essen möchten (vor Sicherheit) dann sind Ihre Optionen Greggs,, M&S, Spar & Costa - die Restaurants im ersten Stock sind geschlossen - ich glaube, sie erweitern den Sicherheitsbereich. Insgesamt ein großer Aufenthalt und wenn wir wieder aus Birmingham fliegen, würden wir sicher wieder bleiben.

Wir haben bei der Eincheckung eine warme Begrüßung erhalten. In wenigen Minuten waren wir in unserem Zimmer, das wir sehr sauber und gemütlich gefunden. Badezimmer wurde mit Shampoo, Klimaanlage und Dusche gel in der Duschezone gekittelt.Waschen sind mit flüssigen Seife geliefert. Schlaffläche hatte eine gute elektrische Socke, wenn nötig. Wir hatten eine Kehle mit Tee, Kaffee, Milch und Zucker/Süßer. Wardroben für das Anhängen von Kleidung mit extra Bett und ein Haartrockner, wenn nötig. Restaurant-Personal wie das andere Personal sind sehr freundlich und genießen sogar das Banner mit den Kunden. Wir hatten Frühstück, das ein Buffet-Stil ist. Essen ist perfekt gekocht und sauber mit sehr wenig Fett auf den gefrierten Artikeln. Schöne Atmosphäre im Restaurant. Es ist sehr schwer, in jedem Fall im Hotel schuld zu finden.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für 2 Tage Geschäftsbetrieb während der B2022 Commonwealth Games benutzt. Ideal gelegen, als ich fliege in und aus. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen, obwohl der Shuttlebus nicht für die Dauer der Spiele laufen. Es wird wieder auftreten, sobald die Spiele vorbei sind. Schnell, effiziente Eincheckung. Sehr geräumige Exekutivzimmer im 3. Stock, spotlessly sauber und gut mit Kaffee und Wasser gespeichert. Gute Dusche und Bad, die wieder spotlessly sauber waren. Klimaanlage wirklich gut funktionierte und hält eine große Zeit. Das Frühstück ist gut. Ich habe in vielen Hotels um die Flughäfen geblieben und dieser klimatisierte Sitzplatz zusammen mit einer frischen und breiten Auswahl an Frühstücks- und Getränken ist direkt da oben. Das Personal war alle aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Das ist das erste Mal, dass ich hier geblieben bin, aber ich war sehr beeindruckt und würde nicht zögern, zurückzukehren.

Arrived for check in and was told they had made an error and offered me 2 rooms instead of 1 family room. As I had 2 minors with me this was not acceptable. They gave us 2 rooms with adjoining door so we could still be together.

Met with a warm greeting at reception. Registration was swift. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and nearby. Food and beverages are reasonably priced. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome.

Kay, Joe, Majid, Mukesh, Joe und Adam- wow! Einfach ausgezeichnet Wir bleiben dieses Wochenende, da wir eine 100. Geburtstagsfeier lokal feiern. Mom gewinnt auch von Krebs und hat dieses Hotel für uns alle gewählt, um zu bleiben. Wir konnten keine heißere Rezeption haben und der Service war zweit bis niemandem. Majid ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Abendessen perfekt war. Wir würden sehr empfehlen!
