Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht sehr bequem. Es gibt keine gute Verkehrsanlagen, Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Sie müssen für eine Weile zu Fuß zum Busbahnhof und Restaurants. Der Vorschulvertreter des Hotels war sehr nett, aber das Hotel hat keine umfassende Ausrüstung wie Slips und Haartrockner bereitgestellt.

Hi we sayed here yesterday like we have many times before. It was comfortable, clean and everyone was so lovely especially Joy as we needed help with an issue and she sorted it straight away. It's close to the bus stop, shops and restaurants also a free carpark. Can't wait until our next visit from Brighton and will definitely stay here. We'll done Redwings 🙂

Das Hotel sieht von außen ziemlich unscheinbar aus - innen sehr modern eingerichtet. Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Check-in ist theoretisch online bzw wird am iPad vor Ort gemacht, jedoch ist eine Ansprechperson vom Hotel verfügbar. Vermutlich jedoch nur tagsüber. Die Zimmer ist sehr schön ausgestattet, jedoch nicht mehr die neuesten. An einigen Ecken und enden sieht man, dass viele hier bereits übernachtet haben und auch das die Putzfrau doch einige Ecken etwas übersehen hat. Das Bett ist super bequem 👍🏻 Das Hotel ist mit einem Fitnessstudio verbunden, welches auch von nicht Hotelgästen besucht wird. In der Empfangshalle findet man einen Starbucks und ein Restaurant/Bar mit gutem, einfachen Essen (Burger, Wraps, Bowls,…). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt - wird würden daher wieder hier einchecken.

Met with a warm greeting at reception. Registration was swift. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. Excellent facilities both at the hotel and nearby. Food and beverages are reasonably priced. Breakfast was plenty and wholesome.

Kay, Joe, Majid, Mukesh, Joe und Adam- wow! Einfach ausgezeichnet Wir bleiben dieses Wochenende, da wir eine 100. Geburtstagsfeier lokal feiern. Mom gewinnt auch von Krebs und hat dieses Hotel für uns alle gewählt, um zu bleiben. Wir konnten keine heißere Rezeption haben und der Service war zweit bis niemandem. Majid ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Abendessen perfekt war. Wir würden sehr empfehlen!

Fabulous fabulous fabulous. Food was exquisite, staff from bar to table were attentive, polite and service was exemplary. We had a gorgeous meal, both chose steak which was to die for. My friend had the brownie which was rich, velvety & melt in your mouth and I had the caramalised custard tart which was just perfect! Being locals we have eaten here quite a few times but was really excited to try now Rob is on board & we were absolutely blown away. Thank you for a fabulous evening.

Overall good hotel not far from the M40 but requires updating. Staff are over worked and supposed to do multiple jobs especially night staff. Rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested - we found this strange as we are past covid!. Parking • There is parking at the back of the hotel but you have to register every time you park at the reception (not once a day but every time you park). Reception is at the UG floor. You can park free but to avoid a ticket register seems to be the only way we were told. There is a Sainsburys car park opposite, which is a minute walk to the hotel and back. • The car park at the back is very limited Check in/check out • Reception is on the UG floor (Upper ground floor), Check in was quite quick. • Check out is very simple. You just have to put your key card into a small container at reception and you can go. • The staff are nice and friendly and always willing to resolve any issues you have Lift and stairs • The lift is well-maintained but there is only 1 lift and it is quite slow • There are also stairs as you enter the hotel. Room • The beds were nice and comfortable • The windows did not shut properly which resulted in a lot of cold air coming in the room during the storm which also made the room noisy all night. The windows were not cleaned properly as there were cobwebs near the window • The bathroom size was the standard but slightly smaller than expected. • The shower wasn't powerful enough • The hair and body wash soap wasn't filled when we checked in and had to request staff to replace. The basin soap pump was faulty and so on the second night the hotel staff provided us a bottle of soap Tea and Coffee making facilities • There were plenty of tea-bags, milk, coffee powder and sugar • You can get more tea and coffee making resources at reception

Stayed here with 2 others to attend the UK Games Expo. If you have a car, it's a great location! Only 15-20 minutes away. It was honestly a beautiful place to stay, the room was spotless and very welcoming. There are lots of pluses including a nice choice of breakfast, a living room to relax in and a lovely outdoor space that was surprisingly quiet. The parking was free too! The host was very friendly, giving us lots of tips about the area and the hotel. Highly recommended if you need to stay in the Birmingham area for any reason. It's near every shop you could ask for!

Most comfortable bed, stylish interior, lots of greenery and underfloor heating in the bathroom, complimentary tea coffee water and snacks, own fridge, takeaways, superstore, pub on walking distance, Birmingham international airport, train station, NEC and central Birmingham on a short drive away
