Plane deinen Aufenthalt in Scunthorpe

We arrived to find that of our 3 rooms booked and paid for only 2 were available and the other had been sold to another. They made up an disused room for us to replace this sold room. However instead of the ”deluxe room” booked we had a room used for the homeless by the council which was confirmed by the staff. The facilities are very basic and some dont work. Some rooms are better than others. We had 3 rooms. Our bathroom light was intermittent, the bathroom handle was hanging off. The paint is peeling in all rooms. My daughters room was awful and we did not use it. Her bedroom window did not close even at the end of October when cold; The light on the stairway (with no windows) did not work, so the stairs were total darkness; The shower did not work and was hanging off the wall with bare wires; The tv was missing, The carpet was totally disgusting and was covered in so many stains that you didn't want to take your shoes off; Basic kitchen facilities are missing eg no bowls (had to use a lunch box to eat our cereal), other guests are loud and disrepectful... Hairs in the sink and shower; Skid marks in the toilet; Sheets are un-ironed (but a minor point considering); Communal kitchens are a disgrace and not fit for use, microwave disgusting, grease everywhere. No natural light in our room as the blind would not go up, however in another room there was no blind at all, so the light came in the room very early. We only wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep, the location was not so important, however if this is important you need to know this is on a forecourt of a petrol station. The firedoor which said to keep closed, was propped open with the fire extinguisher, which not only meant the door was not closed but there was also a blockage in the doorway. I hate having to leave a negative review but this property just isn't up to the basic standards. The only positives the bed was reasonably comfortable and the room temperature was fine in the rooms where the window closed. Wifi was OK.

Das Clamart Hotel ist zwar grundsätzlich, ist aber sauber, gemütlich und erfüllte meine Bedürfnisse in jeder Hinsicht möglich. Ich konnte nicht das Niveau der hervorragenden Kundenservice, die ich während meines Aufenthalts (5 Nächte) erhalten habe, loben. Während meiner Aufenthalte brauchte ich häufig Hilfe bei der Navigation um die Stadt, als meine Frau und ich nie zu diesem Bereich gewesen war, das Personal ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass wir die lokalen Einrichtungen zum höchsten Effekt nutzen können. Der Hotelmanager(Jack) ging so weit, uns seine persönliche Handynummer zu geben, so dass wir ihn ggf. anrufen konnten (die manchmal verloren gingen und nicht einmal wir gezwungen waren, eine Last zu fühlen). Würde dieses Hotel so hoch wie möglich für sein hervorragendes Personalteam allein bewerten! Danke Hotel Clamart Wir werden zurück sein ! :)

Auf dem 15. für zwei Nächte hier ist das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel besuchen Familie in der Gegend die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel und zu einem erschwinglichen Preis die Mitarbeiter sind so hilfreich und freundlich kann es nicht fehlen wird hier wieder bleiben, wenn in das Gebiet so vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt

Nur bei Waldpinen geblieben hatte 80. Geburtstagsfeiern mit meiner Mutter und Schwester verbrachte einen sonnigen Nachmittag in der Pinenbar schöne Lage wir wurden von Bex und Flur gesucht Wer waren sehr professionell und machte uns sehr besondere Gefühl und nichts war 2 sehr schwierige schöne Mädchen ein Vermögen für Ihr Unternehmen.haben vor und werden zurück betrachtet Michelle Sommerland

Das Hotel war schön und sauber. Der Service war großartig. Sehr freundlich. Ich würde noch einmal besuchen.
