Die Hotelhalle-Dienstleisterin ist sehr freundlich und freundlich.  Da das Hotel ein historisches Gebäude ist, es keine Leitung hat, sie ist klein, aber sehr  Mit Herzen helfen Sie uns, die Gepäckstücke auf die Treppe zu ziehen. Das Zimmer ist groß und fällt, die Dekoration ist sehr warm , es gibt eine kleine britische Stadtstil. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr gut,  Kinder essen sehr glücklich . Es ist ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein sehr hoher Service im kleinen britischen Hotel

Went for Sunday lunch today and it was lovely. The beef was cooked perfectly and came with lots of veg and a large Yorkshire. I'd asked for a restaurant table but it was very busy so we were offered an alternative. When I mentioned I'd specifically asked on booking the lovely young lady said ”it'll take a few moments but theres on about to come free, can I get you some drinks whilst we see to it? . Nothing was too much trouble and after a few mins of being seated in the restaurant our drinks arrived. All staff were busy yet very attentive making sure all tables were cleared off when guests had left. Service and food brilliant, thankyou.

room was very well equipped, very clean, and the bed was big enough .

staff are nice, rooms and a few other areas really could do with a refurbishment. shower pressure was great though.... sound proofing is not great in the rooms. also I think the fake flamingos need swapping for some real ducks. food was ok but breakfast was good. nice surrounding area. would stay again post a refurbishment.

The hotel was a wee bit out of the way Staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean 

Wer sich einmal ein schönes, altes Ambiente gönnen will, der ist hier genau richtig - ein altes Schloss, das in ein Hotel umfunktioniert wurde. Wir waren im Neubau untergebracht, sodass ich den Zustand des Altbaus nicht kenne - der Neubau hat uns aber sehr gut gefallen. Alles schön sauber, sehr große Einzelzimmer mit Schreibtisch, Couch und Fernseher, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein großer Schrank mit Bügelbrett. Die Zimmer waren etwas kalt, da mit Zuluft geheizt wurde, aber meine Kollegin, die es nicht aushielt, bekam noch einen weiteren Heizlüfter von der Rezeption. Im Preis inbegriffen das Fitnessstudio und Spa, sowie Frühstück. Abendessen war eher etwas spärlich von der Portion (zu einem hohen Preis), Frühstück hatte dafür alles von warm bis kalt und diverse Säfte zu bieten. Auf jeden Fall werde ich Privat wiederkommen.

Visiting family stayed in Waverley solo peaceful and exceptionally clean everyone friendly could not do enough for you especially Gina I would highly recommend it to family and friends Best poached eggs for my breakfast good menu for all Plenty of fruit and cereal to choose from.

Stayed on business. Room had a fragrant scent,lush carpet, beautiful upholstered furniture and a high end interior designer feel about it giving an original but quirky experience. The soaps and shampoos were luxurious and the bed was a 10/10 with very expensive sheets and towels..there was no noise at all from other rooms Wow Used the spa pool and steam room accessed by immaculate fragranced corridors with calming relaxing music in the back ground, the changing rooms was the best I have ever seen anywhere, accessed with a wrist fob, so no no codes just ease. I ate in the stables for an evening meal and for breakfast, the menu was original unique and well up there in terms of service, quality and fine dining. Really enjoyed every dish I ate which is a testament to the kitchen staff and head chef. The receptionists and waiters were all very professional and personable creating an extraordinary experience. I have rarely seen such attention to detail and they have achieved almost perfection, I can only think of three other hotels that were better but they were all five times the price, this place is such good value for the price I am absolutely delighted that I stayed. I slept solidly throughout the night without disturbance and left feeling incredibly relaxed with silky skin! What they have achieved here is an absolute triumph to everyone involved in creating this place. Well done to you all at Manor House for making me feel like a millionaire.
