Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Probleme beim einchecken, da ich keine E-Mail vom Anbieter oder vom Hotel bekommen habe. Denn diese E-Mail war wichtig, um Zugang ins Hotel zu bekommen (Ziffercode -eine kleine Box, indem sich die Box öffnen lässt durch den Pin-Ziffercode, wie bei einem Fahrradschloss). Gott sei Dank war ein Neugast vor Ort, der mir das Passwort vom Hotel mitgeteilt hatte, sodass ich meine E-Mail checken konnte. Leider erhielt ich keine Zugangsdaten vom Hotel. Jedoch hatte das Hotel einen Banner zuhängen, auf dem die Kontaktdaten mit Telefonnummer vom Hotel zu lesen waren. Rief dort an und schilderte ihr mein Problem. Sie fragte mich nach meinem Vor-und Nachnamen und sie gab mir die Zugangsdaten mündlich durch (Englisch). Hat alles perfekt geklappt. Hotel ist circa 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (von Victoria Station und Einkaufszentrum) Mit Auto nur 5 Minuten

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, sehr sauber, es dauert zehn Minuten, um den alten Trafford-Station zu Fuß zu gehen. Es ist sehr bequem.

GGastnutzerWhen we arrived there was plenty of parking available which was a plus point for us.
We approached the reception to check in, and they were very welcoming. There may have been a small issue with our booking I'm not sure what it was maybe our room was not ready but it was resolved quickly and we got upgraded to a King room with river view. I got asked how I'd like to pay for our visit, but I had to inform them that it's already been paid online.
After dinner we stopped at the beverage counter for a hot drink and soft drink. The server was really nice and she was accomodated to our needs.
The room itself was spacious and modern. We really liked the smart TV as it gave us more options to watch something.
The bathroom was nice as well however the toilet was a little stained.
Overall enjoyed our stay.

Weatherspoons and Deansgate 10 min walk for breakfast. So in a really good position for city centre.
Train station 2 min walk .
Pity parking is on a first come basis .
Would come back and definitely recommend.

Typical man, partner didn't take any photos.
He was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room and said reception couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.
My 9year old thought his stay was 10 out of 10. He loved his breakfast and he would stay every time he goes to watch his team 😊

Dieser Preis ist für diese Lage, diesen Komfort. Wir haben für 3 Nächte gebucht Aufenthalt leider sie bieten nicht täglich Hauspflege, [keine Handtücherwechsel / keine Geschirrspülung / etc ] aber Sie können für Hauspflege täglich anfordern @£45/day! . Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber komfortable genug für 3 Erwachsene. 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Badezimmer 2 Queen Bett , Waschmaschine , Kühlschrank, Küche, Nespresso-Maschine usw. Die Lage ist gut 5 Minuten - 10 Minuten zu Essen, Malls usw. Sie bieten einen speziellen Preis für den Park im Gegensatz zu Qpark bei £18/day. Das ist gut für uns billiger als London, was uns £50/day kostet.
Kons: Die Wohnung ist zu dunkel, hat Widnow, aber geschlossen und fühlt sich stuffig.
Pros: Wir bevorzugen Service-Apartments für eine lange Reise mit Familie.

AAmyStayed here with my partner as we had plans to go into Manchester, this is located really well with a couple pubs close by and the train station within walking distance.
It wasn't a bad stay, staff were lovely and room was tidy with fresh bedding and facilities to make a tea/coffee.
It was a little noisey with people banging and walking back and forward from the bathroom as you could hear everything from our room as it was located next to the shared bathroom.
Breakfast too there was plenty of choice but could use some extra pans or somewhere to wash up.
Great for travellers or people on a budget.
