The staff are brilliant here. They cannot do enough for you but it seems to lack an overall manager who can make major decisions re maintenance when things fail at weekends. You will not meet better staff anywhere friendly and keen to make everything right. Shout out to the restaurant and bar staff for being amazing and managing the new hotplates to deliver hot food on Sat and Sunday. The conference team are amazing helping move equipment and sorting any issues. It is a shame they weren't given information on how to set up our room. We had the same set up as last year snd sent photos which didn't reach the team in time. They reorganised with a smile having to move 12 heavy chairs with arms to those without so our accordionists could play their instruments. Better communication would have avoided us having no access to our break room due to another group having officious security who were turning away anyone not in their conference group. A member of the conference team dealt with this swiftly and provided us with an alternative space. Again a Manager overseeing would have noticed the refreshment room would not accommodate this very large group as well as our small one.it seems an awful lot is put on staff to sort when someone with a complete overview should be doing this. They all deserve a massive bonus for sorting everything with a smile. Everywhere is spotless and rooms are comfortable. In der Nähe des Kent Mountain Park, die Umgebung ist sehr gut 👍. Entfernt vom Stadtzentrum, der öffentliche Verkehr entwickelt, empfiehlt sich, Tickets zu kaufen, sofort! Die Zimmer-Gesundheit ist in Ordnung, ich weiß nicht, warum in der letzten Nacht, die Wäsche und die Handtücher sind nicht nach den Normen gelegt!

A very quiet and relaxing hotel. Our room overlooked the common and we were visited regularly by cows, sheep and the occasional woodpecker. Our room was comfortable and clean. We didn’t use the main restaurant but ate one evening in the bar. Food was average and not a great choice. There is an excellent pub 5 minutes walk away as well as a chain restaurant a little further away next to the Grand Union Canal ( ideal if you have kids). One annoying thing was we had to pay for the food and drink as we went, so for dinner, sweet and two drinks we had to make 4 credit card transactions. Can’t understand why you can’t charge to the room like most other hotels of this class. Breakfast was included in our room rate and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. The Staff were all friendly and engaging. If we stay in the area again, we will certainly use this hotel.

This hotel was one we ”stumbled upon” as our usual ”go to” ones were fully booked. From arrival to departure the staff were professional and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant was partly disrupted because some parents can't/won't control their children and didn't stop them from screaming at the top of their lungs. Breakfast was decent enough although we felt a bit rushed. We will be looking to stay at more hotels in this chain going forward.

Die Lage für mich war perfekt, da ich in der Nähe des Krankenhauses sein musste. Es ist auch nahe an Bushalte in das Zentrum und mit einem Auto können Sie schnell zu Zielen rund um die Stadt erreichen. Das Zimmer ist wie in den Fotos gezeigt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Die Weinglasses und Tumblers, die im Kühlschrank gekühlt sind, waren willkommen! Ich fand das Zimmer sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Es gab gute Lagerung, viele Socken einschließlich ein paar USB-Porten, die handvoll sind.Die Ansichten der Marine waren sehr nett und hinzugefügt Charakter. Die Leute, die ich beim Aufenthalt traf, waren freundlich und hilfreich. Insgesamt habe ich meinen Aufenthalt genossen und hatte zwei gute Nachtruhen. Ich würde sicherlich noch einmal dort buchen.

Wir haben in den letzten zwei Tagen eine fantastische Erfahrung in diesem Hotel verbracht ! Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , unser Zimmer war spotless , sehr sauber und gemütlich und ich mag diese Rezeption rufen Ihr Zimmer innerhalb von 20 Minuten von Ihrem Aufenthalt, um zu sehen, ob unsere Zimmer ok sind , das Essen ist sehr schön und alles frisch , Mein einziger Grippe ist, dass das Frühstück nicht mit Hash Browns Lol das Hotel als Ganzes sehr willkommen ist , Trinkpreise in der Bar sind teuer und sie erlaubt Hunde in den Zimmern, die heute Morgen beim Abreisen wie bei den Veten , die mehrere Hunde zu schütteln . Nicht sicher, ob ich die Idee davon mag. Es gibt auch einen Erntegerät auf der Website, die auch schön macht. Lage ist ok, 1 Mike von einem Tesco und 2.5 Meilen von mir Einkaufszentrum. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the staff are just out of this world incredible! I have now stayed many times here and will keep going back! The manager is an absolute diamond guy and has all of my respect for how wonderful and accommodating he is. Nothing is ever too much to ask! Couldn’t recommend this place more.
