I made a booking through *********** at this place for my nieces and nephew to stay for two days. They were returning from Ireland before flying out of Heathrow and, due to the planned transport strike, it made sense to book something near the airport. I had read through the terms and conditions of the booking and had made the booking under the name of my niece who is 25 years old. After the booking, I received an email from the property that required supply of ID for all persons staying at the property and pre-authorisation of a credit card for a £200 deposit. The requirement of ID prior to arrival is not on the hotel policy, which states that “Guest are required to show a photo identification… upon check-in.” Never have I experience this before! After the the IDs were provided I received a ”We are sorry to inform you that you don’t meet our minimum check-in age which is 25 years, as the reservation is on your name we require you to be at least 25 years old to check in. Additionally, it’s not possible to change the name on the reservation. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause. As your reservation is non-refundable, we are unable to waive cancellation fees for this reservation. The minimum check in age alongside other policies and house rules are clearly stated on *********** for all our guests to read before selecting to book and paying, etc”, All this was incorrect. I called the hotel and was told that although the named person was 25, the others were not. It is not in their policy that “all people” must be over 25 and I questioned the requirement as they obviously allow families with children to stay. I was told that it didn’t matter and they would not be allowed to stay and I wouldn't get any refund (even though the booking was in line with their policy). The pure rudeness, lack of integrity and honesty of this hotel astounds me. I am so disappointed that *********** continues to supports this place with so many poor reviews. So much for a customer focused industry! STAY AWAY PLEASE.

Nicely decorated, simple but modern and classy. Clean, accessible options available. 24/7 room service is a great service especially for late travellers but more options would be great. Shower & soaps were nice, bed was large and very comfortable. Could do with leaving a toothbrush kit as most hotels do being an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and accomodating, i am late stage pregnancy and staff accommodated me with offering a room close to reception. The price is very fair for the overall experience. Would recommend and would stay again.

Wenn Sie Hilton sagen, können Sie sicher sein, dass Sie dort komfortablen Aufenthalt haben. Die Lage des Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow ist geeignet und nur 6 Minuten Fahrt von den Terminals 2 und 3. Vorsicht ist es nicht, die Hilton Garden Inn, die direkt im Terminal 3 liegt, zu vermischen. Im Hotel ist ein geräumiger Parkplatz mit zusätzlichen 15£z verfügbar. Schöne Rezeption mit Atmosphäre. Hallways mit Hilton-Stil. Zimmer ist ein bisschen klein, aber komfortabel. Aber die besten Betten, Kissen und Duvet für den freundlichsten Schlaf sind hier!!! Dusche und Dusche sind im Zimmer verfügbar. Das Frühstück war nicht in der Pit-Option verfügbar, aber wir hatten das Zimmer mit einem Lesevertrag- 2 Queen Betten mit 81 £.

Der Teppich im Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Ich wollte eine Tasse Tee kochen, aber unter der Teetasse waren Milchflecken, die ich nicht gereinigt hatte! Das Badewasser ist in Ordnung. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, das Frühstück ist großartig und das Frühstücksservice-Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wenn Sie Getränke benötigen, werden sie Ihnen schnell und geduldig gebracht, was großartig ist! Das Hotel befindet sich ganz rechts gegenüber allen Check-in-Schaltern. Öffnen Sie die gegenüberliegende Glastür und gehen Sie hinein. Folgen Sie dem Durchgang und gehen Sie direkt zum Hotel. Das Hotel hat Busse zu jedem Terminal, aber die Zeit ist instabil. Ich wollte ursprünglich einen nehmen, aber ich sah, dass ich es nicht rechtzeitig schaffte, also nahm ich ein Taxi vor dem Hotel und zahlte 25 Pfund, dass er für alle Terminalgebäude und Langzeitparkplätze jeweils 25 Pfund kostete. Das Gesamterlebnis ist gut!

Ich kam zu einem Doktorandengespräch, also blieb ich eine Nacht am Flughafen und hatte noch nie vor, mich auszuruhen, bevor ich in die Stadt fliege Tag wollte ich ein Zimmer im dritten Stock anfragen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war auch immer ansprechbar. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, der Latte war lecker, das Obst war sehr frisch, ich habe super satt und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Im Vergleich zum Preis eines Hotels in London ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr hoch.
