Ich habe hier über 3 Wochen mit der Arbeit geblieben und konnte nicht glücklicher mit dem Personal sein, sie sind hilfreich, Freundlich und aufmerksam. Fiona und Sammy verdienen Anerkennung von einem wirklich erstaunlichen Team. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen, alle weiteren Anfragen werden glücklich von der Mitarbeiter.

Every time I come to the Cobham Hilton, I feel spoiled. The staff throughout the hotel are exemplary. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar to the staff who prepare the rooms, everyone is genuinely happy and very helpful. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable every time I’m here.

Wow what an amazing hotel and amazing staff, never been made to feel so welcome. We attended Woodlands Park, for New Year’s Eve for a murder mystery black tie event, from the minute we arrived we couldn’t have asked for better. The grounds are stunning, the entrance beautifully decorated for Christmas and the architecture of the building was so lovely to look at. Once in reception we were warmly greeted by Steve, Justin and Aysha, Aysha checked us in and was so informative and friendly, the reception staff including Deborah just couldn’t do enough to make our welcome most enjoyable. Once in our room we were delighted by the room and how clean, spacious and relaxing it was, the toiletries were lovely, and the little extra touches like robes and slippers were great. The bed was comfy. Once we had settled in we went down to the bar to get a drink, Victoria was very welcoming and Evan ran around to find me gluten free crisps, they were very hospitable. We went onto the Murder mystery event and the staff were so professional serving the food and being very attentive to our needs. We celebrated midnight and welcomed in 2024, the staff were professional, welcoming and friendly and Wasiq, managed the night so well, the staff really worked hard. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them, but to name a few David M, and Sheldon who ran the night, Casey who worked so hard and really stood out. In the morning we attended breakfast after a fantastic nights sleep in a wonderful bed, breakfast was delicious and nothing was to much trouble, Fredy, Jay and the other staff could not do enough for you. We packed up and checked out but decided to sit and enjoy the reception with the fire, Steve and Magpy, along with Julian were so lovely, we didn’t feel rushed, they got us coffees, chatted with us and even took some photos of us all. Thank you so much to the staff and managers you made our NYE amazing. We will visit again. Unfortunately we lost Steve’s business card so can’t email him direct or thank him.

2 Nächte am De Vere und konnte es nicht fehlen. Im Zimmer 105 im Towers war ein schönes Gebäude gerade von der Haupthaus. Das Zimmer hatte ein wunderbar komfortables Super King Bett und das Zimmer war geräumig und gut gepflegt. Das Badezimmer ist fast so geräumig mit schönen Waschprodukten/Gels, und eine sehr gute Handbahn installiert für den Schritt über das Bad mit doppelten Dusche Anhänger. Echt schöne Frühstücksauswahl und wunderbar wird Frühstück kochen. Das Personal war wunderschön und großartig. Beachten Sie, dass es nett und ruhig gerade von der Hauptstraße und ideale Lage für mehrere nationale Trust-Eigenschaften (Polesdon Lacey lieblich) und RHS Wisley, die diese Zeit des Jahres schön ist. Alle innerhalb von 20 Minuten Fahrt. Danke an allen an der De Vere!

We booked to stay at the Talbot as we were attending a function there. We appreciated the building is listed so as expected it's a little tired looking. The room we stayed in no.214, unfortunately smelt of drains so rather unpleasant. The hotel was fully booked so there was no chance of changing rooms. The safe was locked shut when we arrived, something I would have thought the staff getting the rooms ready would have had on their check list to ensure all was ok. It was just a little inconvenient to have to go & find a member of staff with a master key to rectify. The evening of the function we had attended we intended on having a light meal of pizza in the bar but were told they weren't taking any more orders due to staffing numbers so we were really disappointed as we'd had a few drinks so couldn't drive elsewhere. Breakfast was OK although pricy if it hadn't been included in the room rate. Also items mentioned on the breakfast menu weren't available which was disappointing eg French toast which is something quite basic! Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. Einfacher Zugang zu Supermärkten, Kaffeegeschäften und Restaurants. Es gab jedoch keine Klimaanlage. Sie konnten das Fenster ein bisschen öffnen, aber die Luftaufbereitung war noch nicht gut. Es ist schwer zu sagen, es gab einen Blick im Zimmer, es sei denn, Sie betrachten eine Ladebay war ok. Es gab keine kostenfreie WLAN in der Lounge oder im Hotelzimmer. Es ist kostenfrei bei £3 pro Nacht. Es ist schallend am Morgen, als die Arbeiter begannen, Produkte für einen Supermarkt in der Nähe zu entladen.

Esther bei der Rezeption war so hilfreich und hat sogar ein wenig düsteres Spielzeug für meine zweijährige Tochter ins Zimmer gebracht. Die Reiseschuhe, die ich vorbestellt hatte, war bereits im Zimmer, als wir ankamen, und wir wurden einem wunderschönen großen Zimmer verliebt, das wir drei ohne oben aufeinander zu sein genießen konnten. Das Zimmer war uns nichts zu schmacklosen, und das gesamte Reinigungspersonal war am Morgen so freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet (jetzt war ein Hochstuhl bereit und wartete auf uns, als wir ankamen) und während das Frühstück ein Buffet ist, ist es eine gute Auswahl und hohe Qualität. Das einzige kleine, was ich vorschlagen möchte, ist, dass die Qualität des Kaffees verbessert wird und dass alle Kaffee in das Frühstück als zusätzliche Zahlung für einen 'Spezialkaffe' nicht wirklich mit einem Hotel dieser Standard bewahrt werden.

The service was fantastic, Kelvin was friendly, professional and helpful. All the other staff too were lovely. Food a little disappointing and a bit overpriced for what we got. The tomatoes, vegan feta and nettle pesto sandwich was bitter and not very tasty. Celeriac and beetroot salad was good, but not much feta. The Provençal rose was great though!
