A very warm welcome from the outset by Clair (Reception) and experienced helpful staff throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and tidy with a nicely appointed comfortable room. We opted to eat breakfast and an evening meal during our stay at the hotel. The menu has a reasonable selection of food and prices not too bad. It was noted that no lifts are available to upper floor, so those needing access consideration should request ground floor rooms when booking. Would happily stat there again

Das war mein erstes Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, es war eine bequeme Lage, da ich die Gegend in der Nähe besuchte. Das Hotel ist außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber das war nichts für mich, es gibt ein pub direkt neben der Tür, wenn Sie lieber für einen Drink oder etwas Essen gehen. Ich habe nicht im Restaurant gegessen am Abend, aber ich hatte Frühstück, das war gut. Die Matrix war für mich ein wenig unbehaglich, aber ich habe Rückprobleme, so dass andere vielleicht kein Problem haben. Ich würde gerne wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben, wenn in der Gegend.

Bestellte einen Sonntagsrohr, Rindfleisch mit allen Trimmungen.. £10.70, ich denke. Ich ging es aufholen und es wurde mir in einem Kartonschachtel präsentiert, nett, schöner Touch! . Er hat es zu Hause und WOW. absolut lush. Und es war genug für ein großes Essen.. In den letzten Monaten habe ich den C.F (4 von 10), den Sh Ho. (4 von 10.. Dieser Ort bekommt 8 von 10 von mir. Ich werde definitiv diesen Ort wieder verwenden. Danke.

Very good hotel, great check in experience on arrival, speedy and details all waiting for me. Bar staff very prompt and efficient. Rooms clean spacious and warm. Just 1 point to make my stay better, please provide take out cups for us early departing people who need to be in the office before breakfast service starts.

The hotel didnt get information from trip.com too have a cot ready (not there fault) so whilst we waited in lobby less than ten minutes we were given complimentary drink and snacks , very helpful very clean all round top marks ! Will be back roughly same time next year
