Unsere hatten drei Zimmer für eine Familie zusammen gebucht. Das Personal war alle effizient, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Badezimmer sahen ein wenig rutschig und brauchten Aktualisierung. Das Hotel war voll und besetzt und tendierte zu lauten. Wir hatten zwei gestörte Nächte von Lärm in den Korridoren. Ich dachte, das Hotel könnte mehr tun, um die Höflichkeit unter den Gästen zu fördern. Wie bessere Signatur - Sie gehen jetzt in eine ruhige Zone ohne Lärm in den Korridoren. Die Plakate auf den Wänden waren nicht offensichtlich. Der Pool und der Spa wurden für Reparatur geschlossen und wir wurden vor unserer Reise nicht darüber informiert.

Terrible Hotel, I stayed here about 3 years ago and it was very good, that’s why I booked it this time. On arrival, I was allocated the wrong room, twice, on the third attempt they managed to get it right. The fire alarm went off 3 times between 6.00 and 7.00am, what a lovely way to wake up after traveling for 22 hour’s from Thailand. Breakfast was nasty and there wasn’t any bacon left, so I asked a member of staff for some bacon and was told I would have to wait 10 minutes as the chef was on a fag break.

Nice place and location. See you next time. I love the staff they are very friendly. Rooms very neat Nice environment close to a mall where you have different restaurants. Lastly parking is free.

It is exactly opposite to the Leicester football stadium. For most of the time in the year it will a pleasing stay except when its too hot. As the ACs seems to not work properly when its too hot. Breakfast was ok, not many options but can't expect it wither as its a express hotel. Attached a pic that have the view of stadium from the hotel room.
