Stayed midweek as I work in Coventry but live about an hour away, and had some long days so wanted to stay close to the office for a night. Check in was easy (lockbox) and communication by the host good, parking is a squeeze round the back (once you’re in the car park it’s fine) so just be careful if you have a larger vehicle. The room was a single and fine for my needs for 1 night but I’d probably book a larger room for any longer. Noise wasn’t a problem for me but I was in a smaller building next to the main building. The street itself is a quiet residential one. Tea, coffee and shower gels were provided as were towels. The shop opposite is no longer open which is a shame as I would’ve liked to get some soft drinks but this isn’t the fault of The Dakota. There is a pub about a 5-8 minute walk if you turn out of the property to the left and keep walking. I’d stay again if the price was right as my needs were met.

We stayed for two nights whilst visiting our grandaughters new home and cannot praise this hotel enough! Our room was just lovely and absolutely spotless with plenty of very hot water. A very comfortable bed with sheets white not grey and towels exactly the same. Breakfast was well cooked and so much we didn't need to eat again till 5.30 ! Overall a wonderful two days in immaculately clean large communal areas and restaurant witheveryone so friendly and helpful. Cannot reommend highly enough!

Über all unsere Erfahrung war gut, der Service war fantastisch. Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Einrichtungen waren, was ich erwartet hatte, klar und komfortabel.

Anna behind the bar was a pleasure to deal with, great service, very friendly smile and superb at her job, certainly recommend this bar in the hotel to all. There was also a great selection of beers and great location for the station, its a must go

Perfect room for the night - but was disappointed that it took 45 minutes to get into my room after a long days work in London. The main door and room codes weren’t provided after my booking, and staff were confused/ repeated questions - wasn’t too impressed with that unfortunately! Would recommend but felt short changed and the organisation of the place for bookings needs reviewing.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, gut für das Geld. Eine gute Auswahl an TV-Kanälen und kostenloses WLAN, können Sie Filme bei £ 3.50 kaufen, aber die Auswahl könnte größer sein, und in diesem Tag und Alter denke ich £ 3.50 ein Film zu sehen ist ein aber steif. War überrascht, dass ich für den Parkplatz bezahlen musste, als ich zum Hotel angekommen war, sollte ein Schild für kostenlose Parkplätze an die Gäste gegeben werden. Ich konnte direkt aus dem Parkplatz fahren, weil die Barrieren nicht funktionierten, was das Hotel wusste, aber ich wollte immer noch die £6.50 für unseren Übernachtungsaufenthalt zahlen. Hotelrezeption, Bar und Restaurant war schön und modern, aber wir hatten nur einen Drink in der Bar wegen der Preise, Pint of Heineken und eine halbe Koke war nur unter £8, also nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß in das Stadtzentrum und 2 lokale pubs nur eine Minute zu Fuß , wir beschlossen, aus zu essen und zu trinken, uns viel Geld zu sparen. Ich bin froh, gutes Geld für gutes Essen zu zahlen, aber die Preise für das Essen waren nur zu hoch für ein Hotelrestaurant, und nichts auf dem begrenzten Menü, das meine 13-jährige Tochter gefällt. Das ist ein großes Hotel, so ich denke, es wäre gut für das Management, dort Lebensmittelmenü für Familie und zu vertretbaren Preisen auszudehnen, auch wenn es nur das Barmenü. Im Gegensatz zum Hotel gibt es zahlreiche Outlets, Restaurants, nehmen Sie sich Pizza, Kebabs usw. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage. Wenn Sie gerne spielen Pool, gibt es eine Bar mit 100 Yards von Rielys Pool. Würde ich nochmal bleiben? Ja, ich würde, das Personal war freundlich, das Hotel war sauber, hatte gute Nachtslaf, das Bett war komfortable, Dusche funktionierte gut, großes TV, große Lage, lokale Geschäfte draußen, Spazierweiterung in die Stadt, meine einzige Frage wirklich, war, dass wir für Parkplätze im Hotel bezahlen mussten, Ich persönlich denke nicht, dass es ok ist, im Hotel zu bleiben.
