Nur eine Hand und ein Badhandtuch im Badezimmer und, obwohl es noch mehr im Bett unterhalb des Betts gab, waren wir uns nicht bewusst, wo sie gefunden werden, bis wir uns herausgefunden haben. Ich war in der Dusche, bevor ich merkte, dass es kein zweites Handtuch gab und es war zu spät für die Telefonrezeption. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.

Ein absolut schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Hotel in Motherwell. Große Lage, große Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Ich empfehle es sehr.

Meine Freunde und ich sind nach einem Spaziergang um den Strathclyde Park für Kaffee und Kuchen in den Alona gefallen, nachdem wir mit Shannon gesprochen haben, der ihre Speisekarte empfahl, entschieden wir uns, zusammen zu bleiben und ein spontanes Essen zu essen. Der Service von Shannon war ausgezeichnet, wir sprachen auch mit einem jungen Manager, der ich bemerkte, dass er um die anderen Tische ging, die ihnen die gleiche Zeit und Gespräch wie er mit uns gemacht (ein sehr aufmerksamer junger Mann) Ich glaube, er wurde Darrel genannt. Das Restaurant war sehr besetzt und hatte geräumige Bar-Bezirk, fand ich das Personal sehr freundlich und informativ, während besetzt sie immer für Gäste verfügbar waren. Wir haben alle unsere nächsten Besuch für ein Essen am nächsten Wochenende geplant, diese Zeit werde ich das Auto verlassen, so dass ich ein Glas von Rot genießen kann!

Wonderful clean and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. This hotel is ideally suited for easily getting to Glasgow, Edinburgh Aberdeen and Noth of Scotland tours. An abundance of information brochures on hand for those who wish to take advantage of the historical sites around and afar in the country. The afternoon tea in delicious and a wonder way to spend an hour or so relaxing in the middle of the day.
