My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary with a spa day and as it was my birthday we decided to book the room for the night. We were absolutely amazed. Not only were the staff absolutely awesome, but they give us an upgrade plus free breakfast and when we got to the room we were greeted with rose petals on the bed, Welsh cakes on a slate and cards for our anniversary and birthday. All in all they really went out of their way and it made our stay absolutely incredible. I can’t thank the staff enough. We would highly recommend staying there

Während meines Aufenthalts war der Pool für Renovierung geschlossen, einer der Aufzüge war aus dem Dienst und es scheint eine große Zahl von langfristigen Gästen, die Sicherheitsbeamte vor Ort in der Nacht benötigen zusätzlich zu Ihren Frühstückszeit zu verschließen vor dem Zeitplan.
