Finde Hotels in Ville-di-Pietrabugno

Mit dem Hotelzimmer, dem Service beim Frühstück etc. alles sehr gut, diesbezüglich eindeutig empfehlenswert. Aber mir wurden 200 Euro für die Leihe eines Kinderwagens blockiert als Kaution (was ich vom Vorgehen her in Ordung finde). Diese 200 Euro wurden mir allerdings am Ende sogar auf die Rechnung gesetzt (was ich sofortig reklamier habe und sie dann runtergenommen wurden). Nun stelle ich bei der Rückkehr vom Urlaub fest, dass die 200 Euro einfach auf meinem Kreditkartenkonto belastet wurden (auch weiterhin!). Ich bin über dieses unprofessionelle Verhalten sehr enttäuscht.

Gute Lage kurze Fußgänger vom Terminus des Flughafensshuttles. Als ich nach Mitternacht vom Flughafen angekommen war, war mein erstes Eindruck nicht günstig: kein Aufzug und 31 Schritte zum Hotellobby (die sehr schwer mit schwerem Gepäck zu verhandeln waren). Außerdem hatte das Hotel das Zimmer bereits auf meine Kreditkarte geladen, aber der Vorderbüromitarbeiter bat mich, die Stadtsteuer in bar zu zahlen und weigerte mich, mir ein Empfang zu geben. Das Zimmer war unmittelbar hinter dem Vordertafel gelegen, aber es erwies sich als relativ ruhig. Sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Komfortable Bett und Kissen. Desk-Bereich mit zwei Kraft-Jacks. Ausstattung umfasste einen Kühlschrank. Das AC funktionierte gut. Gute Größe Bad mit guter Dusche. Keine Toiletten, außer Hand-/Dusche-Flüssigsap. Anständiges WiFi. Insgesamt eine OK Wahl, aber die Anwesenheit von 31 Schritten, um in die Lobby zu kommen, ist ein großes Hindernis, wenn Sie schwere Gepäck haben.

Reception: Lady at reception was far too busy chatting and eating with other staff at the bar to greet us, as we walked into the hotel at 9.30pm. Once acknowledged she was helpful and explained the hotel details. Upon departure and checkout there was no conversation, no question “if i enjoyed my stay”, nothing, the staff were more interested in chatting to each order. Room / facilities: Room number 001 is on the ground floor (floor 0) and is clean, quiet large and faces a busy small street. This makes the room noisy when the window is open. There is a semi self control air conditioning, where heat and cool is controlled centrally , but we control the fan speed and temperature, there is a window that opens. The room has 2 very comfortable single beds made into 1x king bed, square pillows (not normal length pillows and no additional pillows), coffee maker with 2x free coffee pods (don’t ask for additional ones as these cost €1.50 each), there is no tea or instant coffee facilities or sugar/milk offered, there is a microwave, fridge, separate toilet room, bathroom with shower only, clothes hanging area with safe, full length mirror, desk and flat screen TV. There is not even a welcome water bottle is offered to new guests. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €4 per night Wifi: Complementary and really good speed, password required. Breakfast: Available for additional cost, but not utilised on this stay. Conclusion: Poorly designed rooms, noisy rooms with street (city) view, ocean view rooms also see the remains of old basketball courts once used by the previous land owner, the water views are distant and to be honest, not worth the extra money, staff are not overly friendly, but just MEH. Letdowns: Where do i start: - Poor design of rooms, - microwave and coffee machine are on one side of the bench, but there is no power outlet behind the machines, these items need to be moved along the bench to be plugged in to function, - the fridge cupboard has no fridge inside as there is no power outlet for the fridge to be plugged in, the fridge is placed next to the bed and is quiet loud to be functional at night when in use, - bedside power outlets are located under the bed side tables making them very hard to use - the spare toilet roll is sitting on the “in use” roll holder and the spare will easily fall off when the other “in use” roll is used, the only place to put the spare roll is on the floor. - lighting is terrible in the room, as there is no light above the microwave bench, nearest one is near the entry door and does not shine enough light on the bench, - the shower has NO light in the cubical, and a small light over the bathroom sink which does not shine much light into the shower making it dark, - there is black mould in the shower corner, - the carpet just off the bathroom entry tiles is wet, - there is no shower curtain or screen to stop water going all over the floor in front of the shower entry and bathroom sink

Glücklich! ein Zimmer ab morgens verfügbar! Und eine Express-Promotion, die ich von der Existenz erfahren habe. Jugendliche, weibliche Heimstätte (Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts keinen Jungen im Personal gesehen), warm. Das Gebäude ist in seinem Saft, mit noch Privatwohnungen auf den Etagen, eine originale Kombination, aber es scheint nicht außergewöhnlich in Bastia. Schöne Räume im Fußboden (und frisch, wenn es heiß ist), wenig von den Kunden verwendet scheint, schade. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt und die höchsten Zimmer im 5. Stock sind, verbringen die Mitarbeiter ihren Tag auf und runter die Treppen! Zentraler, wie sein Name zeigt, ist es schwierig. Kein Parkplatz, aber angesichts des Gebäudes und der Lage ist das verständlich.
