Point positif: l'accueil Points négatifs: lit trop dur, douche à l'eau froide car pas d'eau chaude, partage des conversations des voisins et petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité et du coup vraiment trop cher : pain déjà dur à 6.30, salade de fruits composée essentiellement de morceaux de pommes nageant dans du jus d'orange acide, peu de choix car petit déjeuner pas terminé de dresser et personnel indisponible en train de ranger sa livraison. A déconseiller fortement.

Nice apartment with pool open 9-8, kitchenette, electro bikes to hire nearby, very friendly staff. Air con in rooms, blackout curtains and comfortable bed. Didn't eat there but it's an option. Otherwise there's a bakery down the road

Great value for a short trip with the most friendly and helpful staff. Despite arriving far too early for check in, we were swiftly accommodated and able to start out exploring sooner than expected. Very clean and comfortable bed, the room was on the small side for two but not an issue for us, plenty of areas to sit and we were out most of the day exploring. The bed was large and very comfortable with good pillows. Blackout curtains meant we slept in longer than we would normally on a city break!!! Breakfast was excellent, buffet with sensible use of trays to clear your table after eating. Lots of choice and lovely bread and pastries. Hot food also if required. Coffee and juice from machine which I felt were better quality than to be expected, plenty of options for hot drinks. The evening meal was delicious on both evenings we tried it and was very welcome after a long day walking in the two cities. It was lovely to see families enjoying the small pool and an added extra for a city break. It is a long walk into the Cite but we really embraced this opportunity to see the local area. We felt safe walking and the locals in the area were friendly and able to advise on direction. The hotel provides maps to help you navigate. I confess we did indulge in a snack in the local Macdonald’s as just around the corner and the best I have used, clean and prompt service, excellent coffee!!! There are Lidl and Aldi around the corner from the hotel so no issues preparing a snack for a busy day out. Our only issue on the trip was transport from the airport. The shuttle bus is prompt but fills quickly and is only there for each flight. Can be a long walk to your hotel from the stops in the city. To get a taxi you must ask at the information desk to book one on arrival and this took considerable time. €23 a single trip. We found it impossible to pre book a taxi to meet us at the airport. On return we asked our hotel to book a taxi to the airport which we were anxious about arriving, the team at the hotel were great and checked in on its progress to assure us when it would arrive. Again €23 return trip. If you enjoy exploring a local area this hotel will suit, if you are unable to walk far maybe look nearer into the cite or in the City. There are plenty of options. For us this was a great stay and can recommend.

Besucht mit meinen Kindern 4,12 als ein wenig Luxus in der letzten Nacht nach 10 Tagen auf einem Campingplatz. Wir waren nicht enttäuscht. Zunächst die Mitarbeiter, der Eindruck ist, dass sie wirklich stolz auf ihr Hotel sind und wirklich wollen, dass Sie es so sehr wie sie es tun. Sie waren groß mit den Kindern. die Zimmer sind riesig und gut eingerichtet, Vielleicht müssen Sie die Gebührenpunkte (USB A&C) verbessern, aber das ist ein kleiner Quibbel. Kostenlose Parkplätze und Sie können leicht in die Stadt/ die alte Stadt gehen. Wir waren nur in Carcassonne für eine Nacht, also hatten wir Abendessen, aber das Menü im Restaurant sah erstaunlich aus und das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war gut. Ich werde es sicher versuchen, wenn ich nächstes Mal wieder bin!

We stayed at this Brit Hotel for one night during our French coach trip. For us, it was the only hotel that provided an authentic French meal. We had a delicious short-crust pastry cheese tart with salad. Followed by Cassoulet. The wine was at an unbelievable price of 6 Euros for half a litre. We had the 25cl at 3.5 Euros and it was very good. One would not get that quality in the UK The staff could not do enough for us. We would stay here again

Sehr bequem für das Cite ( etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Schönes Personal. Gutes Pool. Zimmer brauchen ein bisschen TLC, aber sind perfekt geeignet & die kleine Küche ist ein Bonus. Frühstück war typisch Französisch & reichhaltig. Wir hätten frische Fruchtsalat lieber als ganze Früchte gefallen, aber das ist eine kleine Sache. Unser einziger echte Quibble war das WiFi, angekündigt als High Speed es hält alle wenigen Sekunden ab und fordert uns, jederzeit zu signieren. Früh am Morgen habe ich manchmal 15 Minuten vor dem Sturz geholfen, andere Zeiten war es buchstäblich 30 Sekunden. Ich hätte meinen Fire Stick mit der Hoffnung, mit einigen Strömungen zu entspannen, aber keine Chance. Der TV hatte eine Option für USB, so würde ich jemanden empfehlen, der Unterhaltungsbedarf, um Dinge auf einen USB-Stick heruntergeladen zu nehmen. Wir würden es immer noch betrachten, wenn wir auf einer unabhängigen Reise a die Parkplätze erschien großzügig.
