Pour les points positifs : - la chambre était grande et agréable (suite). - l'environnement dans la pinée était calme. - einfache Parkplätze - richtiges Frühstück Für die negativen Punkte (unglücklicherweise ...): - Invasion von Würmern in den Saal unserer Suite - das natürlich filtrierte Pool hat uns nicht überhaupt verpackt (grüne Farbe und Algen) und nicht d’ombre par 40 degrés. - nous avions demandé de payer en chèques ANCV à l’arrivée mais l’hôtel nous a débité le montant de la chambre sur notre CB. - service complètement à revoir... J’ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. Ich habe nur ein paar Stunden nach unserem Abflug angerufen. Ich habe drei Tage lang mehrere Gesprächspartner gehabt. Es musste mir gedacht werden, aber außer einem jungen Mann am Sonntag Abend, der nichts gefunden hat, hat niemand etwas getan und das Kleid hat sich mysteriös volatile. Ich bin enttäuscht, weil es mir scheint, dass ein 4-Sterne-Hotel trotzdem einen bestimmten Standing für die Kunden anbieten muss. Ich habe gefragt, von einem Verantwortlichen zu werden. Ich warte noch... Was für ein Schaden!

Die Umgebung ist gut, geeignet für Geschäftsreisen und Urlaubsaufenthalte, Selbstversorgerhotels, der Preis ist sehr günstig, und Sie können etwas für sich selbst kochen, was nicht für Westler geeignet ist, die länger im Ausland leben, es ist sehr geeignet zum Leben!

The staff on tonight (24th March 2023), were amazing. From picking us up at the airport, checking us in, serving us at the bar and in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful always multitasking (including speaking English) with a big smile and very welcoming. The room and the food was excellent. Thank you x

Es war ein spät abendiger Flug von Prag auf dem Weg nach Aix en Provence. Ich dachte, es wäre einfacher, nur in einem Flughafenhotel zu bleiben und im Moment weiter zu gehen. Kyriad war sehr vernünftig bezahlt und die kompakten Zimmer waren unschädlich. Es ist für Reisende konzipiert, die einen Ort brauchen, um kurz vor oder nach einem Flug zu bleiben. Obwohl wir gut vor den für einen Shuttle geschriebenen Stunden angekommen sind, als ich das Hotel angerufen und fragte, ob man verfügbar wäre, sagten sie: ”Wir holen Sie in 10 Minuten”. Nur die Rückzahlung, die ich in meinem Hauptgeschoss hatte, war marginales Internet. Meine Freunde auf den oberen Etagen sagten, dass ihr Frühstück nicht enthalten ist, so planen Sie entsprechend. Ich würde glücklich hier bleiben, wenn meine Reisen eine Übernachtung am Flughafen M****illes erfordern.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr schön, wenn Sie ein Auto zu erreichen haben. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Schlafzimmer gut und ruhig. Gut außerhalb des Geländes. Rezeptionpersonal alle hilfsbereit. Frühstück dachte ich war gut. Besonders gefallen Sie können Ihre eigenen Orangensalat morgens und frisches Fruchtsalat nicht gefärbt.

I was looking for a comfortable airport hotel to rest after a long flight and wait for my wife to join me the next day. Glad I chose this hotel for a number of reasons. The shuttle service was quick and efficient. They recognized my Hilton status, gave me a room upgrade and allowed me to check in a couple hours early which was great. The room was very comfortable and obviously had just been updated, unlike most of the other airport hotels that seem to be older. It was also surprisingly quiet, with a beautiful garden and surroundings that made me forget we were so close to the airport. I barely heard any noise and I believe the flight path makes the planes land and take off on the other side of the airport. There is also a lovely wetlands preserve right next to the hotel. The path is a bit hard to find but it's just a few feet before the entrance to the Ibis. I had nice morning run and evening stroll around the lake, something I never expected for an airport hotel. I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and it was pretty good, though the lunch menu is extremely limited and they had nothing for vegetarians so I had to convince them to make me something off menu which they did. Dinner had a bigger menu and a couple of vegetarian choices. Food was tasty and they had a decent wine and beer menu. Prices were pretty reasonable for a hotel restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was a small buffet that covered all the basics, with freshly baked breads and pastries as one would expect in France. The service level of every person I dealt with was high. Usually airport hotel staff are rude and unhelpful but these guys were great. I will note however that the other reviews that mentioned no ventilation in the rooms were correct at least when I was there. I actually called the hotel the day before I arrived because I hate hot rooms and the receptionist assured me that the AC system was on but when I got there that wasn't the case. Not sure whether it's a technical limitation of their system or an attempt to save money but the room thermostats do nothing at this time of year. However it turned out the weather was perfect and the window could be cracked to get some fresh air so it was a non-issue for me and I was comfortable. just something to be aware of if you come on hot day and they still don't have a working AC system. All in all this place exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel and was the perfect choice for me.
