Bonjour, En déplacement professionnel, j'ai été logé dans cette hôtel et j'en ai été très surpris en positif bien évidemment. Personnel très accueillant,très chaleureux tant du côté réception,petit déjeuner et restaurant. Tout ce passe dans la bonne humeur c'est top. Petit déjeuner respectable avec tout le nécessaire pour bien commencer sa journée. Restaurant avec une cuisine simple mais très bonne et un service parfait. L'intérieur de l'hôtel et très cosy,je me croyais a la maison avec des musiques d'ambiance qui donne envie de ce détendre dans les salons confortable. Au niveau de la chambre très propre fonctionnelle Hôtel très calme. Le seul point négatif je dirai c'est l'odeur inacceptable de la cigarette dans les couloirs alors que cela est bien entendu interdit mais il y as toujours des gens qui ne respecte pas cela et c'est bien dommage . Je recommande vivement sans hésiter cette hôtel 😉😉.

Das Hotel ist eine ideale Lage, um bei einem Besuch des Hippodrome d'Enghien zu bleiben, das in der Nähe ist. Das Gebiet selbst ist auch angemessen mit mehreren Restaurants usw. in der Nähe. Das Personal des Hotels war freundlich, informativ und sehr hilfreich.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, ist dieses Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Sie können 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Paris fahren (wenn es keinen Stau gibt). Es gibt auch chinesisches Essen. Gehen Sie 3 Minuten nach Süden. Nicht schlecht. Die Zimmer in diesem Hotel in Europa sind sehr komfortabel, der Raum ist groß und die Einrichtungen sind komplett sowie Hausschuhe. Oh ja, diesmal habe ich wieder eine glückliche Katze getroffen (siehe Bild), es ist fast das gleiche Modell von Hermes, haha

Hier ist es 3 Nächte. Elektrisches Auto zu einem guten Preis mit einer Freshile-Karte aufzuladen. Alle Rezeption Mitarbeiter sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Ich konnte im Restaurant ein Essen haben und normalerweise habe ich genug Platz für 3 Kurse, aber die Portionengrößen waren reichlich, dass ich einfach nicht in einen Pudding passen konnte. Wie ich das Auto hatte hatte hatte mein eigenes Kissen. Bett war fest und genau wie ich es mag. Kein Lärm in der Nacht von anderen Gästen und sie sorgten sich gut, dass ich vom Aufzug entfernt war. Ich war in den Hotels vor und von Leuten, die laut sprechen, aufgewacht, während ich auf den Aufzug warte, den ich jetzt immer bitte, von ihm weg zu sein. Tram ist sehr nah (kann ich aus meinem Fenster sehen) und war großartig zu Stade de France zu kommen

Sehr gute Qualität der Leistungen für diese Hotelkategorie. Kleines Zimmer mit guter Bettwäsche, TV und was zu Kaffee/Tee/Tina zu machen. Sehr nett Personal. Sehr richtige Bad (mit trockenem Haar) und unverantwortlich sauber. Sicherer Parkplatz. Die Autobahn in der unmittelbaren Nähe ist fast nicht verstanden. Ein kleiner Schlag auf der Treppe und der Zugangsstufe würde den Zugang zu den Zimmern einfacher machen. Nicht getestetes Frühstück.

Rein, aber schlechte Insonorisierung. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht über das Frühstück: Mangel an Organisation in der Wiederversorgung der Produkte und der Gefäße, wenig verändertes Buffet mit nicht zwangsläufig frischem Produkt, heiße Getränkemaschine in der Zwischenzeit, Personal nicht immer angenehm, der sich manchmal offen vor den Kunden streitet. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass ein Hotel mit zwei Sternen nicht die Leistungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels haben wird, aber einige Anstrengungen wären die willkommen.

A nicely appointed modern hotel in a bizarre location surrounded by office blocks, industrial units and a railway line.We were on a coach tour and this was our last night stopover before heading for the ferry at Calais. Our courier had telephoned and warned them we were a party of almost 40 and precisely the time we would arrive. When we arrived there was one young lady on her own and she was dealing with an Asian family who were checking in, they wanted to pay cash and they don't accept it? Our courier asked if there was anyone else available, the answer was no. The next group were some Chinese who also wanted to pay cash they got the same result but became more agitated when their money was refused. At one point one of the group produced two brown envelopes and opened them, they both contained a thick wedge of new green 100 euro notes. I'd estimate there was 10,000 euros for sure and probably more. He kept offering the receptionist more money to accept his booking with a cash payment. All this pantomime had taken 20 minutes while our group were lined up at the desk and outside some were stood in the rain. Our courier interrupted and demanded to see the manager was told they were not available but a few seconds later the receptionist turned to the office door sited behind the reception and was clearly talking to someone. Meanwhile the receptionist had given us some room keys but they weren't ours. Then the woman hiding in the office appeared, she claimed to be the manager. A lot of talking and rummaging around by both eventually produced some room keys which were dumped on the desk and we were left to rummage through them and find our own keys. I was lucky I spotted my name almost straight away, The Chines guy was shouting and his offer for the room had gone up to 2000euros!! (I was tempted to pay it for him for 2000 euros with my card!). Makes you wonder about the clientele at this particular hotel doesn't it? There's nothing nearby and it was late so you are forced to eat in the hotel. In fairness the two young waiters who served us are the only ones in the hotel who know what they are doing, the meal went better than I'd expected after the earlier experience and the food was fine. We had an early start the following morning so an early breakfast had been arranged. You guessed it, it wasn't ready, I had some bread and jam and two glasses of orange juice for my breakfast only. The coffee machine wasn't working properly, the two (different) waiters were worse than useless, they did manage to produce food as we were having to leave. You can't take it out on the young staff, it's not their fault the place is completely mismanaged. Well if anyone is daft enough to consider staying at this hotel please find somewhere else for your own sanity.

Schöne Zimmer, in einem Industriegebiet, aber sehr gut geräuschlos. Sehr angenehm Personal. Frühstück gut geliefert, und breite Zeitplan, die es ermöglicht, sich zu platzieren. Sicherer Parkplatz mit Portal und Code. Sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
