Ne pas se fier à la devanture de l'établissement Les chambres sont propres, soignés, standing Les couloirs artistiques et chaleureux. Le personnel très sympathique. Nous vous recommandons cet établissement pour une halte, très bon rapport qualité/ prix Encore une fois ne pas se fier à la devanture de l'établissement. Passer la porte jusqu'à l'accueil avant de faire votre idée définitif.

Reisen von Calais nach Italien, halten wir in Dardilly meist auf, aber beschlossen, hier zu versuchen. Wir waren froh, dass wir es getan haben. Leicht zu finden, guter Parkplatz und einfache Eincheckung. In 15 Minuten war ich ein kaltes Bier serviert und war glücklich. Ich habe ihr Multi-Zimmerangebot für Familie genutzt. Das Abendessen war gut. Essen schön, Service hervorragend. Das Frühstück war gut ausgestaltet und wieder mit einer sehr schönen Dame auf der Pflicht. Kann nicht fehlen dieses Hotel. Empfehlen, überzuhören

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

We are familiar with this facility. Residents of the USA with the need to spend 2 to 3 periods close to Lyon, we like to stay at the Garden & City Marcy L'Etoile residence. It is close to Lyon but located in the countryside. The marvelous parc of the Cheteau de la Croix Laval is located next door and provides a nice facility for practicing sport activities or trecking. The residence provides clean and well furnished appartements. The personnel is very attentive to customer requirements. We do recommend this facility for leisure or business opportunities.

Fantastic service from local management (Nicolas & Loic) in helping to correct a digitally manufactured overcharge. I was scrolling my phone to book a stay at the Campanile in Villefranche sur Saone & just before selection the page loading changed (often & irritatingly!) so that I accidentally selected the Ecully hotel. On phoning the central Campanile Management hub within minutes of the accidental mis-selection, I was met with a ”Computer says NO” type response. The woman could read off her screen exactly what had just happened but ”couldn't help me”. Fortunately the strategically sighted humans (named above) were far more honourable and flexible. They listened to my story & refunded me the full amount that I had accidentally paid them. Great kudos! Will certainly stay there if travelling to Lyon in the near future. I did manage to book the Campanile at Villefranche sur Saone stay by the way

Das Hotel ist ein erstaunliches Hotel mit beeindruckender Architektur und riesigen Grundstücken, die einen erstaunlichen Blick auf die Umgebung ermöglichen. Das Frühstück wurde im großen Speisesaal serviert und bietet eine breite Auswahl an kontinentalen Frühstücksartikeln. Meine einzige Sorge war, dass die Tische im Freien unter meinem Schlafzimmerfenster waren und diejenigen, die spät bis zum Abend trinken, jemanden stören könnten, der nicht jemand war, der spät zum Bett ging. Mit allen Grundstücken könnte es möglich sein, diese Sitzfläche umzusiedeln. Aber das ist nur ein kleiner Punkt.

Wir gingen zwischen Freundinnen (7) Samstag Abend vor 1 Woche. Wir nahmen im Wesentlichen das Gericht „LA SANT JACQUES“ bei 28€. Ich kann Ihnen sagen, dass Sie noch sehr hungrig waren, weil die Bühne eine Bühne mit „desert“ war. Man hatte es mir noch nie für das PLAT gemacht - Es gab 5 Nüsse von heiligem Jacques mit Gnocchis sauce Safran . Es war sehr gut, aber die Menge für 1 Platte hat 28€ , nicht auf die Rendezvous - wir baten 3 Mal Brot, um uns mit der Sauce zu füllen. Für den Süßigkeiten, wir nahmen die Schokolade-Kaffee zu 13€ . Sehr gut auch, aber nicht viel in der Bühne. Das Glas von Viognier hat 8€ und das Glas von Saint Joseph hat 12€, es ist wirklich sehr teuer und wir haben geprüft, um 1 Flasche zu nehmen, keine Interesse, weil auch teuer, weil es 5 Glas enthält. Pour finir , la construction est magnifique , joliment réaménagée , mais la quantité dans l'assiette est trop petite pour le prix ..
