A lovely, small and friendly hotel in a bustling French village approximately an hour away from Paris. The rooms are compact and basic but are clean and warm. The beds are comfy and there are tea and coffee making facilities along with an extra blanket if needed. The breakfast is varied, fresh bread and pastries on a daily basis and the breakfast room has plenty of seats/tables and is clean and well laid out. There is a small bar with cosy seating areas around the bar. The hotel manager is friendly and welcoming. There are lots of shops located close to the hotel selling everything from books, clothes, wine and some amazing Patisseries with the most beautiful cakes, breads and pasties. The area is lovely, very clean, there is a church and a pond and a fountain, perfect for an evening stroll. I had a lovely long weekend stay and would definitely return.

We have booked this hotel for six nights from Jun 24 , 2012. The room very calm but near the centre of Rueil and transportation to Paris. The location is particularly charming and pleasant:and surrounded by very good restaurants in the atmosphere perfect for a romantic dinner or a lunch in family/friends. Good value for money, pleasant staff, clean and located facilities at 15 min from the train station.I recommend it since with such high prices of hotels in Paris, it fits the budget of many travelers. Free & fast wifi with code is added advantage of this hotel.

Very rude receptionist, upon check out I wanted to ask for a paper invoice to provide to my boss that day for our expense reimbursement policy. This is a completely normal exercise for any other hotel chain I've used in the Rueil-Malmaison area. I've never had an issue to get a paper invoice and I could see that the office had a giant printer. The woman working that morning was very annoyed I even asked and she made a face because I motioned for her to come out of the office because I had a question. There was no one else around at first so it's not as though I was interrupting another guest. She was extremely rude to myself and eventually another guest who appeared after me, also asking for the same simple request for a printed invoice. Technically this should be provided at the point of sale when my card was charged the night before. I have never been spoken to in that manner by a hotel staff member, especially for something that any other hotel provides without question. I will tell my colleagues to avoid this hotel if this is the service they will face. I would like to be contacted to address this situation as the woman at the desk that morning was rude to both of us without cause and I am sure she is damaging your hotel's reputation towards clients, especially business clients since we need the receipts for our company reimbursement.

Nettes kleines Hotel in praktischer Lage für einen Besuch in Paris. Am Wochenende ist das Parken auf der Straße kostenlos, ansonsten kostet es 15 Euro für 24 Stunden in der Tiefgarage. Wir haben uns für diesen Aufenthalt entschieden, weil es viel billiger war als ein Hotel mit Parkplatz im Zentrum von Paris. Dazu kommen noch die Zeit und die Kosten für das Pendeln ins und aus dem Zentrum von Paris. Ich denke, es hat sich gelohnt, aber es war ziemlich ermüdend, den ganzen Tag durch Paris zu laufen und dann wieder zum Hotel zurückzukehren. Rechnen Sie mit einem Fußweg vom Hotel zum Bahnhof von etwa 35 bis 40 Minuten, um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Wenn Sie wieder im Hotel sind, fahren Sie nicht mehr ins Zentrum von Paris. Wenn Sie also früh zurückfahren, weil Sie müde sind, war es das für den Tag. Wenn Sie hingegen ein zentral gelegenes Zimmer hätten, könnten Sie abends nach einer Pause wieder ausgehen. Als Tourist würden Sie hier nicht übernachten, wenn Sie nicht sparen würden. An einem Abend fuhren wir zum Essen ins Zentrum von Rueil Malmaison – es war eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Alternative zum Essen im Zentrum von Paris. Von dem Hotel aus sind es 10-12 Minuten zu Fuß zur RER A-Station. Einfach die Straße runter und unter einer Eisenbahnbrücke hindurch. Dort können Sie den Zug nehmen und in die U-Bahn umsteigen. Sobald Sie im RER sind, können Sie in die U-Bahn umsteigen (normalerweise in Charles de Gaulle). Eine Hin- und Rückfahrt ins Zentrum von Paris und zurück kostet etwa 30 Euro. Sie können aber 2-, 3- oder 4-Tageskarten bekommen, die diesen Preis erheblich senken und Fahrten mit der U-Bahn und den Bussen ab dem Zentrum beinhalten. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Schnellstraße und ist daher leicht zu erreichen, wenn Sie in Paris mit dem Auto ankommen. Bei geöffnetem Zimmerfenster können Sie den Verkehrslärm hören, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Die Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, ist auf beiden Seiten von ziemlich hohen, modernen, aber gepflegten Wohn- und Bürogebäuden gesäumt. Am Wochenende ist es sehr ruhig, fühlt sich ein bisschen wie ein leeres Büroviertel an. Keine schlechte Sache, ein bisschen steril, aber es fühlte sich an, als wäre man an einen friedlichen Ort geflohen. Die ganze Gegend ist ziemlich kommerziell, mit Büros in der Umgebung, also ist das Hotel sowohl für Geschäftsleute als auch für Touristen geeignet. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich. Es gab einen herzlichen Empfang. Die Lobby dient auch als Frühstücksbereich und ist unkonventionell und stilvoll. Nettes Ambiente. Das Personal an der Rezeption betreibt dort eine kleine Bar. Das Frühstück selbst war ein nettes kleines Buffet. Eine gute Auswahl an Sachen - ein persönlicher Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, bitte ein paar kleine Töpfe mit Fruchtkompott bereitzustellen, die wir in Großbritannien nicht bekommen! Aber es war trotzdem nett und französisch. Das Familienzimmer hatte eine angemessene Größe, nicht riesig, nicht klein, nachts durch einen Vorhang geteilt, mit zwei Einzelbetten für die Kinder und einem Doppelbett für die Erwachsenen, mit einem Badezimmer daneben. Es gab einen großen Fernseher auf einer Art Ständer, der gedreht und auf beiden Seiten des Vorhangs platziert werden konnte, damit Kinder oder Erwachsene ihn sehen konnten. Das Zimmer und das Hotel waren sehr sauber. Es fühlte sich an wie ein gut gestaltetes, zweckmäßig gebautes Hotel, entworfen von einer Firma, die versteht

Nearly one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I ever had. Rooms and building are fairly ok but AVERAGE and not that well maintained for its price. Shockingly the toilet was on a separate room that the shower which is inconvenient and rooms are too warm, their climate system is not good and their room staff is RUDE. Shockingly they block a large amount of money from your credit card as a deposit (not for possible room damages but for future spends you make on their facilities), which I found it to be unfair since they seem to think it is ok to block so much of people's money in advance for a consumption you have not done yet. And that I obviously didn't do. I know France is famous for its fine cuisine, but coming to this place and a few others in Paris I must say they know how to do their Marketing cause reality is disappointing. I never tasted more disgusting food than in the restaurant of this hotel, which was preparing lunches for our events. I truly believe they should fire their ”chef” (to name it somehow). In a closed menu for more than 30+ people, just offered one main, one second and one dessert option. With no asking, they didn't know some of us were vegetarian (I myself eat fish but no meat). In the XXI century you would think that most of countries are already aware of this and would offer at least 2 options in a closed menu for a large group of people, but not only in this case they didn't but also didn't even have a fish option or any other available food in the kitchen (or so they said) and charged an extra 10€ for an additional dish that consisted on 2 boiled CARROTS on a CARROT purée. So carrot + carrot + a bunch of dry oregano. The main course was melon with black pepper, balsamic vinegar, serrano ham and a whole bunch of arugula, which I didn't eat either. I don't know why in the Earth would they RUIN a simple dish of melon and serrano ham like that. The last day they had 3 menu options for our event lunch: meat, vegetarian (which they didn't know to differentiate from vegan cause they offered it to a vegan person and it contained eggs and dairy) and fish. I had the fish one. They literally served it COLD, it was COLD FISH directly taken in that moment from the fridge, with uncooked (hard) potatoes and not cooked at all mushrooms... Again, one of the most disgusting meals I had not only in France but anywhere in the world. And I've traveled so much for work and leisure. Seriously, take your money to anywhere else. This place is not worth it. Bad food, bad service, bad company policy and not so great facilities for the price.

Die Lage ist nicht das beste, aber es passte mich in Bezug auf den Zweck meines Besuchs nach Paris. Einfache Spazierweiterung von der Station Nanterre Ville RER. Hotel ist spotless, Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Verkauf von Maschinen in der Lobby mit Auswahl von Konfektionsgetränken, warmen und kalten weichen Getränken. Auch die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Arten von schnellen Lebensmitteln lokal zu bestellen und haben es in Ihr Zimmer geliefert. Nur geringfügige Frage fand ich den Duscheboden ziemlich schleifend. Check-in ist 2pm. Es gibt keine Bar, um die Zeit zu verbringen, wenn Sie früh ankommen, so würde ich empfehlen, so nah wie möglich anzukommen. Sie haben kostenpflichtige Sicherheitsparkplätze aus der Straße, wenn Sie mit dem Auto reisen.

Okko Rueil Malmaison is a great place with warm and welcoming staff. They go out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Wir mussten kurzfristig ein Zimmer finden, da wir den Aufenthalt in Paris um einen Tag verlängern wollten. Leider hattes Probleme mit der App gegeben, so dass wir dieses Hotel gesucht und per Telefon gebucht haben. Dies war ein Glück, da das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, das Hotel am Stadtrand gut und schnell erreichbar ist und das Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet ist. Beim nächsten Besuch gerne wieder.

Die schlimmste Erfahrung in der Dritten Welt. Sie haben mir zu viel berechnet, und als ich versuchte, die Gebühren zu besprechen, haben sie alle ein Laufspiel gespielt. Sie haben mir ein Kleinkind im Zimmer in Rechnung gestellt. Ich hatte kein Kind dabei. (Ungefähr 100 Euro Unterschied bei Steuern und Gebühren) Als ich ging und nach einem Taxi fragte, rief der Typ an der Rezeption den anscheinend größten Taxibetrüger von Paris an. Der Typ hat mir 25 Euro zu viel für die Fahrt berechnet und dreist die falsche Kilometerzahl angegeben. Mein Rat: VERMEIDEN SIE DIESES HOTEL WIE DIE PEST Falls Sie den Fehler machen, dieses Hotel zu buchen: 1. BENUTZEN SIE UBER…. Verlassen Sie sich nicht darauf, dass sie Ihnen ein Taxi rufen (es sei denn, Sie haben Unmengen von Euros übrig) 2. Prüfen Sie Ihre Rechnung und hinterfragen Sie jede einzelne falsche Gebühr, die Sie sehen. 3. Prüfen Sie sorgfältig, ob sie Sie übers Ohr hauen wollten, indem sie mehr Leute in Ihr Zimmer gesteckt haben, nur um Ihnen mehr zu berechnen. Insgesamt bin ich von Ihnen enttäuscht, Novotel. Sie haben dieser Reise wirklich einen sehr üblen Nachgeschmack verliehen. Ich werde NIEMALS mehr bei Ihnen buchen. Ihre Kette existiert für mich nicht mehr.
