Stopped on way from Dieppe to the Alps. This hotel was perfectly placed. Reception nice and fresh and very friendly and helpful staff. Room good and very quiet. Secure car park, with access codes and a lovely little bar and outside patio. Would stay again.

Alles war gut, außer dass wir auf dem Wald gesehen haben, das super war, aber unter dem Fenster eine Menge Müll, was nicht sehr nett, aber nur ein Detail und dass der Parkplatz nicht überwacht wurde, aber sonst alles war

If you are looking for an authentic chateau hotel experience while visiting Fontainebleau and/or Vicomte, this is the place to be. The owners did a fantastic job with the period decor for the inside and rooms of the chateau. The outside park area is something that you would see in pictures. The hosts were very accommodating in greeting us and helpful with an introduction to the layout of the chateau. The rooms were very spacious, with the only drawback being the shower has no curtains/glass and has one of those handheld contraptions causing a good amount of water to get on the floor (the lack of experience in using these probably does not help either). There a few restaurants available in the area that the front desk can reserve for you. Overall, highly recommend staying at this location because it's a memory you can have for the rest of your life. Hats off to the owners and a well run hotel

L'hôtel est assez sympa, mais le spa ne semble pas entretenu à son maximum. Nous avons eu un problème d'odeur d'égout dans la chambre. Il aura fallut attendre 30 minutes pour avoir une autre chambre, sans excuse, sans sourire. Le problème semvle connu puisque la réceptionniste en a parlé à un autre employé qui lui a répondu ”encore?”. Petit déjeuner classique de la marque.

My wife and I stayed here for one night to visit the Fontainebleau Palace. We arrived and checked-in via the automated system with no problems at all. A very nice gentelman came out to check up on us and showed us where the parking garage was. We really appreciated the hotel's parking and it was easy for us to unpack our luggage and go right up to our room via the elevator. Our room was big, clean and most importantly in August; cool! The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from the palace and this was great for our visit. We had breakfast in the morning, and found it good. The staff was very active and replenishing items for breakfast every few minutes. Highly recommended.

Great location - right across street from Fontainbleau Palace. Also, just around the corner from many restaurants. Only reason for lower rating was response of older gentleman (messy white hair) at reception desk when we checked in, who stated we had not booked a reservation for car parking and what did we drive, a Rolls Royce that we couldn't use the public parking around the corner, we should go there. This despite there being only one car in their lot that night. I would have cancelled our reservation then and there but it was too late and we had had a long day of driving. Thankfully desk staff the next morning (different gentleman) went out of their way to tell us to move our car immediately to their lot and apologized for the rude treatment of the previous person.

Sagen wir es so, die Leute, die in diesem Hotel übernachten, müssen sich Fontainebleau ansehen. Aus dieser Perspektive ist es eine ausgezeichnete oder sogar die einzige Option. Die Tiefgarage befindet sich 20 Meter vom Hoteleingang entfernt. Es ist sehr bequem zu reisen und es gibt Restaurants. Nirgendwo zu sagen. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Hotel alt ist und die Tapete mich an Shining erinnert
