Mein Mann und ich blieben hier 15 Tage im Sommer im August. Ich hatte nicht die höchsten Erwartungen, als ich unser Zimmer wegen der niedrigen Ratings reservierte, aber ich bin froh, dass wir unsere Chancen genommen haben. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos und das Personal war sehr freundlich und willkommen. Das Bett war ziemlich komfortable, kostenloses WLAN wurde bereitgestellt, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchen, um unsere Mahlzeiten zu kochen, obwohl die Dusche schmal war (wenn Sie mehr gebaut wie mein Mann, es war etwas schmal für ihn) aber es war nicht viel. Wir wussten vor der Buchung dieses Zimmers, dass es keine AC gibt, so dass wir für das vorbereitet waren. Das Zimmer hatte einen Fan, der für uns gut genug war. Ich bemerkte, dass es keine Eisen-/Ironing-Bord im Zimmer gab, so dass ich zum Vordertisch ging und sie uns während unseres Aufenthalts eine mitbringen konnten. Sie reinigen die Zimmer nicht jeden Tag und nur einmal während unserer 15 Tage dort, aber wieder, wir wussten, dass vor der Buchung, so dass das nicht ein Problem war. Wir gingen in der Gegend ein bisschen (auch vor 10 Uhr) und es schien ziemlich sicher. Es ist nur etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof und Sie könnten in Minuten im Herzen von Paris sein. Wir gingen zum Intermarché für unsere Gemüse, die nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von unserem Zimmer war. Das einzige, was wir nicht mögen, war das Zimmer schmelzt, wie jemand in ihm rauchte, obwohl es ein nichtraucherzimmer war. Andererseits genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt und würden wahrscheinlich hier wieder bleiben. Es war so viel günstiger hier zu bleiben als in Paris, wo die Preise für Zimmer über das Doppelte des Preises liegen.

Le Mercure Malakoff Parc des Expos est un choix idéal pour les voyageurs d'affaires. L'hôtel est propre, fonctionnel et bien situé pour un accès facile au Parc des Expositions. Sans prétention particulière, il offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour d'affaires confortable. Les chambres sont bien entretenues, le personnel est professionnel, et l'expérience globale a été fluide et sans accroc. Pour ceux qui cherchent une option fiable et pratique pour un déplacement professionnel, cet hôtel remplit parfaitement son rôle.

We visited Paris for our honeymoon and within 10 minutes of being in this “hotel” we had booked a flight back home because of how unsafe we felt. There was gangs taking ***** outside of the “hotel”. the “hotel” it’s self is old dated and dirty. The room it’s self is vile. The mattresses are thin and sat on a plank of thin wood. The people within the hotel seem to live there and the background of these people seem to be a concern. There was a single thin pillow. The bathroom dates and dirty. The feeling myself and my husband got made us feel so unsafe we didn’t wish to remain in there any longer or even leave our belongings in there. I sat and cried until we left the property and the thought of walking back through to leave give me high anxiety. On leaving the staff couldn’t care that we were leaving and just opened the door. I can’t put into words how we felt here but the fact we were happy to pay £500 to return home after being in this hotel for 10 minutes should say enough. they now refuse to pay us a full refund because we “stayed” for one night.

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

Bon accueil. Résa de 2 hébergements, propres et bien équipés. Les couettes sont un peu légères, une couette supplémentaire serait la bienvenue pour les frileux ! Parking pratique (sur réservation). Métro a proximité. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet aparthotel.

Essentielle Zimmer und Badezimmer aber ein wenig gedatiert das Bett ein wenig hart, aber gute Schlafqualität. Das Hotel liegt etwa 5 km vom Zentrum von Paris und 20/30 Minuten von den wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen mit einem Metro, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt. Es wird als Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in Paris verwendet. Gute Preis-Leistung und freundliches Personal und Hand. In ruhigen und komfortabelen Bereichen mit Dienstleistungen, Supermarkt, Fastfood und einige Restaurants.

Das Hotel liegt ideal für die Paris Expo Porte de Versailles und die nahe gelegene U-Bahnstation bietet schnellen und einfachen Zugang zum Zentrum von Paris. Das Hotel war ohne Störungen sauber und nichts war zu viel Problem für das sehr freundliche und freundliche Personal. Die Einrichtungen waren sehr gut und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Insgesamt, ein sehr nützlicher Aufenthalt und hervorragender Preis für Geld!

First of all, the hotel is in a beautiful suburban location 20min away from Paris center and 40min from Versailles. The room was okay, warm, nothing wow but comfy. But the most remarkable thing of this hotel is the great staff. We really felt welcome. We have a situation with our bed and immediately was resolved. Also when I asked for a market at midnight cause I really needed chocolate but sadly everything in the neighbourhood was already closed, the guy from reception trusted me his metro card to use the bending machine of the subway.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit einem 5-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Zimmer sind von einer Etage zur anderen nicht schallisoliert – was sich in der Begrenzung der Lautstärke von Fernsehern auf Stufe 25 (im Vergleich zu 30 oder 33 normalerweise) widerspiegelt. Das ist kein Problem, wenn die Gäste oben keinen Lärm machen, aber ein Problem, wenn sie spät abends oder früh morgens regelmäßig schwere Gegenstände fallen lassen oder Möbel bewegen. Ich habe dreimal darum gebeten, das Zimmer zu wechseln und die Gäste oben aufzufordern, größere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu treffen. Jedes Mal wurde ich mit einem breiten Lächeln begrüßt und ein Problem wurde nie gelöst oder den anderen Mitarbeitern mitgeteilt, denen wir jedes Mal alles wiederholen mussten. Am Morgen nach meiner Ankunft wurde mir beispielsweise ein anderes Zimmer für den Abend versprochen, ich begann, mein Gepäck einzusammeln, und als ich zur Rezeption ging, um das Wechselgeld vorzunehmen, wurde mir mit einem breiten Lächeln mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer nicht verfügbar sei. Trotz meiner Bitte forderte das Hotel die Reisenden, die das Studio über mir bewohnten, auch nicht dazu auf, ruhiger zu sein, und die Geräusche hielten während meines gesamten Aufenthalts an.
