Wir haben in den letzten 21 Jahren in vielen Premiere-Klasse-Hotels geblieben und außer sie sind billig und grundlegend. Aber als wir in dieser Premiere-Klasse kamen, sah es schmutzig aus und liefen mit Schleifen überall runter. Beim Eingang ins Zimmer schmeckte es sehr rauchig und schlug, die Bettdecken waren in Zigarettenverbrennungen bedeckt, der Toilettensitz war gebrochen und das WC selbst sah es gerne nicht in Monaten gereinigt worden. Ich weigerte mich, zu duschen, da ich mich noch schmutziger fühlte, weil die Fliesen und Haare dort waren. Das Waschbecken war nicht viel besser und wieder hatte schreckliche Fliesen auf sie. Ich habe für Geld einen schrecklichen Wert gesetzt, nicht wegen des Preises, sondern weil ich denke, dass wir nichts für ein so schreckliches Zimmer bezahlt haben sollten. Die Lage war auch nicht großartig, mit nichts in der Nähe, aber ich denke, dass es unsere Schuld ist, nicht die Gegend zu untersuchen.Es hat uns dazu gebracht, die Buchung mit Ihnen noch einmal im Jahr, oder in der Tat immer wieder zu überdenken.

We have just spent 5 nights in north & east France in 5 different hotels, all of ‘apparently’ similar quality and the comparison has been quite interesting. This Campanile was the cheapest of the 5. It provided basic but clean accommodation making it very good value. The room here was basic but clean and some parts of bathroom seemed newly refitted, with very hot water and an excellent magnifying mirror for makeup. The bed linen was beautiful with firm mattresses which we like for cool sleeping. It was very dark with exterior blackout blinds. The location was very convenient near A25 but also surprisingly quiet with no road noise and other guests were silent after 10pm. There was a simple continental buffet breakfast, though no hot food, but it was adequate.

Gute Punkte: freundliches Personal, sowohl beim Einchecken um 3 Uhr als auch beim Auschecken um 12 Uhr. Sicherer Parkplatz vor den Zimmern. En suite Badezimmer. Sauberes Bett. Schlechte Punkte waren: °Flashing Bettside Licht, das nicht die ganze Nacht ausschalten würde. °Die Tür zum Zimmer von außen würde nicht richtig schließen, es sei denn, sehr hart gelähmt (möglicherweise aufwachen die Hälfte des Hotels). °Cleaner auf der Tür um 8 Uhr nach nur etwa 3 Stunden schlafen. (kein Störzeichen) Insgesamt ist es nicht schlecht für ein paar Stunden Ruhe, bevor Sie eine lange Reise machen, aber nicht erwarten Luxus dann werden Sie nicht enttäuscht. (Bringe Augenmaske und Ohrschleifen, wenn Sie können)

On arriving we were a bit worried as the outside looked very dated . But inside was very clean bright and modern . Lots of spaces to sit down in the open areas . Staff friendly and a couple good with English speaking . The grounds are very pretty with a big page to walk round . List of ducks and fishing . Beautiful sun rise . Rooms were very small but compact with everything you needed . Lovely Cindy beds . Extra pillows . Lovely bathroom with a bath and shower . Towels tea coffee etc . U don’t get much coffee so may be check and get more pods . Dinner was ok . Nothing flashy but enough choices to see you through . The only downside for me at least is I can’t eat gluten and don’t eat meat and breakfast was all bread cakes cereal back. And sausage . Not great . So don’t be excited . I would 100% go back as the location is perfect .

My husband had to stay in France for a week and we found this hotel in Lille, he stayed there for a couple of days until he had to go to Dunkerque. First of all, I want to start by saying that my husband does not speak English and therefore I was helping him to get around through talking on the phone with people and booking places online from the UK. When I was trying to extend his day at the hotel for an extra night, the receptionist had told me that the price is different tonight and it is €98. I was quite sceptical so I decided to check the price on their website and had seen that it was half of the price that the receptionist had told us. My husband had to go to Dunkerque and we found that there was another B&B Hotel there and we thought since he was confident and comfortable in the hotel in Lille, it would be easier for him to stay at the same hotel in Dunkerque. However this was the worst experience. I had booked a night at this hotel for my husband only for the receptionist to say that they wouldn't accept my husband because he did not have the credit card that I had payed with. He was never asked to show a credit card in the B&B Hotel in Lille. Bear in mind, my husband does not know english, he is a tourist and due to where he is from, he does not have a VISA or Mastercard. I spoke to what seemed to be the manager of the hotel and explained to him my situation and that I could send him a photo of my card details if that would be better as I did not want my husband on the street. He then replied with a cold ”No.”, I mentioned that it does not say anywhere on the website that you need a credit card on arrival and in Lille they did not ask me for one. He replied to me with this: ”Well this is MY hotel.” in a very arrogant manner. I asked for a refund and he replied ”Check online”. Not only did I not get a refund (as there was no option for one online), my husband was out in the freezing and rainy weather with no where to go. My husband had later told me that the staffs attitude towards him was rude and smug when he attempted to talk to him in the little bit of English that he knew, as if they were looking down on him for being a foreigner. This is absolutely discriminatory and I would avoid this place at all costs, unless you are fine with arrogant and snobbish behaviour. For this all to happen on my husbands birthday is just heartbreaking. I have never felt so angry and helpless that my husband was roaming the streets to a strange city he was so unfamiliar with. I do not recommend this place, please avoid if you want to be scammed for your money.

Das Hotel liegt beim Bahnhof, daher gute Anbindung an den ÖV. Hotel hat eigenes Parkhaus. Gleich vor dem Haus ist ein Yachthafen, so dass man aufs Wasser sieht. Innenstadt ist in 10 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer ist hell und ruhig, mit zwei Fenstern. Grosses Badezimmer, bequeme Betten. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert und der Nachschub klappt. Parkplatz ist relativ teuer. Personal freundlich. Wenn man Silber Mitglied bei Accor ist, bekommt man einen Welcome Drink offeriert. Bei den meisten Accor Hotels bekommt auch die Begleitperson den Drink, hier nur eine Person, das ist etwas kleinlich.

All Suites Appart Hôtel Dunkerque sits on the edge of the city centre and is handily placed to walk to anywhere that the centre has to offer. The rooms are of a good size and well thought out delivering everything promised. The price point is very competitive and difficult quibble at. There is secure basement parking for those nervous of leaving their prized motor on the street. A great location with honest service. For those visiting this historic and memorable city this hotel is an ideal base.

Gut gelegenes Hotel, in der Nähe des Zentrums. Sehr gutes Empfangs. Modernes Zimmer, perfekt sauber, groß, ruhig und ganz komfortabel (sehr gutes Bett, Minibar, Safe). Sehr richtige Bad mit einer großen Dusche in Italien, gut für Leute wie ich ein wenig ”volumenvoll” ... Mehrere ”mehr”: separate WC, Treppentür, Treppentür und WC/Badezimmer-Gesamt-Zimmer die einen ”Sas” bilden, elektrische Rollen. Zwei kleine ”weniger”: - Mein Zimmer gab auf der Straße mit einem großen Schrauben. Aber da die Luft im Badezimmer eher unzureichend war, zwang es, das Fenster zu öffnen, um die Temperatur nach einer Dusche. Unbehaglich ... Mit Klimaanlage wäre dieses Hotel perfekt gewesen; - das etwas kapriziöse WLAN zwingt sich mehrmals wieder anzuschließen, es ist ein bisschen erschütternd. Ich habe das Frühstück nicht getestet.
