Worst hotel very unclean rooms, room service doesn't clean rooms, the room utilities are not working . worst staff including the manager, very arrogant people who doesn't understand what customer service is and they refuse to help with simple issues saying it is not there responsibility, they changed there policy without giving notice just because it is convenient, they even hang the phone on you while talking!!

Really enjoyed the stay at the hotel during a very busy weekend in Paris. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit unorganized due to the usual coffee machine queues and setup of the buffet. The buffet provided everything you would expect from a continental breaky. Prices at the bar for beer were more expensive then in Paris. All in all a great stay in a lovely hotel

Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet, aber das Selbstkontrollsystem ist bequem, wenn Sie nicht wissen, wann die Ankunft ist. Das Restaurant über die Straße war sehr gut.

J’ai réservé une nuit le samedi soir dernier à l’hôtel Best Western St Quentin: je suis ravie de mon séjour. Le personnel est génial, très compétant et souriant. Les chambres sont très propres et la literie très confortable ! Le petit déjeuné très bon ! Le personnel a même personnalisé la déco de notre chambre. Merci encore à eux ! Proche de la nationale et de l’autoroute le parking est grand, gratuit et sécurisé. Proche d’un grand centre commercial c’est très pratique pour se rendre au cinéma ou au restaurant.

Die Reinigung war nicht richtig gemacht, der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war schmutzig und es gab kleine schwarze Spots auf den Molden und am Boden des Kühlschranks. Als ob Sie es vergessen hatten, zu reinigen, gab es Haare im WC. Ich frage mich, ob es ein 3-Sterne-Hotel sein kann. Die Bilder sind auch betrügend, da sie so photoshopped sind und die Umgebung scheint wie die Bilder, dass es fast in einem Waldgarten ist. Es gab auch einen der Rezeptoren, der ein wenig brutal war. Wir kamen zum Frühstück ca. 30 - 45 Minuten vor der Schließzeit des Buffets. Aber das Frühstück wurde nicht mehr gefüllt, so mussten wir das, was übrig war, nehmen. Wir fragten sogar, ob es möglich war, einen Napkin zu bekommen, aber sie weigerten sich, es zu geben und wir wurden gehalten, es selbst aus dem WC zu bekommen. Alles in allem, eine enttäuschende Erfahrung, und die Akustik war ziemlich schlecht, da man klar hören konnte, einige Gäste spät in die Nacht, vor dem Hotel, natürlich muss es Raum für das für die Gäste, aber die Fenster/Wände können nicht halten Die Rückgabe ist nicht optimal.

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, wir waren 3 Erwachsene und wir blieben dort 3 Nächte. Zimmer genügend, um dort zu schlafen und ruhig. Richtige Liter, aber ohne weiteres, die Ohrhörner sind ein wenig flach, das ist schade. Der Servicestation ermöglicht die Erkennung des Hotels leicht, auch wenn der Rahmen nicht sehr schön ist, das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen (Möglichkeit, den Zug nach Paris und in der Nähe von Versailles mit dem Auto zu nehmen). Das Personal ist verfügbar und vor allem bei einer späten Ankunft anwesend. Das Hauspersonal ist effizient, wir hatten keine Dusche mehr und auf unsere Anfrage wurde die Reapproup in der SDB durchgeführt. Parkplatz ist richtig und vor allem kostenlos. Was für eine bessere Frage ....

Es wird schwer sein, etwas zu finden, das unfreundlicher ist. Die Eincheckung war unzufrieden, weil die Person das Passwort für das System nicht wusste, die Person, die weiß, war abwesend. Also mussten wir etwa 15 Minuten warten, um das Ding zu kriegen und dann in die Warteschlange zu fahren, da wir nicht die einzigen waren, die anmelden konnten. Die Zimmer sind nicht im Tag erwärmt, so dass wir bei der Eingabe der Temperatur in der Innenstadt 15°C. Das Badezimmer ist kalt als Kühlschrank Am nächsten Tag wurde uns versprochen, dass die Haushaltung die Zimmerkarte nicht entfernen wird (und lassen Sie den Heizgerät auf) Aber es war nur eine leere Versprechen. Nun, 135 € für ein kaltes kleines Zimmer ist sehr überpreist. Unser erstes Aufenthalt hier, sicherlich das letzte. Es ist schlechte Qualität, aber nicht zumindest billig.

Hotel mit kalten Tabak, alles ist geprägt (Ohren, Kleider, Matratzen, Handtücher,...) Es stellt eine echte Frage hinsichtlich der MENAGE (Ohren, Kleider, Handtücher,... nicht luftig, desinfiziert, Nach jeder Abreise gewaschen...) Arrivée très tardive (Just avant midnight) pour passer un week-end en famille sur Paris, fatigués après une semaine de travail suivie de 5h de route vendredi soir, hôtel réservé sur l’application ACCORD, pour 3 personnes + 3 petits Mittagessen, aber das Bett des oberen nicht gemacht!!!! Sympa de faire le lit à midi... Wir hätten wechseln Zimmer, oder sogar stornieren um wechseln d’hôtel, aber zu kompliziert zu dieser späten Stunde und die Müdigkeit. Du coup, très mauvaise nuit, on a eu l'impression d'avoir été pris en otage dans un cendrier !!! Inadmissible pour une chaîne comme ACCORD d'avoir un tel souci d'hygiène.

J’ai l’occasion de résider durant deux mois dans cet hôtel et faire au minimum au moins 10 chambres. Je pense que mon avis compte beaucoup, je vous déconseille toutes les Chambre du côté de l’accueil, un bruit de VMC et de frigo horrible. Et de voisinage, Je n’ai pas du tout bien dormi. Durant mon séjour. J’ai trouvé un papier collé sur ma porte en m’expliquant que je devais changer de chambre en plein milieu de mon séjour avec des explications abusifs des responsables de l’hôtel et aucune compensation car ils avaient loué la chambre à quelqu’un d’autre. La responsable de l’hôtel m’ont carrément dit s’il souhaitait, ils pouvaient retirer mes affaires de la chambre eux-mêmes, ce qui je pense est interdit question Securite bien fermer les fenêtres car certains volets roulants ne fonctionnent pas. Tout le monde peut accéder à l’hôtel. C’est un vrai moulin. Éviter la chambre handicapée une odeur insoutenable qui imbibe toutes les 2 chambres.
