Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parken ist einfach. Restaurants sind in Fußgängerabstand. Das Hotel liegt in einem großen Geschäftsbereich. Das Zimmer (Nr. 10) war sauber. Die Betten waren gut. Einige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Mit einem Zimmer für 2 Personen, wir möchten 2 Stühle, wichtiger als eine Racke für die Tasche. Darüber hinaus, Das Badezimmer funktioniert, aber braucht etwas Aufmerksamkeit. Der Tape war arbeiten, aber etwas locker. Der Duschegriff sollte enger festgehalten werden.

Das Hotel ist in einem Eckpunkt, das Auto kann nicht direkt zum Tor fahren, es ist nicht sehr bequem, das Hotel ist noch relativ neu, aber sehr älter, das Hotel hat mehr zu essen...

Hotel in einem ruhigen Ort, Zuganschluss und in der Nähe einer Geschäftszone

Let me start by saying that the reception and service staff were lovely and helpful. What follows isn't their fault at all. The problems were obviously caused by management rushing the opening of this hotel before it was ready, and by cutting corners to save money. There were boot prints all over the bathroom floors in both rooms my family and I stayed in (which we were told were the result of the construction workers not having cleaned up properly and the cleaning staff couldn't remove them). Clearly some sort of solvent is needed. How this work was signed off as acceptable and finished is astonishing. The pool, sauna and other spa facilities were not open, despite there being no indication of this on the website... but the in-room TV kept proudly advertising them. There was no room at the restaurant for dinner--and this in a part of Dijon that is essentially one big construction zone, so there wasn't much opportunity to go elsewhere. Exterior landscaping was unfinished. The walls and ceilings were so badly insulated, you could hear everyone in rooms around you. There were only paper cups in the rooms... no glasses or teacups. No towel rails in the bathroom. The only power point in the bathroom was for a shaver, nothing to fit a hairdryer. Appalling lighting in the bathroom--I suspect that whoever designed it has never put on make-up in front of a mirror. On this trip we'd previously stayed at the Holiday Inn in Bern, Switzerland, and it was excellent--it's hard to believe it's run by the same people.
