Excellent... que dire de plus ? J'ai été bien accueilli Ma chambre était bien... bon lit, bonne SdB, TV, bouilloire, thé/café, eau minérale, prix raisonnable... Un souhait ? Je n'ai pas besoin d'un petit déjeuner copieux... un mini-petit déjeuner genre café -croissant-jus de fruits à +/- EUR 5,00 aurait été un plus... mais là, je chipote !

As a family of three, we booked two interconnected superior double rooms. We approached the visit with an open mind, mindful of some reviews commenting on the state of the hotel. The building is impressive in style and location, and the check-in was functional. It is evident that the interior, while still impressive, is seriously in need of an upgrade, as evident from the state of the carpets leading up to the rooms. The two rooms (207 and 208), while identical in size and layout, could not be more different, room 208 was fine (apart from a severely damaged door), but 207 was a disaster, with the following problems: 1) Broken door/hinge of cabinet housing the minibar; 2) broken bathtub outlet; 3) broken drawer; 4) broken electricity outlet with exposed wires; 5) gaping hole in wall at entry where entry card is inserted. What was most unacceptable however was the fact that the plastic cover over the ventilation outlet in the bathroom came off, and was lying on the floor in several pieces. When we left for dinner shortly after checking in, I made reception aware of these problems, and they undertook to address this. When we came back at 21:00 I was shocked to see that absolutely nothing was done, with the pieces of the cover still lying on the bathroom floor. While I can overlook some of the other issues, the fact that this was at least not removed, together with the exposed wires from the electricity outlet, is simply inexcusable. I raised this issue again at check-out, and while the person on duty listened and agreed that it is unacceptable, not once was an apology of any sort issued. This is certainly not remotely the kind of service consistent with a 4-star hotel. So in essence, based on our experience, you have a 50% chance of getting a room in a decent state, together with some indifferent customer service. I simply cannot recommend this hotel in any way, however much I want to.

Wir haben es heute nachmittag dreimal im Hotel gestellt, aber der Rezeptiondienst geschlossen und unmöglich, ohne Zugangscode in die Orte zu kommen. Es ist ein Kunde, der Opfer des gleichen Unfalls hat uns die Tür geöffnet und uns angezeigt das Kasten, in dem unsere Magnetkarte des Zimmers stand. In diesem gab es einen düsteren Geruch. Keine Kopflampe rechts des Bettes. Mehrere wichtige Auswirkungen auf die Oberfläche. Ein einziger Stuhl in der Küche, sonst 2 Tafeln. Eine Schreibtischsitz auf dem abgeschrägten Sitz. 3 Spinnen im Zimmer. Morgens Fussbad wegen Kühlschranks. Wichtige Spuren von Feuchtigkeit auf dem Duschecke und Feuchtigkeit in der Innenwinkel des Dusches. Innen der Mikrowelle mit zweifelhafter Reinheit. Alle diese Bemerkungen sind unwürdig für ein Hotel dieser Klasse. Wir sind bitter enttäuscht.

Excellent accueil! La Résidence est très bien placée, à 2 pas du centre-ville, du Lac de Divonne, et à quelques kms des pistes... Le personnel est d'une gentillesse... les espaces communs, les appartements sont très propres. Nous avions un duplex, literie excellente (très important...)! Les petits - : la SDB est exigue et a besoin d'être rénovée, il manque un petit four dans la cuisine... Mais ce sont des détails...

Stayed at L'Oree du Parc in Divonne-les-Bains for three nights in March 2022, deciding to book one of their small apartments. This is larger than their standard Studio, having a separate bedroom and a lounge/dining room with a sofa which would convert into a single or double bed if necessary. For two people we had plenty of space. Cleanliness on arrival was excellent and the overall condition of the apartment was also very good with only a few small signs of wear-and-tear which were really unnoticeable. The kitchenette facilities were fine for preparing breakfast but we didn't use them for cooking any meals. I'm sure the hob and microwave would be adequate for preparing a small meal if you wanted to eat in. My only minor comment would be the curtains in the bedroom should be thicker than the net provided, since there aren't shutters. This meant the outside lights shone into the bedroom at night, but really I didn't lose any sleep due to this. We would certainly stay here again, as proven by the fact this was already our second visit.

Alors il faut savoir que je suis satisfait de cette chambre.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Badezimmer auch,in der Küche gab es alles, was man zu essen brauchte, der Kühlschrank war Nickel,ein großer Schrank im Zimmer war unfehlerbar. Ich empfehle

Das Zimmer rettet dieses Hotel... Die geografische Umgebung ist nicht optimal mit Blick auf die Gebäude, die das Grün und die Berge verbergen, außerdem ist der Verkehr stark... Das Zimmer ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und eine schöne Dekoration. Effizientes Badezimmer und viel Stauraum. Obwohl unser Frühstück bei unserer Ankunft bestellt wurde, war es kompliziert, da uns nach einer langen, sehr langen Wartezeit das Gebäck und der Aufschnitt, dann der Fruchtsaft und der Obstsalat ohne Löffel gebracht wurden. Wir werden einmal, zweimal, dreimal nach unserer Zimmernummer gefragt, um unsere Bestellung zu überprüfen, aber ohne Erfolg! Wir nehmen unsere Bestellung von Heißgetränken einmal, zweimal, dreimal entgegen, die etwas verspätet ankommt. Nichts verlief reibungslos und dieses Frühstück war ein Fiasko, was für eine Schande ...
