Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. We paid for 4 nights at two separate suite locations. Half way through our last day, the manager sends us an email. This email basically accuses us of being messy and is threatening us not to leave our hair in the sheets. At first I was confused because we are two women with long hair and sometimes it falls out in the bed. Do you not clean the sheets? Why is this an issue? Why am I being reprimanded for having hair? Why are you telling me while I’m still enjoying my vacation at their suites? And was the €1,000 paycheck not enough to cover cleaning the sheets between guests? We did not use the kitchen, did not use the spa, we did not sit in the living room, we just showered and slept there. It was nearly untouched by the time we left. Im insulted and very upset at this strange accusation and horrible attitude. Should I have been wearing a hairnet during my stay? Ridiculous. Photos attached below at how we left the room. This was the condition of the room when we left, this is what prompted the rude email from management about how my mother and I were messy.

The Hotel is everything you would want, staff are so helpful, rooms are great, they do not have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but getting a kettle free of charge if you ask for it, there is a mini bar with a small charge, but we brought our own stuff from the supermarket which kept are things fresh and cold. One downside it is on a hill to the town, which is only 10 minutes walk but coming up especially with shopping is quite hard, if you come out of the hotel and turn left which brings you down by the ****** the hill is not so steep, also there is a couple of buses the 68,78,M1 which if you catch the times right will bring you up and drop you 2 minutes away from the hotel.on a flat service which makes life a lot easier. The staff were excellent couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was extra €14 euros which was basic, croissants, toast, cereal, fruit, ham cheeses, eggs,, 1 downside the machine for hot drinks, did not have English breakfast tea, just fruit teas., but for convenience it was ok. The pool area is lovely and loads of sun loungers, just a little hill to climb and about 20 steps . The terrace is a brilliant thing to have and spacious with 2 chairs and a table. Rooms have a big comfortable double bed, lovely shower and a separate WC and a hairdryer, not the best but all ok

Das Bestwestern Hotel La Rade verfügt über einen Frühstücksraum mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Cap Canaille. Die Lage ist praktisch, da sich das Hotel zwischen den beiden Stränden von Cassis befindet, sowie zwischen der Altstadt und dem Zugang zu den Calenques. Um vom Bahnhof zum Hotel zu gelangen empfiehlt sich ein Taxi, da der Bus nur begrenzt Plätze hat und man von der Haltestelle Belsunce aus noch ein ganzes Stück den Berg hinunter laufen muss. Leider wurde bei unserer Reservierung die falsche Anzahl an Betten verbucht, sodass wir zu dritt in einem Doppelzimmer nächtigen mussten und uns kein Beistellbett bereitgestellt wurde, obwohl dies telefonisch abgeklärt war und im Zimmer ausreichend Platz gewesen wäre. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht richtig zu und sprang immer wieder auf, wenn man duschen wollte. Zudem gab es im Bad ein Ameisenproblem. Sehr nettes Putzpersonal und freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Bezüglich der Bezahlungsmethode gab es missverständliche Informationen von der deutschen Hotline.

Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine (Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer) und einem kleinen Kühlschrank, den wir sehr nützlich fanden. Das Zimmer war sauber, mit täglichem Zimmerservice. Das Bad war modern ausgestattet. Das Hotel in Casiss bietet einen kleinen, aber modernen Spa-Bereich, den Gäste täglich eine Stunde nutzen können, eine echte Möglichkeit, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Dachtrasse mit Garten-/Parkblik rundet alles ab. Insgesamt ein schönes kleines Hotel mit tollem Service und freundlichem Personal. Für uns das perfekte Hotel für einen kleinen Urlaub in Casiss.

We very much enjoyed our stay of 3 nights in this charming, well-run small hotel. The staff were most welcoming and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Our room - Inaya on the website - was rather small but had a large terrace with loungers, chairs and a table. The pool area is superb - good size pool, lots of choice of sun loungers and also shaded places for couples. (We didn’t think the website pictures did the pool justice, actually.) The pool was never crowded during our stay. It’s a short walk downhill to the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops. The hotel and parking area has good security. We would stay again. Many thanks.

If you are going to Provence -don't miss out on a stay at The Address, a Boutique B & B in Cassis . We checked the reviews before we stayed-they were all Five Star & it still exceeded our expectation. It's situation , accomodation & breakfasts are all amazing & if you want a lazy day by the pool it's perfect. Sabine & Eric were great hosts from the moment we arrived-nothing was too much trouble & they made us feel very welcome & at home.

Très belle découverte, un beau restaurant aussi bien d’extérieur que d’intérieur. Les pizzas sont excellentes et le dessert pareille. le personnel fort sympathique convivial et très pros . Je recommande vraiment ce restaurant !!

We had a 2 night stay in early May. The room we were given was at the back of the hotel and was very noisy due to a wine bar situated below the window. On one night they didn’t finish until after 1am. It was necessary to have the window open as the air conditioning was not working. The room decor was strange-partially decorated…new paint on the headboard wall but the doors were very scuffed and needed repainting and the flooring was some form of Lino. The bathroom had also not been touched and was definitely in need of attention. The shower cubical was vey small! However the room was clean and the reception & breakfast area was very nice (good continental breakfast). The location of the hotel improves the rating from 2 to 3 stars!

The hotel website is what made me choose this place for a girls weekend in Cassis and it did not disappoint. It was just as beautiful as the pictures portrayed it. Arnaud’s friendly and efficient welcome was a pleasure. He’d been very responsive also with questions before our arrival. It’s a lovely, peaceful place. The food is great, we enjoyed our dinner and the breakfast were simple but delicious. I will recommend this place highly around me and I am already thinking of booking again for my next Provence get away

si l'hôtel en lui même offre des prestations et un confort correct, sa situation excentrée par rapport aux commerces et aux plages est un handicap. Il est indispensable d'y venir en voiture. Les charges y afférent (facturation place de parking, coût de recharge pour voiture électrique) augmentent encore une note déjà importante. Le service d'intervention en moins de 15' en cas de problème fonctionne mais ne met pas à l'abri d'argumentations fumeuses voire autoritaires (”ça fait 5 ans que je travaille ici donc je maîtrise”). Il nous a fallut attendre le 3e appel pour que notre problème de climatisation soit réglé grâce au professionnalisme de Jean-Marc. Nous avons néanmoins passé 1 nuit sur 5 dans un sauna. Malgré la compétence du réceptionniste de nuit, un renfort serait nécessaire sur ce créneau afin de rendre le service plus fluide. Au regard de la pléthore de personnel en journée et encore plus en semaine, le vivier de candidature à ce poste semble large.
