Wir genossen unser Wochenende im Hotel. Gut außerhalb der alten Stadt mit Blick auf die Türme aus unserem Zimmer. Wir liebten die Pool-Zone. Wir essen nur Frühstück im Hotel, aber es war reichlich, frisch und setzten uns auf, um die Sehenswürdigkeit zu folgen. Wir waren enttäuscht, dass die Dusche gel Flasche abgeschlossen wurde, die darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass sie nicht geprüft wurde, bevor wir ankamen, aber das war schnell gelöst. Personal war angenehm und geduldig, als ich meine rustige Französisch versuchte!

Ein Gemt eines Aufenthalts. Amandin et Arnaud waren die perfekten Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war großartig, mit den Pfirsiche gebacken von Amandin. Alle Gems waren aus lokalen Produkten. Wir blieben im Terrasseraum für 4 Nächte. Große Lage für die Stadt unten und die mittelalterliche Stadt auf dem Hügel. Eine zu empfehlen.

The location was perfect, the room was ok bathroom dirty hair on the floor and behind the door, plug stuck in bath so water wouldn’t drain. No Wifi connection. We were there for 2 days and asked for room to be cleaned and hair was not removed. The WiFi was an issue, no connection and reception just say we will reset it. Not acceptable to offer it when they clearly don’t have it in the rooms. Breakfast was great, pool area great. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. When checking out I raised all the comments again.

AAlpaslan BMy family and I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but very clean and efficiently designed. The bathroom was large, modern, and comfortable. The viewpoint up at the terrace for all guests was spectacular. We did not have any complaints. If we were staying for more than one or two nights though, we would have found our family room to be a bit small, which is not unusual in France. We were just glad the family room had a separate bedroom for the kids. Elderly guests should note that the hotel does not have an elevator. I hauled two midsize suitcases up three flights of stairs with my wife egging me on saying “You look like Rambo, good job honey!” As you can imagine, I look like John Belushi and the walk up was not fun. We only stayed for one night, which is the norm for tourists in this area, and ended up using our suitcases for just one change of clothes, our toothbrushes, and some face creams. If we were doing this all over again, we would have just stuffed our backpack with what we actually needed and left the two suitcases in the trunk of our rental car. Parking is complicated but efficient. You have to drive to the free parking lot, which is a few hundred meters away from the hotel, then walk to the hotel for a few minutes to notify them that you have arrived. The hotel will instruct you to remove the barrier at the entry to the street and drive up. Then, you can drop off your suitcases and family, and if you are not used to parking in tight European spaces like us, the hotel will park your car for you. The cost of private hotel parking was reasonable compared to the rest of France. It is extremely efficient and convenient, and in exchange you get to stay in a historical area that is blocked off to cars. We were extremely appreciative of the hospitality of the hotel, especially the fact that the manager personally parked our car. We thought it would be a bit insulting to tip the man in cash for such valet parking services, and instead we decided to buy two bottles of wine and a bunch of cheeses next door. The specialty foods store next door belongs to the hotel and has wines, cheeses, and pates local to the Carcassonne area. All in all, we were very happy with our stay. Pro tip: Do not stress out if you cannot capture a decent photo of the entirety of the castle walls while visiting the historical site. The hotel terrace has a perfect view of the entire citadel. Watch your head twice, not once, when walking through the doors that lead to the panoramic terrace.

岡岡Alles war großartig. Das Personal war herzlich und einladend, das Zimmer war wunderschön und die Aussicht vom Zimmer war selbstverständlich.
Was das Essen angeht, war das Frühstück das beste und ich habe noch nie ein so luxuriöses Frühstück gesehen oder gegessen. Das Mittagessen kostete 41 Euro und der Michelin-Ein-Sterne-Kurs wurde von zwei Gläsern Wein begleitet.
Ich möchte wieder kommen.

I had a great two-night stay at Hotel Les Chevaliers! The staff were really friendly and efficient, and the rooms were super comfy. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Carcassonne!

Das Schwimmbad war ursprünglich ein Plus, aber wir haben es nicht länger als 10 Minuten benutzt und das Wasser war kalt, weil es kein Schließfach gibt oder ein Schließfach für das Ausleihen von Bademänteln wäre ein Plus, um vom Zimmer aus darauf zuzugreifen.

GGastnutzer4 Sterne wurden einfach für die wunderschöne Lage verliehen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß auf den Hügel zum wunderschönsten Schloss, wert eines Disney-Set. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut, wenn nicht ein wenig überpreist. (15 € für ein kontinentales Frühstück). Der kleine erhitzte Außenpool war nach einem Tag der Sehenswürdigkeit ein schöner Touch. Die Zimmer waren sauber mit wunderschönem Dekor, obwohl sie klein waren. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Schrank und kein echtes Platz, um einen hinzuzufügen. Die einzige Lagerung war ein Draht im Badezimmer. Das Bad war klein, mit einer temperamentalen Überhoben Dusche. Es gab auch Bereiche im Schlafzimmer, wo die Wandpapiere peelten. Nicht das beste Hotel, das ich jemals gehabt habe, aber wenn Sie nach einer Lage suchen, ist das das eine!

GGuest UserDie Buchung und Zahlung wurden im Voraus geleistet, und der Eincheckung war nur bei 15h. Aber als ich die Tür erreichte, war die Tür geschlossen und es gab keiner, der den Schlüssel zu dem Zimmer übergeben konnte. Ich wartete eine Weile draußen, neben anderen Gästen, die nicht reinkommen konnten, und zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt kam ein Gästepaar, das die Codes bekam, um das Hotel und den Ort zu erreichen, wo die Schlüssel waren. Ich hatte Glück, dass ich da war, als das passierte, weil ich im Hotel angerufen und niemand antwortete. Ich habe diesen Eintragscode nicht erhalten, auch das Hotel hatte meine E-Mail und Telefon. Neben dieser schrecklichen Situation, um ins Hotel zu kommen, muss man das Kit für die Reinigung der Küche im Rezeption kaufen. Die Dusche funktionierte mehr oder weniger und die Reinigung war nicht 100% gut. Der einzige Vorteil, den ich in diesem Hotel gesehen habe, war die Lage.

GGuest UserAlles gut, aber ein wenig schrecklich Lage, obwohl in der Nähe des Flughafens, 20 Euro Taxi vom Zentrum von Carcassone und 10 zum Flughafen. Kleiner Pool aber schön, es zu haben und Rauchen auch aus.
Standard Doppelzimmer war gut, sauber, ausreichend. Und wir haben einen Duvet! Ein Licht, nur genau für das Wetter zu der Zeit. Service war gut, Frühstück war super. Ein bisschen betont, obwohl bei der unbegrenzten Zeit der Ankunft des Taxis am Flughafen am Morgen. Buchung von Rezeptor. Aber insgesamt gut und großartig! 👍

CCarol bGreat value for a short trip with the most friendly and helpful staff. Despite arriving far too early for check in, we were swiftly accommodated and able to start out exploring sooner than expected. Very clean and comfortable bed, the room was on the small side for two but not an issue for us, plenty of areas to sit and we were out most of the day exploring. The bed was large and very comfortable with good pillows. Blackout curtains meant we slept in longer than we would normally on a city break!!! Breakfast was excellent, buffet with sensible use of trays to clear your table after eating. Lots of choice and lovely bread and pastries. Hot food also if required. Coffee and juice from machine which I felt were better quality than to be expected, plenty of options for hot drinks. The evening meal was delicious on both evenings we tried it and was very welcome after a long day walking in the two cities. It was lovely to see families enjoying the small pool and an added extra for a city break. It is a long walk into the Cite but we really embraced this opportunity to see the local area. We felt safe walking and the locals in the area were friendly and able to advise on direction. The hotel provides maps to help you navigate. I confess we did indulge in a snack in the local Macdonald’s as just around the corner and the best I have used, clean and prompt service, excellent coffee!!! There are Lidl and Aldi around the corner from the hotel so no issues preparing a snack for a busy day out. Our only issue on the trip was transport from the airport. The shuttle bus is prompt but fills quickly and is only there for each flight. Can be a long walk to your hotel from the stops in the city. To get a taxi you must ask at the information desk to book one on arrival and this took considerable time. €23 a single trip. We found it impossible to pre book a taxi to meet us at the airport. On return we asked our hotel to book a taxi to the airport which we were anxious about arriving, the team at the hotel were great and checked in on its progress to assure us when it would arrive. Again €23 return trip. If you enjoy exploring a local area this hotel will suit, if you are unable to walk far maybe look nearer into the cite or in the City. There are plenty of options. For us this was a great stay and can recommend.

Clean, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, very good shower, very friendly staff. About a 25/30 minute walk to the town centre, slight incline but i have damaged knees and managed fine. Pool area looked nice, didn't have time to test it out. Would definitely recommend
