Ich verbringe das Jahr in Hotels der Accor-Gruppe und muss sagen, dass dieser ibis de Bourgoin Jallieu weitgehend die modernste und angenehmenste ist. Qualitätsmaterialien. Gut gedachter Entspannungsraum. Geschmackdekoration. Gemütliches und dynamisches Team. Restaurant von sehr guter Qualität. Nur Bemols: In den Zimmern mit 2 Einzelbetten nebeneinander kann nur einer von 2 Licht bestellen (rechte Seite, wenn man die Betten anschaut). Cel de gauche a juste des prises pour charger son téléphone mais pas d’interrupteur. Dans la douche la partie en verre rabatable est un peu trop étroite pour être efficace. Elle mesure 25 cm et ne suffit pas à éviter les projections d’eau. L’absence de plateau au petit-déjeuner est à la fois une avancée mais peut être un peu déstabilisante au début. Mais après tout, la réception avec Fols Mobile déstabilisée un peu lors de son lancement puis on s’y a fait. Ich empfehle diese Einrichtung ohne Einschränkungen.

Ayant apprécié cet hôtel lors d'un précédent passage, nous sommes revenus cette année en confiance pour plusieurs nuitées. Or, bien que la chambre faisait partie d'une aile totalement restaurée, celle-ci s'est avérée décevante. En effet: isolation phonique totalement inexistante (on entend les voisins uriner ou discuter au téléphone, éternuer et autres). Pas de sèche-serviette ou radiateur dans le salle de douche; pas de brosse à WC, un éclairage inefficace avec le revêtement mural assombrissant, espace à deux lits jumeaux avec une des lumières de chevet mal placée. Penderie réduite. Pas de poubelle dans la chambre (juste celle de la salle de bain). Points positifs: plateau de courtoisie, parking extérieur gratuit fermé la nuit, possibilité d'acheter des pizzas.

Das Hotel ist sauber und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Das Personal ist nett, das Frühstück ist etwas leer, aber es gab ein Angebot bei 2.9€ also der Bericht ist noch vorhanden. Arrived around 8pm after a 12 hr car journey. The receptionist was helpful, the hotel lobby and the restaurants have been renovated and look exactly like in the pictures. The restaurant menu was simple, we thought we couldn’t go wrong. I ordered a sirloin steak , got an unidentified piece of tough meet they tried to flatten up and cook as a steak, a knife would not go through it , staff were rude and non apologetic when I pointed out that it was not possible to eat. €90 later for a pizza , salmon poke bowl was also appealing , a burger and a steak later the only thing worth paying for were the two glasses of Chablis. I thought the French love food ? We got a room number 20 in the outbuildings, had to walk through a nice modern lobby area towards the gym and pool, out to the back of the main building. It was a ground floor mini family room with a kitchenette. Welcomed by an unbearable smell of mould, a massive spider on the curtain, cobwebs everywhere, basic bathroom, filthy filthy walls, dirty floor , filthy carpet in the bedroom, The towels and bed sheets were possibly the only thing that was clean . Not quite sure how can the hotel get away with offering these rooms on the market , surely this is a public health hazard . The reception who was very helpful clearly new , and made no fuss when I asked to change it . Now , I know we booked the room cheap €90 room, I paid few months in advance non refundable. They sell rooms from around €140 for a family of 4 if we turned up in the day and paid then. Under no circumstances I expected to be sent to a mouldy dungeon with two young kids. Except for the helpful young man who in the end swapped the rooms it was a disaster. Possibly most awful hotel I ever stayed in and the worse food I ever ate . No exaggeration! Just to add the new room number 20 was above the mouldy room , this one was clearly upgraded , cleaner but not clean walls, newer bathroom and furniture cob webs and a hole in the curtain. Filthy window. Even had a coffee machine and 4 paper cups available , it did not smell as much though I don’t understand why upgrade upstairs and leave the bottom part of the building rot? The whole experience cost us €180 euro , for an overnight stay. Didn’t bother with a breakfast. Treated ourselves to pastry and coffee from Paula’s motorway services.

A fuir... Le 22 octobre 2023, j'ai effectué une réservation par internet pour 2 nuits d'affiler à un tarif de 108 euros. Suite à ma réservation, je reçois un mail confirmant ma réservation. Le 24 novembre 2023 à 19h45 soit 15 minutes avant la fermeture de la réception de l'hotel et 1 heure avant d'arriver à l'hôtel, je reçois un nouveau mail m'indiquant que ma réservation était annulée. J'appelle alors l'hôtel qui me dit que je peux refaire une nouvelle réservation à un nouveau tarif de 168€ (soit 60€ de plus). Cette manière de faire est inadmissible !!!! Vente forcée ? Vol ? Arnaque ? Malhonnêteté ? A vous de voir. Pas d'autre choix que de trouver un autre dans l'urgence et à proximité.

L’endroit est plus que’original ! L’accueil est des plus chaudeux, mais surtout le calme est d’or. Une très bonne nuit dans le type ⛺️ avec une décoration d’origine. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind in einer Kabine, wo alles gedacht ist und nichts wie das, was man schon gesehen hat! Hier sind wir verschwunden und in einer anderen Zeit. Eine Gefühl von Cocon. Die Enten, Papa und Mama, machen uns fühlen wie zu Hause! Les repas sont excellents (anciens cuisiners). Et l’accueil plein de chaleur et de bienvenue. A vivre une fois dans son vie !
