Ich bin Mitglied der IHG Platinum Card und werde in einem Jahr in etwa 30-40 Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza und Intercontinental auf der ganzen Welt leben. Dieses Hotel befindet sich nicht im Zentrum von Paris. Es ist sehr praktisch, wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, insbesondere für selbstfahrende Touristen, die zum Schloss Versailles reisen. Da das Hotel über einen dreidimensionalen Parkplatz verfügt, ist es wahrscheinlich UBER zum Concorde-Platz im Zentrum der Stadt. 33 Euro. Die Rezeption des Hotels ist sehr einladend. Die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich. Ich mag die roten und schwarzen Teppiche nicht besonders, aber die Zimmer sind immer noch sehr groß. Sie gehören zur Midstream-Ebene in fast 120 Holiday Inns auf der Welt, in der ich gelebt habe.

Des chambres très propres et grandes, on ne se sent pas à l’étroit, agréable pour un court séjour et pour des nuits confortables ! Un superbe accueil de la part du gérant, disponible, agréable et arrangeant ! Parking fermé la nuit et sécurisé par cameras ! Petit déjeuner de qualité ! Je recommande fortement ! Rapport qualité / prix tres intéressant !

Nearly one of the WORST EXPERIENCES I ever had. Rooms and building are fairly ok but AVERAGE and not that well maintained for its price. Shockingly the toilet was on a separate room that the shower which is inconvenient and rooms are too warm, their climate system is not good and their room staff is RUDE. Shockingly they block a large amount of money from your credit card as a deposit (not for possible room damages but for future spends you make on their facilities), which I found it to be unfair since they seem to think it is ok to block so much of people's money in advance for a consumption you have not done yet. And that I obviously didn't do. I know France is famous for its fine cuisine, but coming to this place and a few others in Paris I must say they know how to do their Marketing cause reality is disappointing. I never tasted more disgusting food than in the restaurant of this hotel, which was preparing lunches for our events. I truly believe they should fire their ”chef” (to name it somehow). In a closed menu for more than 30+ people, just offered one main, one second and one dessert option. With no asking, they didn't know some of us were vegetarian (I myself eat fish but no meat). In the XXI century you would think that most of countries are already aware of this and would offer at least 2 options in a closed menu for a large group of people, but not only in this case they didn't but also didn't even have a fish option or any other available food in the kitchen (or so they said) and charged an extra 10€ for an additional dish that consisted on 2 boiled CARROTS on a CARROT purée. So carrot + carrot + a bunch of dry oregano. The main course was melon with black pepper, balsamic vinegar, serrano ham and a whole bunch of arugula, which I didn't eat either. I don't know why in the Earth would they RUIN a simple dish of melon and serrano ham like that. The last day they had 3 menu options for our event lunch: meat, vegetarian (which they didn't know to differentiate from vegan cause they offered it to a vegan person and it contained eggs and dairy) and fish. I had the fish one. They literally served it COLD, it was COLD FISH directly taken in that moment from the fridge, with uncooked (hard) potatoes and not cooked at all mushrooms... Again, one of the most disgusting meals I had not only in France but anywhere in the world. And I've traveled so much for work and leisure. Seriously, take your money to anywhere else. This place is not worth it. Bad food, bad service, bad company policy and not so great facilities for the price.

A lovely, small and friendly hotel in a bustling French village approximately an hour away from Paris. The rooms are compact and basic but are clean and warm. The beds are comfy and there are tea and coffee making facilities along with an extra blanket if needed. The breakfast is varied, fresh bread and pastries on a daily basis and the breakfast room has plenty of seats/tables and is clean and well laid out. There is a small bar with cosy seating areas around the bar. The hotel manager is friendly and welcoming. There are lots of shops located close to the hotel selling everything from books, clothes, wine and some amazing Patisseries with the most beautiful cakes, breads and pasties. The area is lovely, very clean, there is a church and a pond and a fountain, perfect for an evening stroll. I had a lovely long weekend stay and would definitely return.

Hotel très propre, chambres super calmes et le personnel est très sympathiques (la gérante m'a même mis mes bouteilles d'eau au frigo de l'hotel pour quelles soient froides le lendemain). Petit bémol pas de réseau téléphonique dans les chambres...par contre le wifi de l'hotel est nickel ! En résumé très bon rapport qualité prix par rapport aux hotels miteux, sales et plus chers qu'on trouve sur Paris... Je reviendrai les yeux fermés.

Die schlimmste Erfahrung in der Dritten Welt. Sie haben mir zu viel berechnet, und als ich versuchte, die Gebühren zu besprechen, haben sie alle ein Laufspiel gespielt. Sie haben mir ein Kleinkind im Zimmer in Rechnung gestellt. Ich hatte kein Kind dabei. (Ungefähr 100 Euro Unterschied bei Steuern und Gebühren) Als ich ging und nach einem Taxi fragte, rief der Typ an der Rezeption den anscheinend größten Taxibetrüger von Paris an. Der Typ hat mir 25 Euro zu viel für die Fahrt berechnet und dreist die falsche Kilometerzahl angegeben. Mein Rat: VERMEIDEN SIE DIESES HOTEL WIE DIE PEST Falls Sie den Fehler machen, dieses Hotel zu buchen: 1. BENUTZEN SIE UBER…. Verlassen Sie sich nicht darauf, dass sie Ihnen ein Taxi rufen (es sei denn, Sie haben Unmengen von Euros übrig) 2. Prüfen Sie Ihre Rechnung und hinterfragen Sie jede einzelne falsche Gebühr, die Sie sehen. 3. Prüfen Sie sorgfältig, ob sie Sie übers Ohr hauen wollten, indem sie mehr Leute in Ihr Zimmer gesteckt haben, nur um Ihnen mehr zu berechnen. Insgesamt bin ich von Ihnen enttäuscht, Novotel. Sie haben dieser Reise wirklich einen sehr üblen Nachgeschmack verliehen. Ich werde NIEMALS mehr bei Ihnen buchen. Ihre Kette existiert für mich nicht mehr.
