Es ist eine Freude, einen kleinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel geräumige Zimmer, sehr sauber, komfortabel, angenehmen Blick auf den Garten und die Berge. Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr vielfältig. Das Restaurant ist Top, schöne und gute Bücher vom Eingang zum Dessert. Le personnel est amiable et service impeccable. Le personnel est à l'image des propriétaires qui sont à l'écoute et font tout pour notre bien être. Merci tout particulier à Marie Pierre qui nous a soutenu face à un problème personnel. Wir hoffen, bald wieder zurückzukehren (die Ehefrau des Pendelreparaturbetriebs 😉)

We arrived here following a long drive from the UK, after arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a sign advising the reception was closed and to head for the reception at the Campanille hotel, we were met by a very friendly lady who checked us in and gave us details about breakfast. We then walked back to the hotel and on entering the rooms we were nearly knocked out by the smell of tobacco smoke like someone had smoked themselves to within an inch of their lives, we then went to the room my daughters were in and this was even worse, so we headed back to reception to state the rooms were uninhabitable and the lady was apologetic and changed our rooms and we then returned to check these out, only to once again find the rooms smelling like a smokers death room so I returned to reception to be told sorry the management is not here so nothing we could do, so for my health after being in hospital after suffering badly with COVID and my family we had no option but to check out and booked into another hotel which had smoke free rooms. This hotel said we cannot stop people smoking in the rooms and could only apologise and if you do complain cannot offer a refund as no manager at the hotel also I asked the reception about fire safety if this is happening and got a shrug of the shoulders very concerning attitude to guest safety. Will be fighting this all the way and will never stay at a premiere classe ever again if this is how guests are treated.

Arrived here n pouring rain and found reception closed as re building. Went to their sister newer hotel next door and found I had to book in there. No restaurant open so had to go to Burger King across the road for dinner but managed to book breakfast in the newest hotel. Room had no electricity so got soaked goi no to inform the person who booked us in she came over and confirmed that power was not working ( didn’t believe me). I Found the fuse box and breaker reset so we had power, however out heating was non existent so room cold and had to leave the water running for 8 minutes to get it warm enough to have a shower. It appears that we are the only ones in our block so cannot understand why we could not have a ground floor room, it didn’t help My angina climbing stairs in freezing rain. Overall a bad stay which is unusual as we have stayed here before this year in January and even with covid regs had a lovely stay. Heating been on three hours and still room is freezing.

Schönheits-/Hygienezubehör geliefert. -: Im Empfang, bekannte Sprache der Empfängerin ”Warten Sie, ich rufe Lolo an!”. Gleichzeitig verspricht die Empfängerin, das Bett zu viel in unserem unverpflegten Zimmer zu entfernen. Vergessen Sie die Zimmerkleider für den Spa, keine Entschuldigungen von der Rezeption. Bitte warnen Sie nicht, dass der Hammam nicht funktioniert. Keine Anzeige, wenn wir in dieses große Hotel kommen, oder sogar das Auto leeren, als Grundinformationen zu bekommen.

Excellent hôtel ou nous avons passé 5 nuits. Seul problème un chien occupait la chambre voisine avec ses maîtres et n'a pas cessé d'aboyer toute la nuit ! Le propriétaire de l'hôtel n'a pas jugé nécessaire de faire un geste commercial pour cette nuit sans sommeil. Dommage ! Je suis accor Hall Silver et passe plusieurs nuits par ans dans les hôtel du groupe Accor dans le monde entier !

Wir waren nicht sicher, was für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in Pau zu erwarten ist. Nach einem langen Fahrtag waren wir froh, dass wir eine Buchung im Hotel Parc Beaumont gemacht haben. Fantastische Unterkunft, wunderschönes Restaurant für Frühstück, Nachmittagsgetränke, oder gelegentliche oder mehr formales Essen. Schöne Aussichten auf den Park und die Pyrenäen. Gut eingerichtetes Innenraum. Professionelle und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Aufmerksamkeit zu den Details in allen Aspekten, was jedes Hotel für seine Gäste anbieten sollte. In der Nähe von schönen Geschäften und Cafés.
