Our stay at the Sheraton on Tokoriki Island was lovely. Every member of staff is local Fijian living on nearby islands and are always happy and love playing with the kids, friends can be made everywhere. Big shoutout especially to John the fantastic bartender who made each person feel like his brother or sister and made fantastic drinks. There’s so much else to say so I’ll go over some things I would’ve been interested in knowing before my stay: -snorkeling trips and boat rides to Castaway island and other islands are available at somewhat reasonable prices -shampoo, body wash, and lotion are all provided with many medications, sunscreen, snacks, souvenirs and other necessities available in hotel shop open everyday -don’t forget an outlet adapter -ask about the daily activity schedule (activities every hour) and the walking trails to a beautiful hidden beach with amazing seashells and fruit trees -talk to the chefs, they will make you something off the menu or something that is special to them -getting up and out of the room early around sunrise was one of the best things we did -make sure to get the breakfast buffet added on, many options of food and makes the morning extra relaxing -tap water seems safe to drink now (older reviews say otherwise) and is served at meals but we were still glad we brought a few 1L bottles on the boat with us from Nadi -beach is empty most of the time as most people seemed to stay at the pool, renting equipment is variable based on sea swells and other weather conditions so take advantage when you can -food is pricey especially with some plates having very small amounts of food, if all inclusive there are many delicious things to try -if you are looking to relax by reading and swimming staying here for a week or more is east, if you’re looking for adventure stop here for a couple days then move to a different island Overall, each and every member of the staff wants you to have a memorable time. Viele Bewertungen hier bereits bestätigen, was ein magischer Ort ist das so werde ich nur ein paar Tipps und Gedanken hinzufügen, um zu versuchen, anderen Reisenden zu helfen, ihren Aufenthalt so viel wie möglich zu genießen:- WiFi (und VOIP-Telefon) - Wenn Sie Geschäfte oder andere Interessen haben, in denen ein bereiter Zugang zu WiFi wichtig ist, dann bitte angeraten, dass das Hotel-WLAN nur im Lounge-/Lobbybereich verfügbar ist und nicht so schnell ist. Der 4g-Zugang mit akzeptablen Geschwindigkeiten ist jedoch überall im Resort verfügbar (und sicherlich sehr gut aus unserem späteren Zimmer #2 und noch OK in unserem ersten Zimmer #19), aber nur mit dem Digitalicellular-Netzwerk. Als wir am Flughafen angekommen waren, war die Wahl von Vodafone, die ich gewählt habe, wie ich es bei vorherigen Besuchen verwendet hatte, und Digicell, die mein Partner gewählt hat i) zu niedrigeren Kosten und ii) Tonnen mehr GB! Fitnessraum? - Das ist nicht wirklich ein Fitnessraum, sondern ist nur ein Kletterrahmen und parallele Bars im offenen mit heißer Sonne und hoher Feuchtigkeit. Besser, um Ihre tägliche Übung im schönen warmen Wasser (ca. 85f) zu schwimmen oder auf dem wunderschönen, sauberen Sandstrand zu gehen/laufen. Gartenzimmer - Wählen Sie nur #5 Thru #8 (nicht #9 Thru #14) sonst ist der 'Garten' sehr kurz und der Balkon ist direkt auf der Hauptstraße. Castaway Island - Der tatsächliche Standort für den Tom Hanks Film und ist nur eine kurze Bootsfahrt entfernt. Eine Muss-Do Tour betrieben die meisten Tage . Lebensmittel - Wir beide dachte, das Essen war ausgezeichnet, variiert und vernünftig preislich (nicht billig - nicht Subway Preise natürlich!). Brennstoffzuschlag - ich hoffe, die South Sea Cruises haben dies bis jetzt nicht mehr anwenden - unser Betreiber hat uns diese Kosten erstattet. Der Betreiber hat auf bereits vorbehaltene und für Gebühren gezahlte Zwangszuschläge - unglaublich. Snorkeln - vom Resort Strand und von Bootsreisen war fabulös. Genießen! !

Mana Insel ist nicht so ideale Lage, wenn Sie nach Yasawa von Mamanuca zu gehen. Um in Yasawa am selben Tag zu kommen, müssen Sie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder in den Hafen Denarau mit Südsee Kreuzfahrt zurück. Wenn früh morgens, ist es möglich, ein kleines Boot durch das Resort oder Ratukini Hostel in der Nähe von Strandcomber Insel zu buchen. Von dort, das Südsee Kreuzfahrt mit Sie dann direkt nach Yawa. Der Ort braucht wahrscheinlich ein wenig Fixierung, es gibt ein Loch in unsere Fensternetz, das kleine Nagetiere eintreten können. In unserem Fall, eine kleine Maus unter unserem Schrank versteckt zwischen der kleinen Lücke. Es ist auch großartig, wenn sie einen beweglichen Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta, auch die Handtücher ändern mindestens 2 Tage. Aber das ist nur wenige Dinge. Insgesamt genießen wir wirklich dort zu bleiben.Letterlich war jeder Mitarbeiter sehr willkommen. Mehrere Dinge können Sie wie jedes gute Star Resort tun. Just came back from Ratu Kini after spending there 4 days with my teenage daughter. We had the family cottage- two rooms with shower and toilet in each and a common area. The cottage was very basic but quite clean and perfect for our needs. Overall, Ratu Kini resort is integrated into a small village, the only one on the island, so plenty of dogs and kids running around. The food was ok, limited choice of menu every lunch and dinner. The prices- same as in NZ or Australia which was a shock to me (min wages in Fiji are 4$!) but it seems that all of Fiji is very expensive for tourists. The staff-very friendly and always smiling, real pleasure. The beach- we were there during the Survivor filming so most of the island was off limits. However, we still had about 3-400 meters of beach and could go around the island on a kayak or a paddle board, just couldn't land on the other beaches. The beach in front of the resort is not the cleanest- plenty of bottles, plastic and broken glass. The snorkeling and swimming was quite nice when the weather was calm. Really enjoyed the snorkeling trip to the Sandbar. Castaway Island was ok. Took Ratu Kini boat both ways. Paul the Captain is fun and a great guy. The boat broke down on the return trip, we had to catch the flight home that evening and also getting stuck in the middle of the sea was not really appealing but Paul managed to get it running finally. Bottom line- we enjoyed our stay but doubt I will be back to Fiji- everything is just way too expensive! SE Asia offers much better value for money.

We are so grateful to everyone at Tadrai for giving us such a special and idyllic holiday. We were lucky to spend 5 nights here and enjoyed every minute. We feel sorry for anyone who had a less than 5 star experience. Our experience was better than 5 stars. The bures are huge and have everything you could need. If you fall asleep with the doors wide open you get to wake up to the most spectacular sunrise and stunning view. You don’t need a sandy beach right at the resort because you can be taken to your own private one every day if you like. Or walk around the corner to a stunning sandy beach if you really need it. Not only that, but the reef out the front of the resort gave me my favourite ever snorkelling experience- the wonderful Freddie took me out as my guide for about 1.5 hours of pure bliss. Speaking of, as many others have mentioned, the staff make this resort so truly special. They work so hard and yet always have energy left over to make you feel so welcome and looked after. I hope the owners know how lucky they are to have such brilliant all-rounders on their team and give them the credit they are due. As a vegetarian, Charles, Sam and Moses went out of their way to make sure I had something I wanted to eat. The food they made was not only delicious but wholesome and healthy. Unlike other all inclusive places, we didn’t leave feeling sick from overly, unnecessarily rich food. We were so well looked after by the fabulous F&B team - thank you Asa, Kasi, Vika, Vani and all the others we didn’t get to meet. The day trips are so luxurious and personalised. A special thank you to Kasi for being our literal hero, and the wonderful Rocky, Api, Masi, Freddie, Tiko and anyone else we missed for the best activities we have ever had on holidays. Thank you to darling Lavenia for the warmest and sweetest welcome and for resolving any minor issues immediately. Thank you to Nancy and Nash for all they did behind the scenes. Thank you to the gorgeous Lela who went above and beyond to look after us and make our room so special. Thank you to awesome Frisco and polymath Sam for serenading us and bringing so much joy. Als ich auf die Malediven ging, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die natürliche Umgebung zu gewöhnlich war. Die Zimmer sind klein und die Details zeigen die allgemeine Leitung des Hotels. Die Rechnung an der Rezeption wird falsch sein. Bitte planen Sie genügend Zeit für die Überprüfung ein. Die Service-Haltung des Personals ist gut, kann fünf Sterne sein. Schnorcheln Sie fünf Sterne auf einer Strandinsel mitten im Meer! !!

Die Zimmer waren schön und mehr als ausreichend, vor allem von dem Lärm der Bar entfernt. Das Essen, obwohl es sich um eine Cafeteria handelt, hat sich jedenfalls ausreichend verändert, dass nach 5 Tagen nur das Frühstück wiederholt wurde. Die Mitarbeiter waren überraschend überall und solange Sie nicht großes WiFi brauchen, können Sie sich vollständig entspannen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie einige gute Bücher oder ein paar Filme auf Ihre Geräte geladen, aber es gibt nur so viel Schnorcheln und Tauchen, mit denen ich meinen Tag füllen konnte.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Malolo! The resort is beautiful - like a postcard everywhere you look, and the food is delicious (albeit a little expensive). But what truly makes this resort worth 5 stars is the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Several of the staff remembered our names and would smile and check in on us when we would see them in passing. It's these small and genuine gestures that made us feel truly welcome and at ease. We also experienced a cyclone during our stay but the staff went out of their way to ensure our safety and comfort. The resort even hosted additional activities and entertainment in the days following. Cyclone or not I was sad to leave in the end! We can't wait to come back to Malolo one day again soon!
