Einfache schnelle Eincheckung. Wir wurden von Sue in unserem Auto getroffen, die uns sofort in unser Zimmer führte. Wir blieben in der Privatpool Suite. Zimmer war sauber mit allem, was dort gefordert wurde. Der private Pool und Hof sind eine erstaunliche Funktion und gut gepflegt für die Mitte eines Dschungels. Schöne unberührte und ruhige weiße Sandstrand mit kristallklaren Wassern. Große Deck am Strand zu lounge und die Welt durchschauen. Wir hatten den perfekten Start jeden Tag durch die Sandfahrt. Das Dorf 50m unten am Strand ist willkommen und Maria gibt eine gute traditionelle Massage in ihrer Strandseite-Hütte. Obwohl das Restaurant-Menü am ersten Blick ziemlich einfach erscheint, aber jede Einzelmahl wurde perfekt gemacht. Der Koch (Nacanielli) bereitet Mahlzeiten mit dem glänzendsten Gleichgewicht von Geschmacksbräuchen aus einer einfachen Basis. Sie können alles schmecken. Wir waren bei jedem Essen wow'd und konnten ihm nicht genug Komplimente geben. Scooby gab einen großartigen freundlichen Service und eine wunderbare Gespräche. Nur eine Empfehlung ist, dass Sie auf Insektenrepellent aufbewahren, da das Resort in der Mitte einer lussigen Naturreservat ist, so dass das unvermeidliche Wildnis um ist. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem privaten Paar zurückziehen, um die Welt zu entkommen, können wir Wellesley nicht hoch genug empfehlen.

I went to Crusoe's Retreat after staying at an island of Coral Coast, so we had to take a short bus ride and then a taxi to get there. The resort is located at the end of a long and winding road. When we finally got to the top of the hill prior to descending to the reception area - I was impressed by the view of the ocean. All rooms have an amazing view, unfortunately they all require a lot of walking to get to. Except for a few fairly close to the main building. This is not a deterrent for me - however, those who don't like a lot of steps should take it into consideration. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are not blocked off by anything for the higher level rooms. My seaview bure was quite roomy, had a comfortable bed, was very clean, had louvered windows, a ceiling fan, was well lit, had a deck and a spacious bathroom with quick and plentiful hot water. Also a roomy little fridge and tea and coffee making supplies. Breakfast was included - it was cereals, toast, fresh baking, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. I could also have ordered breakfast off the menu but was satisfied with the one provided. The meal plan is available - but it was recommended to me to forego it and to just order off the menu at meal time. As it turns out - I ate very well and paid less than if I had taken the meal plan. The prices are a bit higher than usual Fijian restaurants, the portions are very large and they are well prepared. The menu has a fair variety and there is a fully stocked bar. I enjoyed every meal I had there, the fish was particularly good. One can also eat or have a drink at the beach bar building, which is over the ocean. There is a unique pool, a hot tub and a very big ocean. Depending on the tide, one can walk for miles down the beach. Massages are available in a building down by the beach. Sunset cruises are available, there is snorkelling trips available and they will arrange fishing trips. During dinner and in the evening, we had entertainment which was mainly music and singing, quite enjoyable. There is a small village next door to the resort and visitors are welcome to visit. All of the staff are outgoing, friendly and knowledgeable. When I left - all the staff in the main building left whatever they were doing and came to sing me a farewell song. All in all, I was quite happy and would return to Crusoe's.

I stayed here for two nights in a dorm, lodge 1. I had a top bunk and there wasn’t a railing so I was pretty worried about falling out. Also there weren’t any plugs inside the room - only one outside in the washroom area. Apparently the other dorm lodges do have plugs and railings though. Food is only at set times but was pretty reasonably priced! I had the split pea soup for dinner one night (5/5!) and a veggie curry the following (3/5) and a veggie burger for lunch (4.5/5). Complimentary breakfast was pretty basic but good enough! They had soy and almond milk available. There is a cute ethical shop/cafe nearby which is so nice but other than that I don’t think there’s much else within walking distance in terms of shops. The resort had daily activities to get involved with which is a bonus!! The pool was also very nice and the beach is great for snorkelling! My favourite part of the beach house was the shower in the washroom area attached to the dorm/lodge. It was an outside area but secluded and the shower pressure was insane!! And nice warm water. However, the toilet itself smelt pretty bad and I didn’t dare go near it.

My family spend the new year’s celebration here. We absolutely loved it. We were immediately upgraded to a better room view which was stunning. Clean rooms, service was quick upon checking in. Staff was friendly and the housekeepers ladies did a great job. Adult pool was amazing too, nice calming views. Everything was great except for breakfast menu was bit disappointing could be more options it was repeat of the same menu bit boring & wish they had a better coffee machine self service would be great. Otherwise overall we loved the atmosphere and vibes. Definitely would book again. Thanks Pearl Resort keep up the good work.
