We arrived on a hot day whilst walking the Camino Frances. We recieved a warm welcome and soon found our cool room which overlooked a side street. There was a cool drink in the fridge which was very welcome. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the linens white and fresh. The shower worked well. Supper was delicious. Breakfast board was fresh and tasty and prepared us for the walk ahead. Every member of staff was friendly and efficient. Special mention to the restaurant team - as we spent most time there. Well done!

Das Hotel war sehr angenehm mit hilfsbereitem Personal. Wir haben dreimal dort geblieben, während wir durch Spanien reisen, und wir werden wieder bei der Gelegenheit bleiben. Allerdings finden wir es schwer, das Hotel mit unserem SatNav zu finden.

Ich war mit meiner Partnerin auf Weintour in der autonomen Region La Rioja und das ZENIT Hotel war eine günstige Basis für zwei Nächte. Die Zimmer sind guter 3-Sterne-Standard und es ist alles makellos sauber. Die Betten waren hinreichend angenehm. Die Lage an einer Tankstelle und Autobahnabfahrt ist nicht sonderlich idyllisch, aber es gibt kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür, was in Logrono-Innenstadt nicht möglich ist. Man ist in gut fünf Minuten mit dem Auto in der City, aber dann geht die Parkplatzsuche los. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, die COVID-19-Regeln wurden penibelst eingehalten. Man kann sich auch im Café einen Kaffee oder kleine Brötchen sowie Wein kaufen. In den Badezimmern waren alle Hygieneartikel vorhanden.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Bathroom was quite dark (green) and so makeup was done in the main room. Excellent water pressure. Easy to walk to the old town via the river and walking trails. Was part of a group travel, met expectations.

Amazing hotel - fabulous staff providing exemplary service. Wonderful accommodation. Manage at reception went above and beyond to help me and to get my washing dine same day!!! Then I left my walking staff behind, and the lovely lady in the restaurant ran after me to the Camino to hand it me!!! This is a hotel which delivers its promise for service excellence. !! Well done.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, which included a rest day on our 500 mile walk on the Camino de Santiago. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a block or two from all all of the coolest spots. The room was lovely, a very big and comfortable bed, a very luxurious bathroom. And some nice touches like a robe and slippers. The only comment I would make is that it was a bit noisy on the Friday and Saturday night that we stayed there, but that is to be expected I suppose.
